Ferguson, J. Brian Mr. J. Brian Ferguson is Executive Chairman of the Board of Eastman Chemical Company since 2002. He joined Eastman in 1977. Mr. Ferguson was named Vice President, Industry and Federal Affairs in 1994, became Managing Director, Greater China in 1997, was named President, Eastman Chemical Asia Pacific in 1998, became President, Polymers Group in 1999, and became President, Chemicals Group in 2001. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of FPL Group, Inc., parent company of Florida Power & Light Company. Mr. Ferguson serves as a member of the American Chemistry Council Board of Directors, on the Executive Committee of the Business Roundtable, on the President’s Export Council, and as a Trustee of the United States Council for International Business.
Rogers, James Mr. James P. Rogers is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Eastman Chemical Company. He joined the Company in 1999 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and in 2002 also became Chief Operations Officer of Eastman Division, and was named Executive Vice President of the Company and President of Eastman Division in November 2003. Mr. Rogers served previously as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GAF Materials Corporation. He also served as Executive Vice President, Finance, of International Specialty Products, Inc., which was spun off from GAF in 1997.

Costa, Mark Mr. Mark J. Costa is Executive Vice President, Polymers Business Group and Chief Marketing Officer of Eastman Chemical Company. Mr. Costa joined the Company in June 2006 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Marketing and was appointed to his current position in August 2008. Prior to joining Eastman, Mr. Costa was a senior partner within Monitor Group's integrated North American and global client service networks. He joined Monitor in 1988 and his experience included corporate and business unit strategies, asset portfolio strategies, innovation and marketing, and channel strategies across a wide range of industries, including specialty and commodity chemicals, electricity, natural gas and truck/auto manufacturing.
Lindsay, Ronald Mr. Ronald C. Lindsay has been Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Regional Leadership of Eastman Chemical Company. Sneed, Norris Mr. Norris P. Sneed is Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Eastman Chemical Company. Mr. Sneed joined the Company in 1979 as a Chemical Engineer at Eastman’s South Carolina Operations. In 1989, he was assigned to Eastman’s Arkansas Operations where he was superintendent for different manufacturing and new business development departments. In 1997, he served as assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
