Name Description

Philippe Lussiez

Mr. Philippe Lussiez serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Egide SA. He joined Egide SA in 1992 as Head of Accounts of the Bollene site and was subsequently appointed group Financial Controller and Director of Financial Communications following the introduction of the Company on the stock exchange. He holds an advanced accounting degree (Diplome d'Etudes Comptables Superieurs).

Frederic Disperati

Mr. Frederic Disperati has been Member of the Management Board, Vice President of Quality and Research and Development at Egide SA since March 1, 2003. He is an engineer specialized in the science and design of materials. He joined Egide SA in 1990, and was responsible for the development of aluminum products, then became product manager in the design department, before spending one and a half years in technical support at Egide USA.

Michel Massiot

Mr. Michel Massiot has served as Director of Research and Development and Member of the Management Board of Egide SA since January 5, 2007. He began his career in 1978 at SODERN as an Optics Engineer for space applications. He then moved to EUROFAD. He became Director of Technology and Director of the Ceramics Division at SOREP-ERULEC (Now THALES MIROELECTRONICS). In 2000, he joined CS2 as System Level Packaging Director and then moved to SOLECTRON Bordeaux the year after to be responsible for Advanced Technology. In 2002, he held several managing positions in technology, applications and sales for microelectronics at C-MAC UK. He is also Member of the Steering Committee for IMAPS France and is knowledgeable in the field of European Commission. He obtained a degree in Physics Engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences(INSA).

Didier Martin

Mr. Didier Martin has served as Director of Sales and Technical Support and Member of the Management Board of Egide SA since August 3, 1992. He obtained a degree in Engineering from the Ecole Nationale de Physique de Caen, France. He has experience working in the field of semi-conductors. He has been also Director of Egide UK Ltd since July 1, 2002.

Mr. Christopher (Chris) Conway has been Member of the Management Board and Managing Director of Egide UK at Egide SA as of July 1, 2002. He is a trained electrical engineer. Additionally, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Egide USA LLC, Egide USA Inc and Egide UK and Manager of Egima, as well as Member of the Supervisory Board of Teem Photonics. Prior to joining Egide SA, he held the position of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Avanex France following its acquisition by Alcatel Optronics, an optical components subsidiary of Alcatel of which he was Managing Director. With more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he has an international reputation in the optic transmission sector. He is a graduate from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Institut dAdministration des Entreprises.

Jim Collins

Mr. Jim Collins serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Egide USA Inc at Egide SA. Having held managerial positions within Electronic Packaging Products, he took over the operational management of Edige USA Inc and was nominated its Vice Chairman of the Board. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramics Engineering from Rutgers University.

Eric Michel

Mr. Eric Michel has served as Director of Egide SA since January 30, 2013. He additionally serves as Senior Advisor M&A at Aforge. He began his career in 1986 at Paine Webber in New York, in charge of operations of French customers on the U.S. market. In 1996, he joined the MATHEMATIQUES APPLIQUEES S.A. as head of the systems of optimization for the quantitative analysis. He obtained a degree in Civil Engineering from Mines ParisTech (Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines de Paris).

Albert Schune

Mr. Albert Schune has served as Director of Egide SA since December 10, 2012. He is also Director of TXCOM and of ASC. He is an electronics engineer with a degree in mathematics. He began his career in 1959 as a computer engineer at CEA before joining UNIVAC France in 1965 as a project manager and technical sales manager. In 1972, he became Director of the Group's IT THOMSON / CSF before taking the direction of one of its subsidiaries, SEMS, and the Terminals division of the Group. He has 45 years of experience, including 30 years as Director of independent companies, trades informatics and telecommunications; he directs consulting firm operational cost optimization.
