Jonathan Lord	Dr. Jonathan T. Lord, M.D., is an Independent Chairman of the Board of DexCom Inc. Dr. Lord currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Miller School and UHealth-University of Miami Health System. From August 2011 to March 2012, Dr. Lord served as the Chief Innovation Officer at the University of Miami, Florida, and was also a professor of pathology at the University’s Miller School of Medicine. From April 2009 to January 2010, Dr. Lord served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Navigenics, Inc., a privately held healthcare company. From April 2000 to April 2009, Dr. Lord served as Chief Innovation Officer and Senior Vice President at Humana Inc., a health benefits company. From October 1999 to April 2000, Dr. Lord served as President of Health Dialog, a health information provider, and from April 1997 to October 1999, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the American Hospital Association, a national organization representing hospitals, health care networks and their patients. Dr. Lord also serves as a director of Stericyle, Inc., a publicly-traded company, and Veracyte, a privately held company. Kevin Sayer	Mr. Kevin R. Sayer is President, Chief Operating Officer, Director of DexCom Inc. From April 2007 to December 2010, Mr. Sayer served as Chief Financial Officer of Biosensors International Group, Ltd. (“Biosensors”), a medical technology company developing, manufacturing and commercializing medical devices used in interventional cardiology and critical care procedures. Terrance Gregg	Mr. Terrance H. Gregg is Chief Executive Officer, Director of DexCom Inc. He has served on the Board since May 2005, and as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) since June 2007. Mr. Gregg concurrently served as President from June 2007 to June 2011. Since September 2007, Mr. Gregg has served on the board of Taking Control of Your Diabetes (“TCOYD”), a not for profit organization specializing in the diabetes education of patients. He is Professor of Translational Genomics at the Scripps Research Institute, the Chief Academic Officer of Scripps Health, and a senior consulting cardiologist at Scripps Clinic. Since April 2009, he has served as the Vice-Chairman and Founding Board Member of the Gary and Mary West Wireless Health Institute.
