Bernard Ellmann

 Mr. Bernard Ellmann has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of EnviTec Biogas AG since June 2007. He is former Business Group Vice President of Unilever Group. Mr. Ellmann has also been Member of the Supervisory Board of Unilever Deutschland Holding GmbH and Nordsee GmbH, and Member of the Advisory Board of the Mueller Group.

Olaf von Lehmden

 Mr. Olaf von Lehmden has been Chairman of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer of EnviTec Biogas AG since July 1, 2007. He is responsible for Legal Affairs, Human Resources and Strategy at the Company. Before he founded EnviTec Biogas together with Mr. Kunibert Ruhe, Mr. Von Lehmden worked in various companies in the agricultural sector and was Managing Shareholder of OvL Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co KG. The qualified Master of Business Administration was Member of the Management Board at egga Landei GmbH & Co KG, a company producing and marketing chicken eggs. He started his career at Logo Markenei Service GmbH and the Eifrisch Sales company as an Assistant to the Management.

 Mr. Hans-Joachim Jung has been Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of EnviTec Biogas AG since 2009 and held this position also between June 2007 and 2008. From 2008 to 2009, he was Member of the Supervisory Board at the Company. Mr. Jung is Former Member of the Executive Board of KELAG Kaernter-Elektrizitaet Aktiengesellschaft.

Joerg Fischer

 Mr. Joerg Fischer has been Finance Director (CFO, Chief Financial Officer) and Member of the Executive Board of EnviTec Biogas AG since July 1, 2007. He is responsible for Controlling, Finance, Information Technology (IT), Investor Relations and Marketing / Public Relations (PR) at the Company. He began his career in 1991 in the payment department at the Landeszentralbank Bremen. After taking further jobs at the Landeszentralbank Cuxhaven and DG Bank (now DZ Bank), the qualified Master of Business Administration and Economist moved to the Bremer Landesbank Kreditanstalt Oldenburg Girozentrale in 1999. Mr. Fischer trained in Economics at Fachhochschule der Deutschen Bundesbank in Hachenburg and then studied Economic Science at Universitaet Bremen, as well as the New School University and Columbia University in New York. He was subsequently appointed Manager of the Project Finance Team and was responsible, among other things, for the strategic expansion of the business area, the planning and controlling procedures and the key account management, with emphasis on renewable energies.

Juergen Tenbrink

 Mr. Juergen Tenbrink has been Technical Director (CTO, Chief Technology Officer) and Member of the Executive Board of EnviTec Biogas AG since July 1, 2010. He is responsible for Technology, Research & Development, Purchase Management and Quality Management at the Company.

Roel Slotman

 Mr. Roel Slotman has been International Sales Director (CCO, Chief Compliance Officer) and Member of the Executive Board of EnviTec Biogas AG since October 1, 2009. He is responsible for International Sales and Domestic Sales at the Company. He has worked as export manager on the international sales team of the biogas plant manufacturer and operator since 2005. Before joining EnviTec Biogas AG, the engineer held managerial positions at Biothane Systems Int BV, Norit membrane technology BV and others.

Michael Boeging
