Name Description

Lawrence Probst

Mr. Lawrence F. Probst, III, is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Electronic Arts Inc., effective January 1, 2015. Mr. Probst,has been our Chairman of the Board of Directors since July 1994. He was employed by EA from 1984 to September 2008 serving as our Chief Executive Officer from May 1991 until April 2007 and as President from 1991 until 1998. Mr. Probst also served as our Executive Chairman from March 2013 until December 2014. Mr. Probst serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the U.S. Olympic Committee and is a member of the International Olympic Committee. Mr. Probst is also a director of Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. Mr. Probst holds a B.S. degree from the University of Delaware.

Andrew Wilson

Mr. Andrew Wilson is Chief Executive Officer and Director of Electronic Arts Inc., effective September 17, 2013. Prior to his appointment as our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Wilson held several positions within the Company since joining EA in May 2000, including Executive Vice President, EA SPORTS from August 2011 to September 2013, Senior Vice President, EA SPORTS from March 2010 to August 2011 and Senior Vice President Online from July 2009 to September 2010.

Joel Linzner

Mr. Joel Linzner is Executive Vice President - Business and Legal Affairs of Electronic Arts Inc., since March 2005. Prior to joining Electronic Arts in July 1999, Mr. Linzner served as outside litigation counsel to Electronic Arts and several other companies in the video game industry. Mr. Linzner earned his J.D. from Boalt Hall at the University of California, Berkeley, after graduating from Brandeis University. He is a member of the Bar of the State of California and is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and several United States District Courts.

Peter Moore

Mr. Peter Robert Moore is Executive Vice President and Chief Competition Officer of the Company. He was Chief Operating Officer of Electronic Arts, Inc. Prior to that time, he served as President, EA SPORTS, from September 2007. From January 2003 until he joined Electronic Arts, Mr. Moore was with Microsoft where he served as head of Xbox marketing and was later named as Corporate Vice President, Interactive Entertainment Business, Entertainment and Devices Division, a position in which he led both the Xbox and Games for Windows businesses. Mr. Moore holds a bachelor's degree from Keele University, United Kingdom, and a Master's degree from California State University, Long Beach.

Patrick Soderlund

Mr. Patrick Soderlund has served as Executive Vice President, EA Studios since September 2013. Prior to that time, he served as Executive Vice President, EA Games Label from August 2011. From December 2010 to July 2011, he served as Executive Vice President, Group General Manager - FPS/Driving. Prior to that, Mr. Söderlund held the position of Senior Vice President, EA Games Europe from September 2007 to December 2010. Mr. Söderlund joined EA in October 2006 when EA purchased DICE studios where he was the Chief Executive Officer.

Gabrielle Toledano

Ms. Gabrielle Toledano is Executive Vice President and Chief Talent Officer of Electronic Arts Inc., since October 2011. From April 2007 until October 2011, Ms. Toledano was promoted to Executive Vice President in April 2007, continuing to lead the same functions. Ms. Toledano also serves on the Board of Directors of TalentSky Inc. and Visier, Inc., privately-held companies. Ms. Toledano earned both her undergraduate degree in Humanities and her graduate degree in Education from Stanford University.

Kenneth Barker

Mr. Kenneth A. Barker is Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Electronic Arts Inc. From February 2012 to August 2012, he also served as Interim Chief Financial Officer. From June 2003 to April 2006, Mr. Barker held the position of Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Electronic Arts, Mr. Barker was employed at Sun Microsystems, Inc., as Vice President and Corporate Controller from October 2002 to June 2003 and Assistant Corporate Controller from April 2000 to September 2002. Jacob Schatz

Mr. Jacob J. Schatz is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Electronic Arts, Inc. Mr. Schatz joined Electronic Arts in 1999 and prior to his current role, he served as Deputy General Counsel and as Vice President since 2006. Mr. Schatz earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and received his B.A. in Government from Pomona College. Mr. Schatz is a member of the Bar of the State of California and is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and several United States District Courts.

Lucy Bradshaw

Ms. Lucy Bradshaw is Senior Vice President - EA Maxis of Electronic Arts Inc. Ms. Bradshaw was named Senior Vice President, EA Maxis in June 2013. Prior to that time, she held various titles within the Maxis Studio since 1997 including Senior Vice President from February 2011 to June 2013 and Vice President from January 2001 to February 2011. Ms. Bradshaw received her B.A. degree from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Kenneth Moss is Chief Technology Officer of Electronic Arts, Inc., since July 2014. Prior to joining Electronic Arts, Inc, he served as Vice President of Market Places Technology, Science and Data at eBay Inc. since November 2011. Prior to joining eBay, he co-founded CrowdEye, Inc. in September 2008 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Moss graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Molecular Biology.

