Antonio Perez |
Mr. Antonio M. Perez is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Eastman Kodak Co. He joined Kodak as President and Chief Operating Officer in April 2003 and was elected to the Company’s Board in October 2004. In May 2005, he was elected Chief Executive Officer, and on December 31, 2005, he became Chairman of the Board. Mr. Perez joined Kodak after a 25-year career with Hewlett-Packard Company (HP), where he was a Corporate Vice President and a member of the company’s Executive Council. From August 1998 to October 1999, Mr. Perez served as President of HP’s Consumer Business, with responsibility for Digital Media Solutions and corporate marketing. Prior to that assignment, Mr. Perez served for five years as President and Chief Executive Officer of HP’s Inkjet Imaging Business. In his career, Mr. Perez has held a of positions in research and development, sales, manufacturing, marketing and management both in Europe and the United States. Immediately prior to joining Kodak, Mr. Perez served as an independent consultant for investment firms, providing counsel on the effect of technology shifts on financial markets. From June 2000 to December 2001, Mr. Perez was President and Chief Executive Officer of Gemplus International. Mr. Perez served as a director of Schering-Plough Corporation, a pharmaceutical company, from 2007 through November 2009 and Freescale Semiconductor, Inc., a semiconductor chip manufacturer, from 2004 to 2007. In February of 2011, Mr. Perez was appointed to President Obama’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness. |
Laura Quatela |
Ms. Laura G. Quatela is President of Eastman Kodak Co., and President - Personalized Imaging of the Company. In January 2011, she was named General Counsel and elected a Senior Vice President. Ms. Quatela was appointed Chief Intellectual Property Officer in January 2008 and retained this role in tandem with duties the company's Legal organization. As Chief Intellectual Property Officer, she was responsible for IP strategy and policy, the Senior IP Strategy Council, and external IP affairs. Previously, Ms. Quatela was Managing Director, Intellectual Property Transactions, and was responsible for directing strategic cross-licensing and royalty-bearing licensing activities for the Company, including developing licensing strategy, negotiating and structuring licenses, and managing IP valuations and investments. In August 2006, the Board of Directors elected Ms. Quatela a Vice President of the Company. She joined Kodak in 1999 and held various positions in the Marketing, Antitrust, Trademark & Litigation staff in the Company’s Legal department. She was promoted to Director of Corporate Commercial Affairs, Vice President Legal and Assistant General Counsel in 2004. From August 2002 to December 2003, Ms. Quatela served as Director, Finance Transformation and Vice President, Finance & Administration. In this position she led a team charged with planning and executing restructuring of Kodak’s finance functions. Prior to joining Kodak, Ms. Quatela worked for Clover Capital Management, Inc., SASIB Railway GRS, and Bausch & Lomb Inc. Ms. Rebecca A. Roof is Interim Chief Financial Officer of Eastman Kodak Co. Ms. Roof is a Managing Director of AlixPartners, LLP and an authorized representative of AP Services, LLC, the Company's restructuring advisory firm. Prior to her appointment to the Kodak position, Roof’s roles included Chief Financial Officer of a radiology services provider (2012), Chief Restructuring Officer of think3 Inc. (2011-2012), Controller of LyondellBasell Industries (2009-2010), Chief Administrative and Chief Restructuring Officer of Taro Pharmaceuticals (2006), Chief Financial Officer of Anchor Glass Company (2005), and Chief Financial and Chief Restructuring Officer of Atkins Nutritionals (2004). She also served as an advisor to multiple companies in the areas of business plan development, strengthening of the finance function, liquidity and cash management, cost reductions, and debt restructurings. Before joining the predecessor to AlixPartners LLP, Roof was a Director with Price Waterhouse and a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young. Roof is active in a wide variety of industry activities, and is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, a Director of the American Bankruptcy Institute, an Advisory Board member of Texas Women on Wall Street, and a Director of Peach Outreach. Terry Taber |
Mr. Terry R. Taber, Ph.D., is Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer of Eastman Kodak Co. He joined Kodak in 1980. In January 2009, he was named Chief Technical Officer. The Board of Directors elected him a Corporate Vice President in December 2008, and then a Senior Vice President in December 2010. Mr. Taber was previously the Chief Operating Officer of Kodak’s Image Sensor Solutions (ISS) business, a developer of advanced CCD and CMOS sensors serving imaging and industrial markets. Prior to joining ISS in 2007, Mr. Taber held a series of senior positions in Kodak’s research and development and product organizations. During his 30 years at Kodak, Mr. Taber has been in new materials research, product development and commercialization, manufacturing, and executive positions in R&D and business management. Mr. Taber’s responsibilities included research on new synthetic materials, an area in which he holds several patents. He then became a program manager for several film products before completing the Sloan Fellows program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He returned from MIT to become the consumer film business product manager from 1999 to 2002, and then became an Associate Director of R&D from 2002 to 2005, followed by a position as the director of Materials & Media R&D from 2005 to 2007. Taber received a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Purdue University and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the California Institute of Technology. He also received an M.S. in General Management from MIT as a Sloan Fellow. |
