Cheng Gay Tan

 Mr. Tan Cheng Gay is Executive Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Engro Corporation Ltd. Mr. Tan is a stalwart of the company, having been with EnGro Corporation since its inception. He was appointed as Director in 1973 and has since served as the Executive Director of the company.

 Mr. Ho Peng Hock has been appointed as Group Chief Operating Officer of Engro Corporation Ltd., effective January 2, 2013. He was Business Development Lead, Air Liquide Singapore, 2010-2012; Asia Pacific Middle East Supply Planning Manager, Shell Eastern Petroleum Pte Ltd., 2009-2010; Country Manager (Lubricants), Shell Eastern Petroleum Pte Ltd., 2005-2008; Regional Marketing Manager (Lubricants), Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd., 2002-2005.

En Yi Chen

 Dr. Chen En Yi is General Manager - Specialty Cement of EnGro Corporation Ltd., since 2010. Dr. Chen joined the Company in 1996 and is a member of China business team. Prior to joining the Company, he lectured in Tsinghua University China, specializing in cement and concrete technologies.

 Mr. Loh Vincent is Manager, Knowledge Management of EnGro Corporation Ltd. Mr Loh joined the Company in 2000 as the Internal Auditor. He currently heads the Group’s Knowledge Management department and helps to oversee the Group’s dry mix subsidiary companies. In addition, Mr Loh is also the Group’s green initiative programs.  Ms. Ong Soo Teng is Assistant Human Resource Manager of Engro Corporation Ltd. Ms Ong oversees the human resource function for the Group. Her prior experiences include regional human resource experience working for multinational companies in the telecommunication, pharmaceutical and engineering industries.

Alex Tan

 Mr. Alex Tan is General Manager - Resin & Pigment Technologies Pte., Ltd., a subsidiary Company of EnGro Corporation Ltd. He is the founder of the company which was formed in 1989. At R&P Singapore he oversee the business development of polymer colouring and advisor to process and technical development. Mr. Tan also heads the business operation of R&P Wuxi. His experience is in the field of polymer extrusion compounding and colouring.

Chi Tsung Wong

 Mr. Wong Chi Tsung is Managing Director - Resin & Pigment Technologies Private Limited, a subsidiary Company of Engro Corporation Ltd. He oversees the business and operations of both the Singapore and China (Wuxi) plants. He is a member of EnGro's investment team.

Toon Hong Wong

 Mr. Wong Toon Hong is Manager - Strategic Business Unit of EnGro Corporation Ltd. Mr Wong joined the Company in 1994. He supports the CEO’s Office and is responsible for the GGBS operations in Korea, venture capital Hi-Tech investments, and the Infocomm needs of the Group. His prior working experience includes positions in IT system development in sectors from defense, government, publishing, technology and business consulting for multinational companies in Asia Pacific.

Mr Ng currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SP Chemicals Holdings Ltd. He also serves as an independent director and Audit committee member of Thai Beverage Public Company Ltd.

Kim Soon Soh

 Mr. Soh Kim Soon is Independent Non-Executive Director of Engro Corporation Ltd. He serves as Chairman of the Nominating Committee and is a member of the Remuneration Committee. Mr Soh is currently Chairman of ORIX Investment And Management Private Limited and ORIX Leasing Singapore Limited. He also serves on the boards of Juniper Capital Ventures (Pte) Ltd, Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd and NTUC Income Insurance Cooperative Limited. He was previously Senior Managing Director of DBS Bank where he worked for more than 29 years.

Heng Hock Teo

 Mr. Teo Heng Hock has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of Engro Corporation Limited with effect from January 5, 2012. Mr.Teo is currently the Managing Director of Financial Reengineering Pte Ltd, a management consulting firm specialising in investment advisory services. Mr.Teo was previously the Managing Director of DBS Asset Management Ltd and the General Manager of DBS Finance Limited. Mr. Teo holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) degree in Economics from the University of Singapore. Mr.Teo's directorship in listed companies over the preceding five years includes being an independent director of Sunvic Chemical Holdings Ltd, Behringer Corporation Ltd and Berger Paints (S) Pte Ltd. Mr. Teo is now concurrently an independent director of Berger International Limited, Shanghai Asia Holdings Ltd, Uni-Asia Finance Corporation and Yeoman 3-Rights Value Asia Fund.
