Name Description

Gordon Galt

 Mr. Gordon Thomas Galt has been Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Discovery Metals Limited since May 9, 2007. He is mining engineer with post-graduate qualifications in finance. He has worked in senior management, technical and operational roles including as managing director of companies engaged in the development and operation of resource projects. He is experienced across a range of commodities, including, coal, gold, copper/lead/zinc and magnesium. Gordon has also spent a period of time in banking and is currently engaged in funds management and corporate advisory work. Throughout his career Gordon has demonstrated a track record of creating shareholder value through analysis of a Company's strategic position, followed by implementation of appropriate corporate strategies, fund raising and motivating teams of senior resource professionals. He currently holds the following listed company directorships: Aquila Resources Ltd from August 2007 to present, Nucoal Resources Ltd from February 2010 to present, US Masters Holdings Ltd from July 2010 to present and Delta SB Ltd from December 2010 to present. He previously held directorship in Navigator Resources Ltd (from August 2008 to December 2010). He is Member of the Company's Audit and Financial Risk Committee and Member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering (Hons), Bachelor of Commerce in Finance both from University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance. He is Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Stuart Sampson

 Mr. Stuart (Brad) Bradley Sampson has been Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Executive Director of Discovery Metals Limited since February 1, 2008. He has more than 25 years experience as a mining engineer. He has worked in both open cut and underground mine operations and developments in Australia, Southern Africa and the Pacific. He previously held an executive role at Thiess Ltd and has been in general management roles with Gold Fields Limited at its St Ives gold mine in Western Australia, at the Kloof operation in South Africa, and was General Manager (Papua New Guinea) for Emperor Mines Limited. Brad is a director of all Discovery Metals' subsidiaries.

Paul Frederiks

 Mr. Paul Michael Frederiks is Chief Financial Officer and Alternate Company Secretary of Discovery Metals Ltd. He has experience in public company financial and commercial management with more than 29 years’ experience in the Australian resources sector. He has a knowledge base in listed public company reporting and compliance, financial modeling and forecasting, treasury management, project financing and corporate governance. Mr. Frederiks has previously held Chief Financial Officer positions at Geodynamics Limited and Ross Mining NL and has been Company Secretary for Billabong International Limited.

Paul Fulton

 Mr. Paul Fulton has been Chief Financial Officer and Alternate Company Secretary of Discovery Metals Limited since September 1, 2011. Mr. Fulton is an experienced CFO who has more then 35 years experience in broad commercial management, accounting and Chief Financial Officer roles within the resource industry. Mr. Fulton has previously held Chief Financial Officer positions at Rio Tinto Indonesia - based at Freeport Copper, Kaltim Prima Coal - Indonesia, Lihir Gold and Downer EDI Mining. Mr. Fulton has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Newcastle University, 1975 and a CPA Australia - Certified Practising Accountant. Since 2007, he has been CFO of Downer EDI Mining (contract role); 2004-2007 CFO Lihir Gold; 2002-2003 GM Commercial and CFO at Rio Tinto Kaltim Prima Coal Indonesia; 1999-2003 Commercial Director/CFO Rio Tinto Indonesia based at Freeport Copper Indonesia; 1970 through 1998 initially a BHP cadet and accounting graduate, various accounting, commercial and systems roles at Queensland Nickel (nickel and cobalt), Coal and Allied, Nabalco (bauxite and alumina) and Rio Tinto (coal).

 Mr. Gregory D. Seeto, LLB(Hons), BJ, GradDipLP, GradDipACG, has been Company Secretary of Discovery Metals Ltd since September 9, 2011. He is a corporate lawyer with post-graduate qualifications in governance. He is an associate member of Chartered Secretaries Australia and is a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. He has experience as a senior lawyer at a top-tier law firm and as a listings adviser at the Australian Securities Exchange.

