Kapil Wadhawan

 Shri. Kapil Wadhawan is Executive Chairman of the Board, Managing Director of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. He is an MBA from Edith Cowan University, Australia, Master in Finance. He has guided the Company to integrate systems and technologies that have resulted in improvements of profitability and operations of the Company. He has steered to transform DHFL into one of the housing finance institutions in India. He has also played a role in shaping policy guidelines on matters relating to the mortgage finance industry. He received the Top Honour as the undisputed, unamimous choice for the POWERBRANDS HALL OF FAME CORPORATE ICON OF THE YEAR 2011- 12 and was also awarded 'Finalist in the Ernst & Young - Entrepreneur of the Year'. He is a regular speaker at seminars on the mortgage finance industry.

Anil Sachidanand

 Shri. Anil Sachidanand is Chief Executive Officer of Dewan Housing Finance Corp Ltd. He holds B.Com., I.C.W.A.I., MBA(Marketing). He has served as the mortgage banking financial and has been active in the residential mortgage business for more than two decades. He joined DHFL years back as a Management Trainee and progressed to the role of National Manager in 10 years. In this first innings, he was responsible for the growth of the organization from an office in Mumbai to having a national footprint with a network of 56 offices. Anil inculcated diverse experiences in companies like IDBI Bank where he was the Head of Retail Mortgage & HDFC Bank as the Business Head Mortgages. Anil has experiences over the last two decades in building infrastructure for achieving the business goals by establishing branch network, distribution franchises and other marketing channels.
