Name Description

Ola Rothe

 Mr. Ola Rothe has been Chairman of the Board of EMS Seven Seas ASA (previously known as Eitzen Maritime Services ASA) since December 13, 2010. He has served as Board Member of the Company since October 8, 2010. He has experience from management and board work in several listed and unlisted companies. He is Member of the Board of Jason Shipping ASA. He heads his own investment and advisory wholly-owned company AS Sobona. He has a Law Degree from Oslo University (Universitetet i Oslo) and background as a commercial and maritime lawyer.

Morten Persen

 Mr. Morten Persen has served as Chief Executive Officer of EMS Seven Seas ASA (previously known as Eitzen Maritime Services ASA) since October 16, 2011 and was appointed Chief Legal Officer of the Company in July 2011. Mr. Persen has several years of management experience focused on operations, restructuring, line management, board representation, as well as international commercial and legal negotiations. He has previously been head of his own advisory firm and been employed in Aker ASA, Aker Oil & Gas ASA, Wikborg Rein & Co and the Norwegian Ministry of Finance. He holds a Law Degree from Universitet i Oslo.

Ole Gulsvik

 Mr. Ole Anton Gulsvik has served as Chief Financial Officer of EMS Seven Seas ASA (previously known as Eitzen Maritime Services ASA) since January 2012. He has 12 years of experience in Investment Banking, and comes from a corporate finance position within Carnegie ASA. Mr. Gulsvik has several years of experience from capital markets having served at Carnegie Investment Banking, among others. His areas of knowledge include financial restructuring and shipping working for such companies as Eitzen Maritime Services ASA (2010-2011). He was previously working as Senior Analyst within Equity Research in Handelsbanken Capital Markets. He holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (Norges Teknisk-Naturvitenskapelige Universitet i Trondheim).

Peter Machado

 Capt. Peter Paul C. Machado has served as Chief Operations Officer of EMS Seven Seas ASA (previously known as Eitzen Maritime Services ASA) since July 6, 2011. He is also the Vice President of Seven Seas Shipchandlers covering the Middle East, Afghanistan and Africa. He sailed with Scindia Steam Navigation India and KLTT Kuwait in various ascending deck and navigation capacities including Captain-in-Command. He was also the Fleet Manager at KLTT before joining Seven Seas as Group General Manager. In addition to the professional Class 1 Master FG certification, he holds a MSO (Master of Ship Operations) from the Centre of Advanced Maritime Studies, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, the United Kingdom.

Thomas Falck

 Mr. Thomas Falck has served as Member of the Board of Directors of EMS Seven Seas ASA (previously known as Eitzen Maritime Services ASA) since October 11, 2011. He currently serves as a Board Member of Kongsberg Automotive ASA, Vizrt ASA and Codfarmers ASA. He serves as Chairman of Making Waves AS and First Credit Opportunity AS. He also serves on the Boards of several fund-of-fund investment companies investing in infrastructure, private equity and renewable energy globally, and he is active as a Board Member and owner in some ventures companies. Mr. Falck has been Chairman and/or Member of several Audit and Nominations committees. He has held a number of management positions inter alia as Chief Executive Officer of Visma Marine ASA (Spectec) and has experience in investment management as Group Partner of Verdane Capital (Four Seasons Venture). Additionally, Mr. Falck manages Agenda Capital AS, which is a private investment and advisory company.

Asa Mossberg

 Ms. Asa Mossberg has served as Member of the Board of Directors of EMS Seven Seas ASA (previously known as Eitzen Maritime Services ASA) since December 13, 2010. She runs the management consultancy of Mossberg & Rojdmark since 2009. She has previously spent some ten years in equity research, at UBS and Kaupthing, covering the consumer goods and retail sectors and as Head of Nordic equity research at UBS. Prior to this, Ms. Mossberg spent six years at Procter & Gamble. She holds a Master's Degree from the Stockholm School of Economics/Columbia Business School.
