Name Description

Marcus Wallenberg

 Mr. Marcus Wallenberg has served as Chairman of the Board of Electrolux AB since April 16, 2007. He is Member of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Member of Nomination Committee. He has been Member of the Electrolux Board since 2005. Mr. Wallenberg is Chairman of the Boards of Directors of LKAB, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) AB and Saab AB. In addition, he serves as Member of the Board of AstraZeneca Plc, Stora Enso Oyj, Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation and Temasek Holdings Limited. Previously, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Investor AB (1999-2005) and Executive Vice President of Investor AB from 1993 to 1999. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Services from Georgetown University.

Keith McLoughlin

 Mr. Keith R. McLoughlin has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Electrolux AB since January 1, 2011, and Member of the Company’s Board of Directors since March 31, 2011. He has also been appointed Head of Global Operations Major Appliances of the Company, effective as of September 28, 2011. Prior to this, he was Chief Operations Officer Major Appliances, Executive Vice President in the Company from July 16, 2009. Ronnie Leten

 Mr. Ronnie Leten has served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Electrolux AB since March 27, 2012. He is President and CEO of Atlas Copco AB since 2009. In his career, he held various positions within the Atlas Copco Group, from 1997 to 2009 and from 1985 to 1995, he was Plant Manager of Tenneco Automotive Inc, Belgium, from 1995 to 1997 and held various positions within General Biscuits from 1979 to 1985. Gunilla Nordstrom

 Ms. Gunilla Nordstrom has been Executive Vice President and Head of Major Appliances Asia/Pacific of Electrolux AB since August 2007. She held several senior management positions at Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson and Sony Ericsson, Europe, Latin America and Asia between 1983 and 2005, and was President of Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications Co.  Mr. Jonas Samuelson has been Head of Major Appliances Europe, Middle East and Africa and Executive Vice President of Electrolux AB since September 28, 2011. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company from 2008.  Mr. Jack Truong has been appointed Executive Vice President and Head of Electrolux Major Appliances North America with Electrolux AB, effective as of August 1, 2011. He previously held Research and Development and Business Management positions within 3M in the United States ( 1989–1997), was Business Director at 3M Home Care Business, Europe, Middle East and North Africa (1997–2001), Managing Director of 3M Thailand Ltd.  Mr. Alberto Zanata has served as Executive Vice President and Head of Professional Products in Electrolux AB since June 12, 2009. He joined the Company’s Professional Products area in 1989. He held senior management positions within factory management, marketing, product management and business development between 1989 and 2002. He joined Electrolux as head of Human Resources Electrolux in Denmark in 1994. He was also Vice-President Human Resources within Electrolux Major Appliances Europe (1999–2000), Head of Electrolux Holding A/S in Denmark (2000–2002), and Head of Human Resources for Electrolux Major Appliances North America (2002–2005). Stefano Marzano

 Mr. Stefano Marzano has served as Chief Design Officer and Senior Vice President at Electrolux AB since January 10, 2012.
