Marcus Wallenberg |
Mr. Marcus Wallenberg has served as Chairman of the Board of Electrolux AB since April 16, 2007. He is Member of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Member of Nomination Committee. He has been Member of the Electrolux Board since 2005. Mr. Wallenberg is Chairman of the Boards of Directors of LKAB, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) AB and Saab AB. In addition, he serves as Member of the Board of AstraZeneca Plc, Stora Enso Oyj, Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation and Temasek Holdings Limited. Mr. Keith R. McLoughlin has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Electrolux AB since January 1, 2011, and Member of the Company’s Board of Directors since March 31, 2011.