Jeremy Read

 Mr. Jeremy James Read has been Non-Executive Director of Discovery Metals Limited since February 1, 2008. He is also serving as Managing Director of Avalon Minerals Limited, and Non-Executive Director of Harmattan Gold Limited. Mr. Read has 23 years domestic and international minerals exploration experience and was previously the Manager of BHP's Australian Exploration Team. He has exploration experience for nickel and copper sulphides and played a critical role in the discovery of Kabanga North Nickel Deposit in Tanzania. Jeremy was the founding managing director of Discovery Metals from its incorporation in May 2003, until his appointment as a non-executive director on 1 February 2008. Mr Read secured the Boseto Copper Project for the Company and was responsible for all Discovery Metals'fund raising activities and for listing Discovery Metals on the Australian Securities Exchange, Botswana Stock Exchange and the Alternative Investment Market in London. He is also the founding managing director of Meridian Minerals Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons). He is Member of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Chairman of the Non-Financial Risk Committee.

Morrice Cordiner

 Mr. Morrice Cordiner has been Non-Executive Independent Director of Discovery Metals Limited since May 30, 2003. Mr. Cordiner is corporate lawyer and has in excess of 15 years experience in the finance and resources industries. He is also serving as Non-Executive Director in Deseado Resources Limited, Mining Investors Australia Pty Ltd, Oresearch Limited and Chesser Resources. He was founding Director of the Company and was involved in identifying the original projects and strategic alliance with Falconbridge Inc that formed the original assets of the Company in 2003. Over the last six years, Mr. Cordiner has been involved in the development and financing of a number of junior listed resource companies with projects in gold, nickel, copper and zinc. He has been actively involved in raising funds for these ventures on the Australian Stock Exchange, the London AIM market and the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Cordiner was founding and Non-Executive Director of the ASX and TSX dual-listed gold explorer, Andean Resources Limited (December 2003 to November 2009) and Non-Executive Director the ASX listed zinc explorer, Meridian Minerals Limited (July 2008 to November 2009). He is Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee, and Member of the Audit and Financial Risk Committee.

Ribson Gabonowe

 Mr. Ribson Champion Gabonowe has been Non-Executive Independent Director of Discovery Metals Limited since May 30, 2008. He is Mining Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. For 12 years to December 2006, Ribson was the Director of Mines of Botswana, responsible for administering the legal and fiscal framework governing mineral exploitation. In this role, Ribson was involved in negotiations of mineral agreements for copper, nickel, diamonds, coal and soda ash. During the past five years Ribson held directorships in the following companies: Boteti Mining (Pty) Ltd (since December 2010), Gabor Consulting (Pty) Ltd (since August 2007) and all Discovery Metals subsidiaries registered in Botswana. He previously held directorship in Atlas Minerals (Pty) Ltd, Kukama Mining and Explorations (Pty) Ltd and Coal Wealth Botswana Pty Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Queens University, a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from State University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Botswana.

Niall Lenahan

 Mr. Niall Lenahan has been Non-Executive Independent Director of Discovery Metals Ltd since April 2, 2012. He is a chartered accountant with experience in the resources sector. He has served as a director and chief financial officer of ASX and medium sized organisations involved in the mineral resource, construction/engineering and shipping/transport industries in Australia and overseas. He has recently served as a director and CFO of Riversdale Mining Limited, a company involved in mineral production and development in southern Africa, prior to its takeover by Rio Tinto PLC. Niall has worked in companies involved in energy and mining in Australia, Asia and Africa and has experience in various commodities, including gold, base metals, industrial minerals and coal. He is Chairman of the Audit & Financial Risk Management Committee, and Member of the Remuneration Committee.

John Shaw

 Mr. John Thomas Shaw has been Non-Executive Independent Director of Discovery Metals Limited since November 13, 2006. He has over 40 years experience in exploration, development and operations of open cut and underground mines in Asia, Australia, Africa and Canada. John previously was Vice President of the Australian Operations of Placer Dome Asia Pacific Limited and managing director of Kidston Gold Mines. He is also serving as Non-Executive Director of IAMGOLD Corporation, Quadra Australia Pty Ltd and Indochine Mining Limited.
