Jabez Lawuyi

Mohammed Yinusa

Mr. Mohammed Jimoh Yinusa serves as Chief Executive Officer, Group Managing Director and Director of DN Tyre & Rubber Plc. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pamol Nigeria Limited, the subsidiary of the Company. He is an accounting graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He also holds an MBA from the University of Ilorin. He is Alumnus of the Lagos Business School and has attended strategic management and leadership programmes at Cranfield University, England, Templeton College, Oxford University, England and the Harvard Business School, United States. He joined the Company in 1997 as Group Planning and Development Manager. He served as General Manager and Managing Director at Commercial and Scientific Computing Nigeria Limited between 1990 and 1997. He served at DN Meyer Plc for five years (1998 - 2003), on secondment from Dunlop Nigeria Plc as Operations Director and Managing Director. In September 2003 he returned to the Company as Director of Tyre Operations and was in 2005 appointed Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer. He was subsequently appointed Group Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of the Company in August, 2006. A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Associate Member of the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, he is also Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Marketing and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He was honorary Treasurer of Paints Manufacturers Association and Honourable President of Business Club, Ikeja (BCI). He is Member of Council of Manufacturers Association of Nigeria, (MAN), Ikeja Branch, Member of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Employers’ Consultative Association and Member of the National Council, Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN). He is also Director of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group.

Fidelis Obi

Mr. Fidelis Godpower Obi has served as Group Finance Director, Director of DN TYRE & RUBBER PLC since April 23, 2015. He served as Group Finance Controller of the Company between September 2008 and April 23, 2015. He holds a Certificate in Accountancy from Worcester Technical College, Worcester, and a diploma in Accountancy from the University of New Castle, United Kingdom. He also holds an MBA from the University of Calabar. He is Alumnus of the Lagos Business School and has attended senior management programs. He joined the Company in 1991 as Manager, Systems and Audit. He served as Audit Manager at Anjous Uku Eweka & Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants between 1984 and 1990. He was Controller, Systems and Audit (1991 - 1992), Group Internal Auditor (1992 - 1994) and Financial Accountant (June 1994 - September 1997) in Dunlop Nigeria Plc. He joined DN Meyer Plc, formerly a subsidiary of Dunlop Group in Nigeria for one year (1997 - 1998) as Finance Controller and was transferred to Pamol Nigeria Limited, another Dunlop Group subsidiary as Finance Director in 1998. He returned to the Company in 2007 as Chief Accountant. He is Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).

Kolapo Popoola

Dr. Kolapo Albert Popoola has been Director of Tyre Division and Member of the Board of Directors at DN Tyre & Rubber Plc since August 2008. He is a Polymer Science graduate of the London Metropolitan University (formerly Polytechnic of North London) with First Class Honours. He also holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Technology from the same University. He is Alumnus of the Lagos Business School and has attended leadership and management development programmes at Irish Management Institute, Ireland and London Management Centre, United Kingdom respectively. He joined the Company in 1975 as Technical Assistant. He served as Manager, Process Development and Quality Control (1988-1990), Assistant Production Manager (1990-1994), Production Manager (1995-1999), General Manager, Works (2000-2003).

Emmanuel Bassey

Mr. Emmanuel Archibong Bassey has been Managing Director of Pamol (Nigeria) Limited, a subsidiary of DN Tyre & Rubber Plc since January 1, 2006. He holds a first degree in Zoology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School, IESE Business School, University of Nerarra Barcelona, Spain and Kellogg School of Management, Evanston, Illinois, United States of America, respectively. He has attended senior management training programmes. He joined Pamol (Nigeria) Limited in 1982 as Management Trainee. He became Rubber Operations Director in 1994. He served as Operations Director for twelve years and was subsequently appointed Managing Director on January 1, 2006.

Mr. Goodie Minabo Ibru has been Director of DN Tyre & Rubber Plc since 2002. He graduated from the University of London, (Holborn College of Law) in 1965 and was called to the English Bar in 1966. He has been Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, as well as Chairman of the Board of Ikeja Hotel Plc and of Tourist Company of Nigeria. He has been President of Council, Federation of Tourism Associations of Nigeria. Mr. Ibru is a recipient of the national award of Officer, Order of the Niger (OON).

Sir Ogala Osoka has been Director of DN Tyre & Rubber Plc since 2005. He obtained associateship of the Chartered Institute of Insurance (ACII) in 1976 as a student in the City University, London. He graduated from Nottingham University, England in 1977. He has served as President of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and West African Insurance Companies Associations, as well as Member of the Executive Council of the Federation of Afro-Asian Insurers and Reinsurers. He has held the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive of NICON Insurance Corporation and the Nigerian Reinsurance Corporation. He has been Chairman of Score Associates Ltd.
