Name Description

Joseph Tucci

Mr. Joseph M. Tucci is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Emc Corp. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors since January 2006 and has been Chief Executive Officer and a Director since January 2001. He served as President from January 2000 to July 2012. He served as Chief Operating Officer from January 2000 to January 2001. Prior to joining EMC, Mr. Tucci served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Getronics N.V., an information technology services company, from June 1999 through December 1999 and as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Wang Global, an information technology services company, from December 1993 to June 1999. Mr. Tucci is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of VMware and a director of Paychex, Inc., a provider of payroll, human resources and benefits outsourcing solutions. He holds Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Manhattan College, MS in Business Policy from Columbia University.

William Teuber

Mr. William J. Teuber is Vice Chairman of Emc Corporation, since May 2006. In this role, Mr. Teuber assists the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in the day-to-day management of EMC. From 2006 to July 2012, he oversaw EMC Customer Operations, global sales and distribution organization where he was responsible for driving EMC's growth and market leadership worldwide. Mr. Jeremy Burton is President - Products and Marketing of Emc Corp. With revenues of $23.2 billion in 2013 and more than 62,000 employees worldwide, EMC is a global leader in enabling businesses and service providers to transform their operations and deliver IT as a service. Fundamental to this transformation is cloud computing. Through innovative products and services, EMC accelerates the journey to cloud computing, helping IT departments to store, manage, protect and analyze their most valuable asset—information—in a more agile, trusted and cost-efficient way. Burton was appointed President to lead Products and Marketing in March 2014. He is responsible for product divisions within EMC’s Information Infrastructure business, including development and coordination of cross business unit product operations, as well as corporate go-to-market functions, OEM and volume channel initiatives, the Office of the CTO and Global Marketing. Burton joined EMC as Chief Marketing Officer in March 2010, responsible for the global structure, strategy, and execution of all aspects of EMC's marketing efforts, including all major events and programs. As head of Global Marketing, he extended EMC's presence and relevance on the world stage, building and guiding EMC's global reputation and brand, and further enabling the success of the company's sales teams and partner ecosystem. He is based at EMC's offices in Santa Clara, California. A 20-year veteran of the IT industry, Burton joined EMC from Serena Software, where he was President and CEO. Previously, as Group President of Symantec's Security and Data Management Business Unit, Burton was responsible for the company's $2 billion Enterprise Security product line. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President of the Data Management Group at Veritas, responsible for the company's backup and archiving products. Burton holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering from the University of Surrey, England.

Arthur Coviello

Mr. Arthur W. Coviello is an Executive Chairman - RSA, the Security Division of EMC of EMC Corporation, since February 2011. Mr. Coviello served as Executive Vice President and President of RSA from September 2006 to February 2011. Prior to joining EMC, Mr. Coviello served as Chief Executive Officer of RSA Security Inc. from January 2000 to September 2006 and as acting Chief Financial Officer of RSA Security from December 2005 to May 2006. He served as President of RSA Security from March 1999 to September 2006. Mr. Coviello joined RSA in 1995. David Goulden

Mr. David I. Goulden is Chief Executive Officer - EMC Information Infrastructure of Emc Corp. He is an 11-year EMC veteran, who has operated as EMC's Chief Financial Officer for seven years and held full responsibility for EMC's Information Infrastructure Business Units, Sales and Customer Operations, Services, Marketing and G&A functions since July 2012. Goulden has also been instrumental in making M&A a core competency for EMC by playing a leading role in more than 70 acquisitions since 2003.

As Vice President of the Platform Strategy and Developer Group, among other roles, he oversaw the development and marketing of System Software Products (including Windows 95, Windows NT, and Windows 2000), Development Tools (Visual Studio) and Database Products (SQL Server) and the complete Office and Exchange Product Lines. Prior to Microsoft, he spent five years working at Intel Corporation as a software and tools developer. Mr. Maritz is a director of VMware.

William Scannell

Mr. William F. Scannell is President - Global Sales and Customer Operations of Emc Corp., since July 2012. He is responsible for driving EMC's global growth and continued market leadership by delivering and supporting the full range of EMC products, services and solutions to organizations in established and new markets around the world. Paul Dacier

Mr. Michael W. Brown is an Independent Director of Emc Corp., since August 2005. Randolph Cowen

Mr. Randolph L. Cowen is an Independent Director of Emc Corporation since January 2009. From October 2007 until his retirement in November 2008, Mr. Cowen served as co-Chief Administrative Officer of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., a global investment, banking, securities and investment management firm.
