Biographies

Name Description

Luigi Ferraris

Mr. Luigi Ferraris serves as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Enel Green Power SpA. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from the Universita degli Studi di Genova. He has held several administrative and control positions in many Italian and foreign companies, including Elsag Bailey Process Automation. He also served as Member of the Finmeccanica Group, where he was Area Controller for Europe until 1999. In 1999, Mr. Ferraris joined the Enel Group as CFO of Eurogen, Elettrogen and Interpower (previously Gencos). In 2001, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Networks and Infrastructures Division. Since June 2005, he has headed Administration, Planning and Control and since November 2009 Administration, Finance and Control. He has also been Member of the Board of Directors of the main subsidiaries of Enel (including Endesa) and chairs Enel’s shared services company (Enel Servizi S.r.l.). He is also Lecturer at the LUISS University of Rome, where he teaches Management Control Systems.

Francesco Starace

Mr. Francesco Starace serves as Chief Executive Officer, General Manager and Director of Enel Green Power SpA. He holds a degree in Nuclear Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. From 1982 to 1987, he held many managerial positions in Italy, the United States, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates in General Electric’s contract and planning department. From 1987 to 2000, he worked at ABB and later at the Alstom Powers Corporation, where he was also CEO of ABB Combustion Engineering Italia, and subsequently at Zurich as director of global sales and turnkey plants for the gas turbine division. He joined the Enel Group in 2000 as Head of Energy Management in Enel Produzione SpA. He was Head of the Market Division from 2005 to 2008. He has been the Head of the Renewable Energy Division and serves as Board Member in some of the companies belonging to the Renewable Energies Division.

Giulio Carone

Mr. Giulio Carone has served as Chief Financial Officer, Financial Reporting Officer of Enel Green Power SpA since May 1, 2012. He graduated in Industrial Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano. Mr. Carone has experience in the energy sector. He entered the Enel Group in 1991 covering managerial roles in several divisions during the years when the Italian electricity market underwent progressive liberalization.

Guido Stratta

Mr. Guido Stratta serves as Head of Enel.si of Enel Green Power SpA. He is Lawyer. He worked in Wind and subsequently in Enel Produzione and in Enel Corporate. He was Head of Human Resources for the market Division from January 2006 until September 2008.

Rafael Gonzalez Sanchez

Alberto De Paoli

Mr. Alberto De Paoli has served as Head of Administration, Control and Strategic Planning of Enel Green Power SpA since May 1, 2012. Prior to his appointment he served as Head of Administration, Finance and Control and as Financial Reporting Officer of the Company. He worked at Wind in the administration, planning and control fields. He joined the Company in April 2008.

Roberto Tundo

Mr. Roberto Tundo has served as Head of Information and Communication Technology of Enel Green Power SpA since February 2012. He holds Statistical and Economic Sciences degree and a Master of Business Administration held in Luiss Guido Carli Libera Universita Internazionale degli Studi Sociali. He began his work experience in ICT banking process automation area then he moved to Enel taking care about electric grid control and thermo/hydroelectric production automation systems. He leaded in 2005 ICT projects related to Slovenske Elektrarne Energy Management area and, in 2007, has been appointed as ICT Country Manager for Russia and CIS. In 2010 he was appointed as ICT Operations & Systems Responsible and led ICT Operations Synergies project with Endesa.

Ingmar Wilhelm

Mr. Ingmar Wilhelm serves as Head of Business Development of Enel Green Power SpA. He is Electrical Engineer. He joined Enel Produzione in 2003, and was Head of Marketing and Supply for the Market Division from 2007 until September 2008.

Giulio Fazio

Mr. Giulio Fazio serves as Head of Legal Affairs of Enel Green Power SpA. He is Lawyer. In Enel since 1996, he became Head of Corporate Finance, M&A and Antitrust for Enel SpA in 2007.

Francisco Querol Vidal

Mr. Francisco Javier Querol Vidal serves as Head of Human Resources and Organization of Enel Green Power SpA. He is Mechanical and Organizational Engineer. He spent the first 16 years of his career working in nuclear power plant of Vandellos II (Tarragona) owned by Endesa and Iberdrola. Then he joined Endesa RED SA as Director for Human Resources and Organization. Since February 2010 he has been working at the Renewable Energy Division of Enel.

