Name Description

Michael Winn

Mr. Michael D. Winn serves as Chairman of the Board of Eurasian Minerals Inc. He is President of Terrasearch Inc. (private consulting company providing analysis of mining and energy companies). January 1997 to present. He is President, director and sole shareholder of Seabord Services Corp. (private management company providing administrative services to EMX and other issuers), January 23, 2007 to present. He is CEO and Director of Iron Creek Capital Corp. (mining company), April 14, 2008 to present. He holds BSc – Geology University of Southern California. He has Graduate course work in accounting and finance.

David Cole

Mr. David M. Cole is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Eurasian Minerals Inc. Mr. Cole has 19 years of industry experience, coming to Eurasian Minerals from Newmont Mining Corporation. At Newmont, he held a number of management and senior geologic positions, gaining global experience as a project, mine, and generative exploration geologist in Nevada, Southeast Asia, South America, Europe, and Central Asia. Mr. Cole's success as part of Newmont's exploration team includes contributions at the world class Carlin Trend, Yanacocha, and Minihasa mines. Subsequently, he established and managed Newmont's exploration programs in Turkey while also identifying early stage acquisition targets in Eastern Europe. Mr. Cole specializes in developing new exploration ideas and opportunities, based upon solid technical coupled with a keen business sense. Mr. Cole is a private investor with an avid interest in the markets. He studied under Dr. Tommy Thompson at Colorado State University, earning an Master of Science in Geology.

Christina Cepeliauskas

Ms. Christina Cepeliauskas is Chief Financial Officer of Eurasian Minerals Inc., since September 18, 2008. Ms. Cepeliauskas is a Certified General Accountant with 10 years of financial accounting and treasury experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry. Prior to joining Eurasian Ms. Cepeliauskas held the position of Chief Financial Officer with Aura Minerals Inc. and Yukon Zinc Corporation.

Mr. Paul H. Zink is President - Eurasian Capital of Eurasian Minerals Inc. Formerly he served as Mining Consultant, March 2010 to June 2010; President of International Royalty Corporation (TSX), March 2008 to February 2010; Retired, September 2007 to March 2008; and Director of Complex Underwriting of Republic Financial Corporation, August 2000 to September 2007.

M. Stephen Enders

Dr. M. Stephen Enders serves as Chief Operating Officer, Director of Eurasian Minerals Inc. Dr. Enders resume includes former positions as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Exploration for Newmont Mining Corporation and the President of Phelps Dodge Exploration Corporation. He is a graduate in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines (Bachelor of Science) and the University of Arizona (Master of Science), where he has also earned a Doctorate in Philosophy in Geosciences. Dr. Enders has led teams in a number of new discoveries, as well in the expansion of mineral resources and reserves for many properties and mines around the world.

Jan Steiert

Ms. Jan N. Steiert has been appointed as Chief Legal Officer of Eurasian Minerals Inc with effect from September 28, 2012. Ms. Steiert brings professional accomplishments and experience in mining and natural resource law to EMX. Previously, she was senior vice-president, general counsel, at Electrum Ltd., a privately held global gold exploration company. Prior to that, she was a partner at the law firm of Holme Roberts & Owen LLP (now Bryan Cave HRO) in Denver, Colo., where she practised law for 28 years. While in private practice, she counseled clients, including international mining companies such as Newmont Mining, Apex Silver and Royal Gold, on mining law in the United States and internationally. She is the immediate past president of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, where she served for many years as a trustee, a past president of the Colorado Bar Association Section on Energy and Natural Resources Law, a past chair of the Denver chapter of International Mining Professionals Society, a past member of advisory board of the University of Colorado Natural Resources Law Center, and a past University of Denver distinguished natural resources practitioner. During her period in private practice, she was listed for many years in the Best Lawyers in America and Who's Who of Mining Lawyers. She is a member of the Colorado Bar, and holds an arts bachelor degree from the University of Michigan and a law degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Valerie Barlow

Ms. Valerie A. Barlow is Corporate Secretary of Eurasian Minerals Inc. She served in Sundance Minerals Ltd., September 15, 2011 to present, and; Seabord Services Corp., August 2010 to present. Formerly she served as Acting Corporate Secretary of Sierra Geothermal Power Corp., September 2009 to August 2010; Corporate Secretary of Jinshan Gold Mines Inc. (TSX), May 2009 to September 2009; Assistant Corporate Secretary of Jinshan Gold Mines Inc., May 2008 to May 2009; Corporate Administrator of Jinshan Gold Mines; April 2005 to May 2008.

Brian Bayley

Mr. Brian E. Bayley is an Independent Director of Eurasian Minerals Inc. Mr. Bayley is Director and officer of publicly traded companies (1986 – present), including Quest Capital Corp. (asset backed lending company listed on the Toronto and American Stock Exchanges and AIM market of the London Stock Exchange), and investor in numerous publicly traded companies during which time and as a result of which investments has reviewed and analyzed numerous financial statements. He has Bachelor of Arts (Hon) – 1977 from University of Victoria, Victoria, BC and Masters of Business Administration – 1979 from Queen’s University, Kingston, ON.

Brian Levet

Mr. Brian K. Levet is Independent Director of Eurasian Minerals Inc. He comes to EMX with thirty-five years of diversified executive and management experience in mineral exploration, project startup, and mine development and operations. The majority of Brian's career was with Newmont Mining Corporation, as the Group Executive for Worldwide Exploration, and after 27 years of service he announced his retirement earlier this year. Before Newmont, Mr. Levet started out with Rio Tinto Rhodesia and Zimbabwe Iron and Steel Corporation after earning a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of London (Derby College of Technology). He is recognized within the mining industry for exploration experience and team leadership that resulted in a number of discoveries, including the Batu Hijau and Elang copper-gold deposits in Indonesia, the North Lanut gold deposit in North Sualwesi, Indonesia, and the McPhillamys gold deposit in New South Wales, Australia. He led the team that re-interpreted and defined the Martabe gold deposit in Sumatra, was part of the team that recognized the epigenetic origins of the Telfer gold deposit in Australia.

George Lim

Mr. George K. C. Lim is an Independent Director of Eurasian Minerals Inc. Mr. Lim is Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded companies and has worked in the mining industry since 1999. Prior to that was in public practice for 24 years. Also worked with Audit Committees and Boards of Directors on matters relating to audits for numerous years. He has Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of B.C. – 1985, Member of Certified General Accountants of B.C. - 1985.