Prior to joining Electronic Arts, Inc, he served as Senior Vice President at Starbucks Corporation June 2011 to November 2013 and Vice President from June 2008 to June 2011. Luis Ubinas

Mr. Luis A. Ubinas is the lead Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc. Mr. Ubinas has served as President of the Ford Foundation since January 2008. Prior to joining the Ford Foundation, Mr. Ubiñas spent 18 years with McKinsey & Company, where he held various positions, including Managing Director of the firm’s west coast media practice working with technology, telecommunications and media companies. Mr. Ubiñas serves on the U.S. Advisory Committee on Trade Policy and Negotiation, the World Bank Advisory Council of Global Foundation Leaders, the Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Group of the President of the United Nations Economic and Social Council, and the board of the New York Public Library and the Collegiate School for Boys. He holds a B.A. degree from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Leonard Coleman

Mr. Leonard S. Coleman, Jr., is an Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc. He served served as Senior Advisor to Major League Baseball from 1999 until 2005 and, from 2001 to 2002, was the Chairman of ARENACO, a subsidiary of Yankees/Nets. Mr. Coleman was President of The National League of Professional Baseball Clubs from 1994 to 1999, having previously served since 1992 as Executive Director, Market Development of Major League Baseball. Mr. Coleman also serves on the Board of Directors of the following public companies: Aramark Holdings Corp., Avis Budget Group, Churchill Downs Inc. and Omnicom Group Inc. Mr. Coleman also served as a director of H.J. Heinz Corporation during the past five years.

Jay Hoag

Mr. Jay C. Hoag is an Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc., since September 6, 2011. Mr. Hoag co-founded Technology Crossover Ventures, a provider of growth capital to technology companies, in 1995 and serves as its Founding General Partner. Prior to co-founding Technology Crossover Ventures, Mr. Hoag was a Managing Director at Chancellor Capital Management, where he spent more than 12 years as a technology-focused venture capitalist and fund manager. Jeffrey Huber

Mr. Jeffrey T. Huber is an Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc. He is Senior Vice President at Google Inc., where he has worked since 2003. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Huber served as Vice President of Architecture and Systems Development at eBay Inc. Prior to joining eBay, Mr. Huber was Senior Vice President of Engineering at Excite@Home, where he worked from 1996 to 2001. Earlier in his career, he was a Technology Consultant with McKinsey & Company and founded a software development start-up. Vivek Paul

Mr. Vivek Paul is an Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc. He founded KineticGlue, an enterprise social media company, in 2008, and the company was sold to BMC Software in 2013. From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Paul was a Partner at TPG (formerly Texas Pacific Group), a private equity investment firm. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Paul served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wipro, Ltd., a provider of integrated business, technology and process solutions, and Chief Executive Officer of Wipro Technologies, Wipro’s global information technology, product engineering, and business process services segments. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Paul was General Manager of the Global CT Business at General Electric’s Medical Systems Division. Talbott Roche

Ms. Talbott Roche is Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Roche is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Blackhawk Network, a leading prepaid and payments network. Prior to her role as CEO, Ms. Roche served as the President of Blackhawk, as well as leading Marketing, Product and Business Development for the company. Earlier in her career, she held various executive positions at News Corporation. Ms. Roche has also served as a member of the board of directors of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association, a trade association. Ms. Roche holds a B.A. in economics from Stanford University.

Richard Simonson

Mr. Richard A. Simonson is an Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc. He is Lead Director since 2009. He has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sabre Holdings Corporation since March 2013. Previously, Mr. Simonson served as President, Business Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Rearden Commerce from April 2011 through May 2012. From 2001 to 2010, Mr. Simonson held a number of executive positions at Nokia Corporation, including Executive Vice President, Head of Mobile Phones and Sourcing, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President & Head of Customer Finance of Nokia. In 2001, Mr. Simonson was Managing Director of the Telecom & Media Investment Banking Group of Barclays Capital. Prior to joining Barclays Capital, Mr. Simonson spent 16 years at Bank of America Securities where he held various positions, including Managing Director & Head of Global Project Finance, Global Corporate & Investment Bank, San Francisco and Chicago. Mr. Simonson is also a director of Silver Spring Networks. Mr. Simonson holds a B.S. degree from the Colorado School of Mines and an M.B.A. from Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Denise Warren

Ms. Denise F. Warren is an Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc., since May 16, 2013. She has served as Executive Vice President of Digital Products and Services of The New York Times Company since March 2013. Prior to this role, Ms. Warren served as General Manager of NYTimes.com from December 2008 to March 2013 and as Chief Advertising Officer of The New York Times from June 2005 to March 2013. Ms. Warren holds a B.S. and management degree from Tulane University and an M.B.A. degree in communications and media management from Fordham University.
