Name Description

Michael White

Mr. Michael D. White is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of DirecTv, since June 16, 2010. Mr. White was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective January 1, 2010, was elected as the Chairman of the Board on June 17, 2010, and has served as a director since November 18, 2009. He served on the Board of Directors and as Vice Chairman of PepsiCo from March 2006 to November 30, 2009 and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo International from February 2003 to November 30, 2009. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. White served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Frito-Lay's Europe/Africa/Middle East division. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. White was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo. Mr. White has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo Foods International and Chief Financial Officer of Frito-Lay North America. He joined Frito-Lay in 1990 as Vice President of Planning. Mr. White is also a director of Whirlpool Corporation, chairman of its human resources committee and a member of its corporate governance and nominating committee. He has received BA from Boston College and Master's degree, International Relations, Johns Hopkins University.

Patrick Doyle

Mr. Patrick T. Doyle is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of DirecTv. Mr. Doyle has served as Executive Vice President since October 2008 and as Chief Financial Officer since October 2007 when he was also appointed as Senior Vice President. Mr. Doyle also served as Treasurer from February 2012 until July 2012. He served as Treasurer, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company from June 2001 to October 2007. He was appointed Corporate Vice President and Controller in July 2000 and Treasurer in June 2001. Previously, Mr. Doyle served as Vice President, Taxes from October 1996 to July 2000 and was given the additional responsibility of Corporate Development in June 1997.

Romulo Pontual

Mr. Romulo G. Pontual is Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer of DirecTv since January 28, 2004. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Pontual served as Executive Vice President, Television Platforms at News Corporation since 1996.

Larry Hunter

Mr. Larry D. Hunter is Executive Vice President, General Counsel of the DirecTv. Mr. Hunter has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Company since January 2004. He also served as Interim Chief Executive Officer from July 1, 2009 until December 31, 2009. Mr. Hunter served as Senior Vice President from June 2001 to January 2004 and as General Counsel since December 2002. He was named Associate General Counsel in June 2001 and was named Corporate Vice President in August 1998. Mr. Hunter served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DIRECTV Japan from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Hunter was assigned responsibility for overseeing the Human Resources and Corporate Communications departments in 2007, and the Administration department in 2008, and retained those responsibilities until July 2010.

Joseph Bosch

Mr. Joseph A. Bosch is Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of DirecTv. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Bosch served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Centex Corporation from July 2006 to August 2009. Previously, Mr. Bosch served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Tenet Healthcare Corporation from August 2004 to June 2006. He served in a variety of senior human resources management positions with Pizza Hut, Pizza Hut International and other Pepsi-Cola North America operations.

Bruce Churchill

Mr. Bruce B. Churchill is Executive Vice President; President - DirecTV Latin America, LLC, President - New Enterprises, a subsidiaries of DirecTv. He served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company from January 2004 to March 2005. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Churchill served as President and Chief Operating Officer of STAR, a position he held beginning in May 2000. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of STAR since 1996. Prior to joining STAR, Mr. Churchill served as Senior Vice President, Finance at Fox Television.

John Murphy

Mr. John F. Murphy is Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President, Controller of DirecTv., since November 6, 2007. He served as Vice President and General Auditor from October 2004 to November 2007. Previously, Mr. Murphy served as Vice President—Finance and Emerging Businesses for Experian Group Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Murphy was head of internal audit activities at International Rectifier, JDS Uniphase, and Nestle USA. He began his career at PriceWaterhouse.

Jennifer Cho

Ms. Jennifer Cho is Senior Vice President, Treasurer of DIRECTV. In her previous position, Cho served as vice president and CFO at Gap North America Specialty Division of Gap, Inc., where she was heading up Finance for Gap Specialty business which operates about 750 stores in North America. Prior to that, she spent over 15 years in corporate and investment banking. She holds a degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Neil Austrian

Mr. Neil R. Austrian is Lead Independent Director of DirecTv. He serves as Director (December 2003 to present), Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee (December 2003 to present), Compensation Committee (February 2008 to present), Audit Committee (February 2009 to February 2011). Dixon Doll

Dr. Dixon R. Doll, Jr., Ph.D., is Independent Director of DirecTv., since 28 July 2011. Dr. Doll was also appointed to serve on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee (July 2011 to present) and on the Compensation Committee (September 2011 to present) of the Board of Directors. Dr. Doll is a co-founder and general partner at DCM (formerly Doll Capital Management), an early-state global technology venture capital firm formed in 1996 with a focus on wireless infrastructure, mobile applications, e-commerce, communications services and Internet infrastructure. Prior to founding DCM, Dr. Doll spent eight years at Accel Partners where he co-founded the global venture capital industry’s first fund focused exclusively on telecommunications opportunities. From 1972 until 1980, Dr. Doll also served as a faculty member of the IBM Systems Research Institute. In addition to his duties at DCM, Dr. Doll also serves as Chairman of the Board for Network Equipment Technologies, CENX, Inc., and Force10 Networks. In 2008 and 2009, he served as Chairman of the U.S. National Venture Capital Association. Dr. Doll holds a doctorate and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where he was a National Science Foundation Scholar, and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, cum laude, from Kansas State University.

