Richard Smith

Mr. Richard F. Smith is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Equifax Inc., since December 15, 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Smith was Chief Operating Officer of GE Insurance Solutions from 2004 to August 2005; President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Property and Casualty Reinsurance from 2003 to 2004; President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Property and Casualty Reinsurance—Americas of GE Global Insurance Holdings Corp from 2001 to 2003; and President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital Fleet Services from 1995 to 2000.

John Gamble

Mr. John W. Gamble, Jr., has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Vice President of the Company, effective May 21, 2014. Robert Marcus

Mr. Robert D. Marcus has been appointed as Independent Director of the Company, effective November 1, 2013. Mr. Marcus is President and Chief Operating Officer and a director of Time Warner Cable Inc. (TWC). He oversees Residential Services, serving more than 14.7 million customers in 29 states; Business Services, serving more than 579,000 small, medium and enterprise sized businesses; Media Services, the company’s advertising arm; and Technology and Network Operations. TWC has announced that, effective January 1, 2014, Mr. Marcus will become its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Marcus joined TWC in August 2005 as Senior Executive Vice President, overseeing corporate groups including mergers and acquisitions, business affairs, programming and human resources. In January 2008, he assumed accountability for finance functions, adding Chief Financial Officer to his title. From 1998 until he joined TWC, Mr. Marcus held various positions at Time Warner Inc., including Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions. From 1990 to 1997, he practiced law at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, where TWC was his client. Mr. Marcus received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1990, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and editor of the Columbia Law Review. Siri Marshall

Ms. Siri S. Marshall is Independent Director of Equifax Inc. She is Retired Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Governance and Compliance Officer of General Mills, Inc., a global diversified foods maker and distributor, from 1994 until her retirement in January 2008. Ms. Marshall is currently a director of Ameriprise Financial, Inc., a diversified financial services company, where she is the presiding director, Alphatec Holdings, Inc., a medical device company specializing in spine disorders, and BioHorizons, Inc., a dental implant and biologics company. She is also on the Board of Directors of the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law, is a Distinguished Advisor to the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, and is on the Board of Advisors of Manchester Capital Management, Inc.
