Jillings, Charles Mr. Charles David Owen Jillings is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Equest Balkan Properties plc appointed on on 23 July 2008. He was appointed to the Board on 4 April 2008. Mr. Jillings, qualified as a Chartered Accountant, is the Executive Director of Utilico Emerging Markets Limited, an investment company which invests predominantly in emerging markets. He has previously worked in corporate finance at Hill Samuel for 10 years. He has been a director of a number of listed companies.
Lake, Donald Mr. Donald Lake is Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Board of Equest Balkan Properties plc. He has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 30 July 2007. Mr. Lake is a Chartered Surveyor and a director of four other listed companies. He has advised on property investment deals throughout the UK and acted for developers, institutions, banks and occupiers.

James, Robin Mr. Robin James is a Non-Executive Director of Equest Balkan Properties plc since 10 November 2005. Mr. James is based in the Isle of Man and, until he retired in June 2005, was CEO of the banking and financial services group, Singer & Friedlander (Isle of Man) Holdings Limited. Currently, he is working as a Managing Director of QuantInvest, the company he set up in September 2008 in Singapore to develop new business relationships for Carrousel Capital's flagship fund. He is a qualified CFA and CPA from USA, and ACA from India. He has over twenty five years' investment management experience.

He is director of ORA Capital Partners Ltd (ORA) and its subsidiary, OCS Trading Limited. James was previously a non-executive director of Obtala Resources Plc and Equest Investments Balkans Ltd.
