| Uebber, Bodo | Mr. Bodo Uebber has been appointed Chairman of the Board of EADS NV since April 14, 2009. He has been Member of the Board of Management of DaimlerChrysler AG and is responsible for Finance, Controlling and Financial Services since December 16, 2004. He started his career at MBB in 1985. From 1989 on, he held various positions in the financial sector within DASA AG, Dornier Luftfahrt and MTU Aero Engines GmbH. | Eguiagaray Ucelay, Juan Manuel | Dr. Juan Manuel Eguiagaray Ucelay is Member of the Board of Directors of EADS NV since 2005.
