Name Description

Fausto Bellamico

 Mr. Fausto Bellamico has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Emak SpA since December 23, 2011. From April 15, 2010 to December 23, 2011 he was Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Company. From May 1, 2005, to April 15, 2010 he was Chief Executive Officer, General Manager and Director of the Company. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Universita degli Studi di Bologna in 1975. He is in the register of engineers of Bologna since 1978. He joined Oleomac SpA in 1978 as designer and occupied higher positions in the Technical Area, till he became Chief Technical Officer in 1992. After the merger with Efco SpA and the creation of Emak SpA he kept the same position until 1996, when he was appointed General Manager of the Company.

Aimone Burani

 Mr. Aimone Burani serves as Vice Chairman, Chief Administrative and Financial Officer and as Financial Reporting Officer of Emak SpA. He obtained a diploma in Accounting in 1975. He joined Oleo-Mac SpA in 1975 where he was Director of Administration and Finance until 1992. After the merge with Efco SpA and the creation of Emak SpA, he became Chief Administrative and Financial Officer and Head of Management Control and of EDP. He also became a Director of the Company in the same period. He has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Company in 2001. He also serves as Director of YAMA SpA.

Stefano Slanzi

 Mr. Stefano Slanzi has served as Executive Director and General Manager of Emak SpA since December 23, 2011. Prior to his appointment he served as Executive Director and Deputy General Manager of Emak SpA as from April 28, 2008. He was nominated Deputy General Manager of the Company since 1997. Luigi Bartoli

 Mr. Luigi Bartoli has served as Executive Director of Emak SpA since April 27, 2007. From 2004 to April 27, 2007 he served as Non-Executive Director of the Company. He graduated in Political Science from Universita degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia. From 1998 to 1999 he served at Comet SpA in different positions until he became Head of Management Control.
