Jun Xiao

 Mr. Jun Xiao serves as an Executive Chairman of the Board of Daton Group Australia Ltd since May 31, 2012. Mr. Xiao who is a businessman, graduated with the Bachelor of Management of Information System from Beijing Information Technology and Engineering Institute in 1992. He started his IT career with the Computer and Micro-Electronic Development Research Centre in the Chinese Institute of Electronics from 1992 until 1997. In 1997, Mr Xiao founded Genedigi Group, which has grown to be one of the independent public relations, media and marketing communications agency in China. Mr Xiao founded Flash Lighting Company Limited in 2006, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and its investment focuses on mineral resources, equity, and venture capital. In 2009, Mr Xiao was conferred the title as the honorary professor of Graduate School of Chinese Academy of social science (CASS), the premier academic research organisation in the fields of philosophy and social science. He is the founder of Chinesischr Technology Exchange Foundation, a Non-government Organisation for affiliating and facilitating the high tech interchange between China and Europe.

Yinan Zhang

 Mr. Yinan Zhang is the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Executive Director of Daton Group Australia Ltd since May 3, 2010. He is Member of the Remuneration, Nominating and Audit Committees of the Company. Mr. Zhang is also the Chief Operations Officer of Henan Datong. Mr. Zhang invested in Henan Datong in 2007 and he has more than ten years of experience in the chemical fertilizer industry. He previously held the role of an Executive Director of Henan Datong. He is experienced in business, foreign investment, banking, finance and securities. He has founded a number of industrial companies in the PRC and Australia.

Baohua Fu

 Mr. Baohua Fu has been Chief Financial Officer of Daton Group Australia Ltd since October 1, 2009. He graduated from Henan Polytechnic University with a degree in Finance. He has experience in financial management, internal control systems, corporate auditing and tax planning. He is professionally qualified as a registered public accountant, certified public valuer, accountant and auditor. He has accumulated almost 20 years of financial experience. Prior to his current role as Chief Financial Officer of Henan Datong, he has been engaged as the accountant for various industrial enterprises in the People’s Republic of China. He has won awards in the areas of finance and accounting.

Xinwu Fan

 Mr. Xinwu Fan serves as General Manager and Technology Manager of Daton Group Australia Ltd. He graduated from the Dalian Institue of Technology majoring in Fertilizer Production. He has more than 20 years of experience in the fertilizer industry. For more than ten years, he worked in a government-owned fertilizer factory in Zhengzhou, where he was appointed Chairman and General Manager. He subsequently joined Henan Datong and in 2007, he was appointed as a Director, General Manager and Chief Technical Officer.

Ms. Zhu has more than 15 years of experience in the Australian public and private sectors. Her experience includes facilitating two-way investment and trade between North/South East Asia and Australia in resources, clean energy, financial services and advanced manufacturing. She is particularly well-versed in the business cultures of both the PRC and Australia. She is now a Director of China business for Minter Ellison Lawyers. Prior to her current role at Minter Ellison, Ms. Zhu worked for the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade) and Invest Australia for total of 15 years. She holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Southern Queensland and a Bachelor and Master of Arts (English) from Shanghai Fudan University.