Patrick Sheller |
Mr. Patrick M. Sheller is Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, Secretary of Eastman Kodak Co. He is the principal advisor to the Board and senior management on the federal securities laws and regulations. As Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Mr. Sheller the following corporate functions: Human Resources; Communications & Public Affairs; Worldwide Information Systems; and Health, Safety & Environment. Mr. Sheller joined Kodak in 1993 as Marketing, Antitrust & Litigation counsel to the Company’s former Health Group and has held several roles within Kodak’s Legal Department. From 1999 to 2004, he served as Kodak’s Chief Antitrust Counsel. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Sheller was on assignment to Kodak’s European, African & Middle Eastern Region (EAMER), where he advised Kodak’s EAMER businesses on commercial legal issues. He returned to Kodak’s Rochester headquarters in 2004 to assume business development and operating roles in Kodak’s Health Care Information Systems business. From 2005 to 2011, Mr. Sheller served as Chief Compliance Officer of the Company reporting to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. He was Assistant Secretary from 2006 to 2009. In January 2012, the Board of Directors elected Mr. Sheller a Senior Vice President of the Company. Before joining Kodak, Mr. Sheller was in private law practice with the Washington, D.C. firm McKenna & Cuneo (now McKenna, Long & Aldridge) where he specialized in antitrust and health care law. Mr. Douglas J. Edwards is Senior Vice President of Eastman Kodak Co. He is is President of the Digital Printing & Enterprise Group, a position to which he was named when Kodak realigned its management last month. His responsibilities include Packaging, Functional Printing, Electrophotographic Solutions, Inkjet Printing Solutions, Kodak Service Business, Consumer Inkjet Systems and Design 2 Launch. Prior to being named to his current post, Edwards was General Manager of the Pre-Press Solutions business. Mr. Brad W. Kruchten is Senior Vice President of Eastman Kodak Co., and President of Graphics, Entertainment & Commercial Films of the Company. Mr. Kruchten was named Chief Operating Officer of FPEG in January 2009, and he was appointed President of FPEG in July 2009. In addition, Mr. Kruchten has responsibility for Event Imaging Solutions, which provides photo services to guests at theme parks and other attractions. Prior to his current position, Mr. Kruchten was the worldwide General Manager for Retail Printing, and managed the products and services that enable retailers to offer an integrated retail solution to analog and digital photographers. Before that, Mr. Kruchten was the General Manager for the Consumer and Professional film business. The Board of Directors elected him a Corporate Vice President in July 2002. Over his first five years, he expanded his engineering experience in the Copy Products Division as a Manufacturing Engineer and a Development/Research Engineer. In 1986, he moved into a sales position for Copy Products, and over the next five years held a number of sales and marketing positions within Printer Products and Business Imaging Systems. In 1993, Kruchten became a product line manager for Business Imaging Systems. In 2002, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Encad Inc., a wholly-owned Kodak subsidiary. Mr. Richard S. Braddock is an Independent Director of Eastman Kodak Co. Mr. Braddock is Executive Chairman of Mozido, a global mobile payment system, and Vice Chairman of MidOcean Partners, an investment firm. From 2008-2011 he was Chairman and CEO of Fresh Direct, an internet-based service for the purchase of grocery and household products, where he was Chairman from 2005. Mr. Braddock began his business career in 1965, spending a number of years in product management at General Foods. He joined Citicorp in 1973, was elected to the board of directors in 1985 and was elected President and Chief Operating Officer of Citicorp and its principal subsidiary, Citibank, N.A., in January 1990. Mr. Braddock resigned from Citicorp in November 1992, and subsequently served as Chief Executive Officer of Medco Containment Services, Inc., a prescription drug services company, until its acquisition by Merck & Co., Inc. Timothy Donahue |
Mr. Timothy M. Donahue is an Independent Director of Eastman Kodak Co. He is the former Executive Chairman of Sprint Nextel Corporation, a telecommunications services provider, where he served since the merger of Sprint Corporation and Nextel Communications, Inc. on August 12, 2005. Mr. Donahue retired in 2006. Previously, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nextel Communications, Inc., positions he held from August 1999. He joined Nextel in February 1996 as President and Chief Operating Officer. Michael Hawley |
Dr. Michael J. Hawley is an Independent Director of Eastman Kodak Co. He is the former Director of Special Projects for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), an academic institution, a position he held from 2001 until August 2006. Prior to assuming these duties, Dr. Hawley served as the Alex W. Dreyfoos Assistant Professor of Media Technology at the MIT Media Lab.