Maurizio Bezzeccheri

Mr. Maurizio Bezzeccheri serves as Head of Iberia and Latin America Area of Enel Green Power SpA. He is Chemical Engineer. He joined Enel Produzione in 1999, and became General Manager of Union Fenosa Renovables in 2006.

Attilio Cherubini

Mr. Attilio Cherubini serves as Head of Safety and Environment of Enel Green Power SpA. He is Mechanical Engineer. He joined Enel in 1984. Since 1999 to 2004 he was the Head of hydro power plant and for the following four years he has been Head of Maintenances Services for Hydro and Wind Power Plants. In 2008 he was the Head of Hydro and Wind Power Plants Business Area in Enel Produzione. Since January 2009 he has been working as Head of Safety and Environment of Renewable Energy Division of Enel.

Roberto Deambrogio

Mr. Roberto Deambrogio serves as Head of Italy and Europe Area of Enel Green Power SpA. He has a degree in Economics. He joined Enel’s Corporate Strategy department in 2005, and then was nominated Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer for the International Activities. From 2006 to September 2008, he was Head of Business Development for Renewables for the International Division.

Felice Egidi

Mr. Felice Egidi serves as Head of Regulatory Affairs of Enel Green Power SpA. He is an Aeronautical Engineer. He started his professional career in Finmeccanica Group. He then joined Edison SpA as Director for Commercial and Business Development. During this period he was responsible for many tasks abroad. In 2001, he was appointed Corporate Senior Vice President in Endesa Italia, then Senior Integration Officer of e.on italia.

Andrea Falessi

Mr. Andrea Falessi is Director of External Relations at Enel Green Power SpA. He holds a degree in Literature and Modern and Contemporary History. He is Journalist (enrolled in the Italian professional register since 1990), with several experiences in television and newspapers from 1986 to 2001. In charge of the Media Relations unit within the financial Ras-Allianz Group from 2001 to 2004. He joined Enel in 2004, as the Assistant to the Enel Spa Chairman since 2008. From 2008 to 2010 he was Responsible for Strategic Analysis and Planning, International Public Affairs, within the External Relations of Enel Spa.

Fabrizio Lapira

Mr. Fabrizio Lapira has served as Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of Enel Green Power SpA since July 2011. He is also responsible for Controlling Corporative Processes and Procedures. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. He joins Enel Produzione in 2002 and then Enel.si in 2004, where he has acted as Head of Direct Sales from 2007. Francesco Lato

Mr. Francesco Lato has served as Head of Risk Management of Enel Green Power SpA since December 2011. He has a degree in Economics and Business Administration at Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi. He began his career working as a consultant for, among other companies, Calyon, Deloitte and Arthur D. Little, focusing on Corporate Finance and M&A projects. After working as Head of M&A Finance, in 2010 he was appointed Head of International Risk Management.

Dino Marcozzi

Mr. Dino Marcozzi serves as Head of Procurement of Enel Green Power SpA. He is Nuclear Engineer. He joined Enel in 1980 in the Rome Generation and Transmission area. In 2007, he was appointed Head of Major Generation Orders until September 2008.

Carlo Papa

Mr. Carlo Papa has served as Chief Innovation Officer of Enel Green Power SpA since December 2011. He holds Masters in Economics and the TRIUM MBA jointly issued by NYU Stern, London School of Economics and HEC. He started his professional career in IBM Ireland and UK. He was hired by Enel Distribuzione in 1997, the year after joined the Corporate Strategic Planning Dpt. He founded and co-managed the company Corporate Venture Fund, led the business development practice in Russia and Ukraine, coordinated the Planning, Organization & Development HR Team in the Market Division, and more recently the Chairman Office. He is involved in research projects at IESE Business School, University of Rome Tor Vergata.

Vittorio Vagliasindi

Mr. Vittorio Vagliasindi serves as Head of Engineering & Construction of Enel Green Power SpA. He is Nuclear Engineer. He joined Enel in 1980, and he was initially Head of the Coal/Orimulsion Plants Business Area for Enel Produzione. He later became Head of the Renewable Energies Business Area, within the Generation and energy Management Division.

Francesco Venturini

Mr. Francesco Venturini has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Enel Green Power North America Area, a subsidiary of Enel Green Power SpA since May 2011. He holds a degree in Economics. Prior to joining Enel he was Financial Controller at Elsag Bailey Process Automation and relocated to Brazil as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Latin America Operations. He joined Enel in 1997 in Planning and Control function. He has covered various CFO positions in Enel Group's subsidiaries and recently appointed as Director of Finance of Enel Green Power S.p.A.

