Name Description

Ronnie Leten

Mr. Ronnie Leten has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Electrolux AB since March 26, 2014. He is Member of the Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Before that, he has been Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Company since March 27, 2012. He has been President and CEO of Atlas Copco AB since 2009. He also serves as Board Member of Atlas Copco AB. In his career, he held various senior positions within the Atlas Copco Group, from 1997 to 2009 and from 1985 to 1995. He was Plant Manager of Tenneco Automotive Inc, Belgium, from 1995 to 1997 and held various positions within General Biscuits from 1979 to 1985. He holds Master of Science degree in Applied Economics.

Jonas Samuelson

Mr. Jonas Samuelson has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Electrolux AB effective as of February 1, 2016 and he has also been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since April 6, 2016. He has previously been Head of Major Appliances Europe, Middle East and Africa and Executive Vice President at the Company since September 28, 2011. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company from 2008. In addition, he was Chief Operating Officer and Head of Global Operations Major Appliances from February 1, 2011 until September 28, 2011. Anna Ohlsson-Leijon

Ms. Anna Ohlsson-Leijon has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at Aktiebolaget Electrolux effective as of April 1, 2016. Anna Ohlsson-Leijon joined Electrolux in 2001 as Director of Project Management. She has since held senior management positions including Director of Electrolux Internal Audit since 2003, head of the Group’s internal audit function from 2005, Group Treasurer from 2008, and Head of Corporate Control & Services from 2011. She was appointed CFO of Major Appliances EMEA in 2013. She is Board Member of Munksjo Oyj. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Linkoping, Sweden.

Jan Brockmann

Mr. Jan Brockmann has been Chief Operations Officer of Electrolux AB since 2015. Previously, he was Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at the Company from February 1, 2011 until 2015. He held management positions within Valeo Group from 1994 until 1999 and was also Project Manager in Roland Berger Strategy Consultants GmbH from 2000 to 2001. He held senior management positions within Volkswagen Group between 2001 and 2010. Mr. Brockmann joined Electrolux as Head of R&D for Global Operations, Electrolux Major Appliances in 2010. He holds Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree.

Daniel Arler

Mr. Daniel (Dan) Arler has been appointed Executive Vice President and Head of Major Appliances Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Aktiebolaget Electrolux effective as of February 1, 2016. Dan Arler has previously been Senior Vice President of the Kitchen product line with the business area (2009-2016). He has been with Electrolux since 2002, with previous responsibilities including heading the Laundry product line in Asia-Pacific (2004-2006), General Manager of Electrolux Japan (2006-2008) and head of the Electrolux brand’s business activities in EMEA. Prior to joining Electrolux he held various management positions within Stanley Works Europe (1999-2002) and at Whirlpool in Europe (1993-1999). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Aston University.

Ricardo Cons

Mr. Ricardo Cons has been Executive Vice President, Head of Major Appliances Latin America at Aktiebolaget Electrolux since February 1, 2017. Before that, he has been Interim Head of Major Appliances Latin America at the Company since October 1, 2016. He previously held various positions in Volvo Brazil, 1986–1997; management positions at Electrolux Brazil, including CEO Small Appliances, Sales and Marketing Director Major Appliances, 1997-2011; management positions at Franke in Brazil, 2011-2016. He holds Bachelor in Financial Administration and Marketing, and MBA in Team Management.

Kenneth Ng

Mr. Kenneth L. Ng has been Executive Vice President, Head of Major Appliances Asia/Pacific at Aktiebolaget Electrolux effective as of April 1, 2015. Before that, he has held senior management positions in Philips Electronics in China and Australia/ New Zealand, 1999-2004, China CEO of Decorative Paints, within Imperial Chemicals Industries, 2004-2008, President of American Standard Asia Pacific (Lixil Corp subsidiary) 2008-2012, CEO and President of Lixil Corp in Greater China, 2013-2015. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Computer Applications and Information Systems from New York University.

Ola Nilsson

Mr. Ola Nilsson has been appointed Executive Vice President, Head of Small Appliances at Aktiebolaget Electrolux effective as of April 1, 2016. He joined Electrolux in 1994 and held positions in various Group functions until 1998 before moving to Asia-Pacific to eventually become CFO and later Managing Director of Small Appliances in Australia 1999-2002. From 2003, he held management positions in Small Appliances based in Stockholm, and was appointed President Asia-Pacific within the Small Appliances business area in 2008. Ola Nilsson took up his recent position as Head of Laundry Product Line within Major Appliances EMEA in 2012. He holds a Master of Science degree in International Business Administration from the University of Lund, Sweden.

Alan Shaw

Mr. Alan Shaw has been appointed Executive Vice President, Head of Major Appliances North America at Aktiebolaget Electrolux effective as of February 1, 2016. Alan Shaw worked for Husqvarna AB, a producer of outdoor power products, from 2013 to 2015. He was President and CEO of outdoor grill maker Char-Broil LLC from 2005 to 2013, prior to which he was President and CEO of consumer power equipment company Murray Group from 2003 until 2005. He has also held a number of senior management positions in Whirlpool Corporation, 1987-1991. He was Marketing Director at a Whirlpool JV, Consul, in Brazil, 1991-1994 and held various senior management positions in Asia-Pacific and North America at Whirlpool, 1994-2003. Alan Shaw has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Political science from the University of Idaho, and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Indiana University.

Alberto Zanata

Mr. Alberto Zanata has served as Executive Vice President and Head of Professional Products at Electrolux AB since June 12, 2009. He held senior management positions in Electrolux Professional Products within factory management, marketing, product management and business development between 1989 and 2002. He also served as Head of Professional Products in North America from 2003 to 2008. He holds a university degree in Electrical Engineering with Business Administration.

MaryKay Kopf

Lars Worsoee-Petersen

Mr. Lars Worsoee-Petersen has been Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Electrolux AB since October 15, 2011. He joined Electrolux as Head of Human Resources Electrolux in Denmark in 1994. He was also Vice President Human Resources within Electrolux Major Appliances Europe (1999-2000), Head of Electrolux Holding A/S in Denmark (2000-2002) and Head of Human Resources for Electrolux Major Appliances North America (2002-2005). He was Head of Group Staff Human Resources at Husqvarna AB from 2005 to 2011. He then rejoined the Company in 2011. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics.

Mr. Fredrik Persson has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Electrolux AB since March 27, 2012. He is also Member of the Company’s Audit Committee. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Axel Johnson AB from 2007 until 2015.
