Name Description

Brad Nichol

 Mr. Brad Nichol, PEng, MBA, is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Edge Resources Inc. Brad, before jointing the Corporation in June 2009, worked at Poplar Point Energy for three years and as its chief executive officer from 2007 until May 2009. Prior to this he spent two years as a management consultant based in London and New York. Brad was employed by Schlumberger in Canada, the USA, South America and Europe in various technical, managerial and operational roles. He is a Professional Engineer (Mechanical) and holds an MBA, with honours, from the London Business School.

Nathan Steinke

 Mr. Nathan Steinke is Chief Financial Officer of Edge Resources Inc. Mr. Steinke was formerly the CFO of Milestone Exploration Inc., a private junior oil and gas exploration, development and production company focused on growth opportunities and recently achieved production of approximately 2,800 boe/day. Mr. Steinke is a Chartered Accountant and articled in Calgary with a well known accounting firm. Mr. Steinke also worked as a field operator with Husky Energy, prior to pursuing his accounting designation.

Scott Reeves

 Mr. Scott M. Reeves is Corporate Secretary, Director of Edge Resources Inc. Mr. Reeves has been a partner at TingleMerrett LLP since October 2003; a law firm based in Calgary, Alberta, focused on securities, corporate finance, and commercial transactions for emerging and growth companies and partnerships. He was an associate with Bennett Jones LLP (law firm) from September 1997 to October 2003. He has both law and bachelor of commerce degrees from the University of Alberta.

Gogu Reddy

 Mr. Gogu Vishnu Vardhan Reddy is Non-Executive Director of Edge Resources Ltd. He is currently the General Counsel of Argos Sibinga Petroleum ("ASP"), a start-up Dutch based E&P company, which is a joint venture between Sibinga Petroleum and the Argos Energy Group from Rotterdam, The Netherlands. ASP's focus is Africa and in particular, West Africa. In addition to the ASP senior mangement oil and gas role, his experience has been focused in the structured finance practices of top tier law firms and working with senior management on strategic and commercial matters at banks. Prior to joining ASP, he was the General Counsel of Capmark Bank Europe and also worked at BNP Paribas. He was a senior associate at Weil Gotshal & Manages and DLA Piper in London and also worked at Clayton Utz in Sydney, Australia. He brings experience in international banking and structured finance in addition to his commercial skills. He is currently a director of Beyond Advisory Limited and, in the last five years held directorships at Capita Asset Services (UK) Limited, Capmark UK Limited, Hunt Investment Management Europe Limited, Reservoirteam Limited (dissolved), Reservoirteam.com Limited (dissolved), Teknix Technologies Limited (dissolved), There is no further information that is required to be disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Christopher Cooper

 Mr. Christopher R. Cooper serves as Independent Director of Edge Resources Inc. Mr. Cooper received his B.A. from Hofstra University and his M.B.A. from Dowling College, both in New York State. Mr. Cooper has 12 years of experience in management and finance in the oil and gas industry and has raised funds through brokered and non-brokered equity issues as well as debt financings for various companies in which he has been involved with.