Andrea Brentan

Mr. Andrea Brentan serves as Non-Executive Director of Enel Green Power SpA. He holds a degree in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Master’s degree in Applied Sciences from the University of New York. He acted as Researcher at New York University from 1975 to 1977 and subsequently held several roles until 1991 within GIE, an Italian engineering and contracting group active throughout the world in building turnkey power plants. From 1991 to 1999, he was Finance Director, COO and CEO of Sae Sadelmi, a Milanese company belonging to the ABB Group which operates in the sector devoted to the planning and construction of electrical power plants, as well as the construction and maintenance of electrical generators. From 2000 to 2002, he was in Paris at the Head of International Business of Alstom's conventional power plants. He joined the Enel Group in November 2002 as Head of International Business and Business Development within the Generation and Energy Management Division. Currently, he is the CEO of Endesa and Head of the Iberia and Latin America Division.

Carlo Tamburi

Mr. Carlo Tamburi serves as Non-Executive Director of Enel Green Power SpA. He holds a degree in Statistical Sciences at Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza (1982). He has filled several posts over the past 20 years at Citibank NA, the I.R.I. and the Ministry of Economy and Finance. He was Chairman of Tirrenia di Navigazione SpA and a Member of the Board of Directors of several Italian companies, including Finmeccanica and Alitalia. He joined the Enel Group in 2002 and is currently Head of the International Division.

Luca Anderlini

Mr. Luca Anderlini has served as Non-Executive Independent Director of Enel Green Power SpA since April 27, 2011. He has also acted as Member of the Renumeration Committee of the Company. He holds a degree in Statistic and Demographic Sciences from Universita degli Studi La Sapienza. He holds a Doctorate in Philosophy degree and a Master’s degree, both in Economics from the University of Cambridge. Since 2001, he has acted as Professor of economy at Georgetown University. From 1999 to 2001 he was Professor of economics at Southampton University and, from 1990 to 1999, Assistant Director of Research at University of Cambridge, Faculty of Economics and Politics. From 1986 to 1999 he was Lecturer at University of Cambridge, St. John’s College, from 1986 to 1988 he was Junior Research Officer at the University of Cambridge Economics department. Since 2009 he has been Director of the PhD in Economics at Georgetown University. From 1988 to 1989 he was Member of College Council of St. John’s College, Cambridge. He worked also for Einaudi Institute for Economics and Finance, International University College, Collegio Carlo Alberto, University LUISS Guido Carli, Ente Luigi Einaudi per gli studi Monetari Bancari e Finanziari, London School of Economics, University of Pennsylvania, Yale University and Harvard University. He is the author of many publications and participated in several international research projects. From 2008 to 2011 he was an Independent Member of the Board of Director of Saipem SpA.

Carlo Angelici

Mr. Carlo Angelici serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Enel Green Power SpA. He has also served as Coordinator of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. He holds a degree in Law from Universita degli Studi di Roma la Sapienza (1967). Since 1974, he has been Professor at numerous Italian universities teaching banking law, bankruptcy law, industrial law, commercial law and insurance law. He is currently a professor of business law at the La Sapienza University in Rome. In 1995, he was appointed as dean of the Faculty of Law at La Sapienza and held the position until 2009. He is the author of numerous publications on corporate, commercial and insurance law. He has also taught course on the history of the French Revolution at La Sapienza University. He has been a part of various government committees that dealt with the reform of Italian corporate law. He was Legal Advisor to the Italian treasury between 1999 and 2000. He has served as Director at Enel from 1999 to 2002, Secretary of the Board of Directors of Alitalia SpA from 2001 to 2003, Member of the Board of Directors of Telecom Italy Mobile SpA from 2004 to 2005, Director of Stretto di Messina SpA from 2005 to 2008 and Director of SACE BT from 2007 to 2010. He has also been Director (Independent Director appointed by the minority shareholders) of Pirelli & C. SpA.

