Mr. Bruce G. Kelley is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of EMC Insurance Group Inc. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and of Employers Mutual since 1992 and was Treasurer of Employers Mutual from 1996 until 2000, and of the Company from 1996 until 2001. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company and of Employers Mutual from 1991 to 1992 and was Executive Vice President of both companies from 1989 to 1991.
