Gianluca Rattazzi

Mr. Gianluca U. Rattazzi is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the Board of Envivio Inc. He has served as Chairman of the Board since July 2007 and served as Executive Chairman, an executive officer position, from June 2010 until January 2012. From March 2007 to April 2010, Mr. Rattazzi served as President and Chief Executive Officer at MaxiScale, Inc., a cloud-scale file serving and storage platform solutions company, where he was responsible for strategy and execution. From March 2000 to March 2007, Mr. Rattazzi served as Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at BlueArc Corporation, a network storage provider firm where he was responsible for product and strategy management. Mr. Rattazzi previously served on the board of directors of Socket Mobile, Inc. from June 1998 to April 2009. Mr. Rattazzi received M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a Doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Rome.

Julien Signes

Mr. Julien Signes serves as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Envivio Inc. He is one of the company's founders and has served as President since inception in January 2000 and Chief Executive Officer since April 2005. Mr. Signès is responsible for the business strategy, executive duties and leadership of Envivio. Prior to joining the Company, he served as the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Service of Seachange International Inc., a multi-screen video software company, from October 2010 to August 2012. Previously, Mr. Goldfarb served in a variety of positions at Seachange International Inc., including Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales from August 2003 to October 2010, Vice President, Worldwide Sales from January 1998 to October 2010 and Vice President, U.S. Systems Sales from August 1997 to January 1998. Prior to joining SeaChange, Mr. Goldfarb held several sales management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation from September 1983 to July 1994.

Anne Lynch

Ms. Anne M. Lynch serves as the Vice President - Human Resources of Envivio Inc., since January 2011. From May 1995 to August 2008, Ms. Lynch served as Vice President, Human Resources at Harmonic Inc., a provider of broadcast video products, and Directeur General of Harmonic Europe, where she was responsible for all human resources functions. From August 2008 to October 2010, Ms. Lynch was pursuing a graduate degree. Ms. Lynch received a B.A. degree in Languages from Clarke University and a Master of Arts degree in Business Leadership and Ethics from St. Mary’s College of California.

Terry Kramer

Mr. Terry D. Kramer serves as the Lead Independent Director of Envivio Inc. In April 2011, Mr. Kramer was appointed Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard Business School and also a member of its California Research Center Advisory Board. From January 2005 to July 2010, Mr. Kramer served in various management positions with Vodafone Group Plc, a telecommunications company, serving initially as the Chief of Staff to the Group CEO from January 2005 to December 2006, then Group Human Resources Director and Chief of Staff from December 2006 to July 2007, then as Group Strategy and Human Resources Director and Chief of Staff from July 2007 to July 2008, then as Group Strategy and Business Improvement Director from July 2008 to July 2009 and finally as Regional President, Vodafone Americas from August 2009 to July 2010. From the period of 1988 to 2000, Mr. Kramer worked for AirTouch Communications, a predecessor organization of Vodafone, in a variety of roles including Vice President, Strategy, Corporate Development and Human Resources, President, AirTouch Paging and Vice President/General Manager of AirTouch Cellular, Southwest Market. Mr. Kramer received a B.A. degree in Economics from UCLA and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Kevin Dillon

Mr. Kevin E. Dillon serves as the Independent Director of Envivio Inc., since September 2008. Since January 2005, Mr. Dillon has served as General Partner at Atlantic Bridge, a private equity firm with offices in Dublin and London. Mr. Dillon received a B.A. degree in Economics and Law from University of Cape Town, a LLB degree in Commercial Law from University of Cape Town, a B. Comm. degree in Accounting from University of South Africa, a B. Comm. degree in Taxation from University of Cape Town, and a LLM degree in law from Golden Gate University School of Law.

Corentin du Roy de Blicquy

Mr. Corentin du Roy de Blicquy serves as the Independent Director of Envivio Inc., since February 2007. Mr. du Roy de Blicquy is a Principal at HarbourVest Partners (U.K.) Limited, a subsidiary of global private equity manager HarbourVest Partners, LLC. He has been with HarbourVest since March 2003. Mr. du Roy de Blicquy received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Paris IX Dauphine University. He received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2002.

Mr. Gani holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. Mr. Gani serves on the advisory board of the Zell Lurie Institute for entrepreneurial studies at the University of Michigan. Mr. Gani also serves on the board of directors and is the chair of the audit committee of Xsigo Systems, a privately held company.

Edward Gilhuly

Mr. Edward A. Gilhuly is Independent Director of Envivio Inc., since December 2011. Since May 2006, Mr. Gilhuly has served as managing partner at Sageview Capital, a private investment firm. Prior to founding Sageview Capital, Mr. Gilhuly was at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (KKR) from September 1986 until October 2005, where he became partner in January 1995 and oversaw the KKR’s European business from December 1998 to December 2004. He also served on KKR’s Investment Committee from its inception in January 2000 until his departure in October 2005. Since August 2009, Mr. Gilhuly has served on the board of directors of Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp., a publicly traded digital cinema services company. R. David Spreng