Giovanni Lombardo

Mr. Giovanni Battista Lombardo serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Enel Green Power SpA. He also serves as Member of the Audit Committee of the Company. He holds a degree in Law from Universita degli Studi di Trieste. He was Director of the Sezione del Ministero delle Finanze, Direzione Generale delle Imposte Dirette - Reddito d'impresa where he drafted legislation, circulars and resolutions from 1969 to 1983. He was the Head of the Associazione Nazionale delle Imprese di Assicurazione from 1983 to 1985 and he also served as the Central deputy of the Unita Affari Fiscali of the group. He has actively participated in the implementation dealing with privatization of subsidiaries from 1985 to 1998. He served as Chief Tax Officer of Enel from 1998 to 2003. Over the years, has been a Director of corporations, such as Finmeccanica SpA and Cementir, Finmare, Lloyd Triestino di Navigazione, Terni Acciai Speciali, Sogei. He was also Professor at Scuola Centrale Tributaria E. Vanoni and is Committee Member of Confindustria and Assonime.

Giovanni Malagnino

Mr. Giovanni Pietro Malagnino has served as Non-Executive Independent Director of Enel Green Power SpA since April 27, 2011. He also serves as Member of the Audit Committee of the Company. He graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1978 at the Universita degli Studi di Perugia and specialized in Dentistry in 1980 at Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza. Since 1980 he practices as Endodontics Dentistry. Since 1983 he is Member of the Societa Italiana of Endodontics and since 1985 of the American Association of Endodontics. He is also Honorary Member of the Societe Francaise d’Endedontie since 1987. He was Director of SIE (1984-1986) and Secretary General and national Chairman of ANDI. He was Vice Chairman of the Comitato di Coordinamento delle Societa Scientifiche Odontoiatriche (1996-2000) and he was also Member of the Experts Committee of the Comitato Centrale della Federazione Nazionale degli ordini dei medici e degli odontoiatri (1998-2000). Since 1997 is Member of the Experts Committee for sector studies at SOSE. Since 2000 he is Vice Chairman of ENPAM (Ente Nazionale di previdenza e Assistenza dei medici e degli odontoiatri) and since 2010 he is Vice Chairman of ADEPP (Associazione delle Casse di Previdenza Privatizzata).

Daniele Santosuosso

Mr. Daniele Umberto Santosuosso has served as Non-Executive Independent Director of Enel Green Power SpA since April 27, 2011. He holds a degree in Law from Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza (1987). He is also Member of the Renumeration Committee of the Company. From 1993 to 1998 he was assistant professor at the Universita degli Studi di Perugia and in 1998 he became Associate Professor of Commercial Law at Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza. He has been Professor of Commercial Law in the School of Economics at Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza since 2000 where he holds two academic courses of commercial law and international law. He is also Coordinator of a master of international commercial law and Member of the professor’s council of the PhD in commercial law at several universities. He was visiting scholar and professor at several foreign universities, in particular the London School of Economics, the Heidelberg University and the School of Law of U.C., Berkeley. He is the Author of volumes and articles and Lecturer at many national and international congresses and Member of scientific journals. He is Founder and Director of Rivista di Diritto Societario. He cooperates with the newspaper Il Sole 24 ore. He is Member and Advisor of many category associations and many national and international research and training centers. He is Member of the National Notary Council’s commission for enterprise studies of the Rome Bar Association’s Committee for corporate and commercial law and Coordinator of the corporate law courses; Member of the roman Notary school Anselmo Anselmo, where he is Lecturer of extraordinary corporate transactions; Member of the regional institute A. C. Jemolo, for the education of professional mediators. He was Independent Member of the Board of Director, Chairman of the remuneration committee and the internal control committee of Kinexia S.p.A. He is an attorney at law practicing in contracts and commercial law and arbitration.

Luciana Tarozzi

Ms. Luciana Tarozzi serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Enel Green Power SpA. She also serves as Member of the Audit Committee of the Company. She received a degree in Accounting in 1963. She has worked in various administrative positions at Enel from 1965 to 2005. She served as the Chief Accounting Officer from 1997 to 2005, Head of Group Reporting from 1996 to 1997, Head of Financial Planning from 1994 to 1996, Head of Budgeting from 1990 to 1994 and manager in the Accounting Department from 1988 to 1990. From 2000 to 2005, she was a Non-Executive Director of several companies of the Enel Group. In 1999, she was awarded the Golden Apple award by the Bellisario foundation, which recognizes women that have excelled professionally, politically, and culturally.
