Name Description

Stephen Romano

Mr. Stephen A. Romano is Chairman of the Board of US Ecology Inc. He joined the Board of Directors in 2002. He was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company in October 2001, Chief Executive Officer in March 2002 and Chairman of the Board of Directors in February 2008. Mr. Romano currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He was an employee of the Company for more than twenty (20) years prior to his retirement in December 2009. Mr. Romano previously worked for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and EG&G Idaho, Inc. and as an independent consultant on hazardous and radioactive waste management.

Jeffrey Feeler

Mr. Jeffrey R. Feeler is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of US Ecology, Inc. He served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Feeler joined the Company in July 2006 and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer having served most recently as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. Mr. Feeler has over twenty (20) years of business and financial management experience including seven years with the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Feeler worked with MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc., Albertson’s, Inc., Hewlett-Packard and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has a BBA of Finance and BBA of Accounting from Boise State University.

Eric Gerratt

Mr. Eric L. Gerratt has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Treasurer of US Ecology Inc., effective May 30, 2013. Eric was promoted to Vice President, Acting Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer in October 2012. Eric joined the Company in August 2007 as Vice President and Controller. Eric previously held financial and accounting management positions at SUPERVALU, Inc., Albertson’s, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Eric is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Idaho.

Steven Welling

Mr. Steven D. Welling has been appointed as Executive Vice President - Sales and Marketing of US Ecology Inc., effective May 30, 2013. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Steve joined the company in 2001 with the acquisition of Envirosafe Services of Idaho (now US Ecology Idaho). He previously served as National Accounts Manager for Envirosource Technologies and Western Sales Manager for Envirosafe Services of Idaho. He previously managed new market development and sales for a national bulk chemical transportation company. Steve holds a BS from California State University-Stanislaus.

Simon Bell

Mr. Simon G. Bell has been appointed as Executive Vice President - Operations and Technology Development of US Ecology Inc., effective May 30, 2013. Simon previously served as Vice President of Operations since 2007. From 2005 to August 2007, Simon was Vice President of Hazardous Waste Operations. From 2002 to 2005, he was Company's Idaho facility General Manager and Environmental Manager. Simon brings over 20 years of experience in the hazardous and radioactive waste and mining industries and holds a BS in Geology from Colorado State University.

Mario Romero

Mr. Mario Romero is Executive Vice President - Field and Industrial Services of the Company. He joined EQ in 2009 from WOW Energy where he was President, CEO and co-founder. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the environmental, energy and industrial services industries, holding executive positions at Energis LLC, Safety-Kleen Corp., Philip Services Corp. and The GNI Group, Inc. Romero holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a Masters and B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology. Romero is a Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois, a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and has served as director on several private company boards.

David Lusk

Mr. David M. Lusk is Director of the Company. He brings more than 25 years of industry experience. Lusk previously worked for eight years as EQ's Vice President of Operations at Michigan Disposal Waste Treatment Plant and Wayne Disposal Hazardous Waste Landfill before joining Republic Waste Industries as Vice President of Midwest Operations. He returned as a senior EQ executive in 1995. Lusk was later promoted to chief executive, successfully leading the organization through a period of sustained revenue and earnings expansion leading up to this acquisition. Lusk holds B.S. degrees in Chemistry and Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan and has a M.B.A. from Eastern Michigan University.

Victor Barnhart

Mr. Victor J. Barnhart is an Independent Director of US Ecology Inc. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Barnhart served on the board of directors of privately held Power Equipment Maintenance Corp. and served previous to that time on the board of directors of The Brand Companies, NSC Corporation and OHM Corporation, each publicly traded. Mr. Barnhart has over twenty (20) years of senior executive experience in nuclear fuel cycle facility operations, environmental remediation, hazardous and radioactive waste management and industrial and chemical plant services. Since 1998, he has consulted with nuclear service and chemical companies on operations, strategic planning and acquisitions. Prior to 1998, he served as Chief Executive Officer of a number of Waste Management Inc. companies including NSC Corporation, Rust Remedial Services, Chem-Nuclear Systems and The Brand Companies, and held management positions with Westinghouse Electric and Nuclear Fuel Services-Getty Oil.

Joe Colvin

Mr. Joe F. Colvin is an Independent Director of US Ecology Inc. He is a former senior executive with more than forty (40) years of experience in the nuclear energy field. Mr. Colvin serves on the board of directors of Cameco Corporation (1999), a public company and the world's uranium producer, and is a director for the American Nuclear Society (2007) and the Foundation for Nuclear Studies (2003). He is the current Past President of the American Nuclear Society. He is also President Emeritus of the Nuclear Energy Institute, Inc. (NEI), serving since 2005 and previously served in various executive positions with the NEI, including President and Chief Executive Officer (1996 to 2005) and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (1994 to 1996). Mr. Colvin previously held senior management positions with the Nuclear Management and Resources Committee and the Institute for Nuclear Power Operations. Mr. Colvin served twenty (20) years as a line officer with the U.S. Navy nuclear submarine program.

Daniel Fox

Mr. Daniel Fox is an Independent Director of US Ecology Inc since 2010. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a full-time special lecturer in the College of Business and Economics at Boise State University where he teaches graduate and upper division undergraduate accounting and finance courses. Mr. Fox held numerous positions over a twenty-eight (28) year career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, retiring in 2007 as a senior partner and the firm's Global Capital Markets Hub Leader in Switzerland. During his public accounting career, Mr. Fox provided a wide range of services to a diverse mix of clients ranging in size from small privately held start-up companies to mature global public companies. He has been a frequent speaker on broad-ranging topics such as impacts of new or proposed auditing, accounting, reporting, regulatory and international financial reporting matters. Mr. Fox also serves on two committees of the Idaho State Board of Accountancy.