Charles Lee

Mr. Charles R. Lee is Independent Director of DirecTv., since December 22, 2003. He is a member of the Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of The DIRECTV Group Inc., since December 2003 and Chair of the Compensation Committee since February 2006. From April 2002 to December 2003, Mr. Lee served as the non-executive Chairman of Verizon Communications, Inc., or Verizon. From 2000 through 2002, Mr. Lee served as Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Verizon. Previously, Mr. Lee served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of GTE Corporation. Mr. Lee is also a Director of The Procter & Gamble Company, United Technologies Corporation, United States Steel Corporation and Marathon Oil Corporation. Mr. Lee is a Trustee Emeritus and Presidential Councilor of Cornell University. He serves on the Board of Overseers for The Weill Cornell Medical College and is a member of the Business Council. He has Bachelor's degree, Metallurgical Engineering, Cornell University and Master's degree in business administration with distinction, Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Peter Lund

Mr. Peter A. Lund is Independent Director of DirecTv. He is a member of the Compensation Committee and the Audit Committee since 2000 and on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee since February 2011. Mr. Lund served as Chairman of the Compensation Committee from December 2003 to February 2006. Mr. Lund is a private investor and media consultant. Mr. Lund served as President and CEO—CBS, Inc., and President and CEO—CBS Television and Cable from October 1995 to June 1997. In a career spanning 20 years at CBS, Mr. Lund held numerous positions, including President—CBS Broadcasting Group, President—CBS Sports, President—CBS Television Stations and President—CBS Television Network. Mr. Lund is a Director of Crown Media Holdings, Inc., and Emmis Communications Corporation.

Nancy Newcomb

Ms. Nancy S. Newcomb is Independent Director of DirecTv. She is a member of the Audit Committee since February 2006. Since April, 2008, Ms. Newcomb has also served on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Ms. Newcomb served as a senior corporate officer, risk management, of Citigroup from May 1998 until April 2004. She served as a customer group executive of Citicorp (the predecessor corporation) from December 1995 to April 1998, as a division executive, Latin America, from September 1993 to December 1995 and as the principal financial officer responsible for liquidity, funding and capital management from January 1988 to August 1993. Ms. Newcomb currently serves as a Director of Moody's Corporation and Sysco Corporation. Ms. Newcomb is also a member of the Governing Council of the Van Leer Group Foundation, the Netherlands. She has Bachelor of Arts Degree from Connecticut College and Masters's Degree in Economics from Boston University and PMD from Harvard Business School.

Lorrie Norrington

Ms. Lorrie M. Norrington is Independent Director of DirecTV., since February 10, 2011. Ms. Norrington has also been named to serve on the Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance committees (February 2011 to present) of the Board. Ms. Norrington has been a director of McAfee, Inc. since December 2009. From January 2008 until September 2010, she served as President of eBay Marketplaces, eBay, Inc. In addition, Ms. Norrington served as Chief Operating Officer of eBay Marketplaces from January 2008 to July 2008. She served as President of eBay International in Europe and Asia-Pacific from June 2006 until January 2008. Prior to joining eBay, Ms. Norrington served from July 2005 to July 2006 as President and CEO of Shopping.com, Inc., an online shopping comparison site acquired in 2006 by eBay. Prior to that, Ms. Norrington served as executive vice president in the office of the CEO of Intuit Inc., a business and financial management software company, from August 2001 to March 2005. Prior to joining Intuit, Ms. Norrington served in a variety of executive positions at General Electric Company over a twenty-year period, working in a broad range of industries and businesses. Ms. Norrington holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Maryland and a Master in Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School.

Anthony Vinciquerra

Mr. Anthony J. Vinciquerra serves as Independent Director of DirecTv, effective September 13, 2013. Mr. Vinciquerra is a Senior Advisor to Texas Pacific Group in the Technology, Media and Telecom sectors. Previously he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fox Networks Group, the operating unit of News Corporation that includes the Fox Television Network, Fox Cable Networks, Fox Sports, Fox International Channels, the related on-line businesses of those units and Fox Networks Engineering & Operations. Mr. Vinciquerra joined Fox in December 2001 as President of the Fox Television Network. He was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Fox Networks Group in June 2002 and Chairman in September 2008. Mr. Vinciquerra retired from these positions in February of 2011. Prior to joining Fox, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hearst-Argyle Television, a position he had held since 1998. He first joined the Hearst Corporation's broadcasting group as Group Executive in June 1997 and became Executive Vice President of Hearst-Argyle when the company went public in August 1997. Previously, Mr. Vinciquerra was Executive Vice President of CBS's television station group from November 1995 to June 1997. Mr. Vinciquerra holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from SUNY Albany.
