Name Description

Terry Kramer

Mr. Terry D. Kramer is Chairman of the Board of Envivio Inc. Mr. Kramer, a telecommunications executive and former United States ambassador for the World Conference on International Telecommunications (WCIT), has served on Envivio’s board since May 2011. Mr. Kramer served in a variety of executive roles for Vodafone Group/Airtouch Communications during his 18-year tenure with the company, including group strategy and business improvement director and regional president, Vodafone Americas, overseeing Vodafone's investment in Verizon Wireless and its venture capital activities. As WCIT ambassador, in 2012, Mr. Kramer was responsible for negotiating an Internet and telecom treaty on behalf of the United States that focused on ensuring a free and open Internet, avoiding cybersecurity threats, and accelerating broadband access in markets around the world. He has also advised growing technology companies, including as CEO of QComm International and board member for Fiber Tower, 724 Solutions and Sonim Technologies. Currently, he is a lecturer and faculty advisor at the UCLA Anderson School of Management and was an entrepreneur in residence at the Harvard Business School from 2011 to 2013. Mr. Kramer sits on the boards of Envivio, the Harvard Business School California Research Center, UCLA’s Economics Department Board of Visitors, Larkin Street Youth Services and the World Affairs Council of Northern California.

Julien Signes

Mr. Julien Signes is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Envivio Inc. He is one of the company's founders and has served as President since inception in January 2000 and Chief Executive Officer since April 2005. Mr. Signès is responsible for the business strategy, executive duties and leadership of Envivio. Mr. Signès received an M.S. degree in Software and Electrical Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications.

Ira Goldfarb

Mr. Ira Goldfarb is Senior Vice President - Global Sales and Services of Envivio, Inc., since January 2013. Previously, he held several sales leadership positions at SeaChange International Inc., most recently as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Services. During his tenure with SeaChange from 1994 to 2012, the company became a VOD solutions and annual revenues increased from $1M in 1994 to $216M in 2011. Before joining SeaChange, Mr. Goldfarb also served in various sales management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation from 1983 to 1994. He completed a Masters of Business Administration degree at Boston University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Clark University in Massachusetts.

Anne Lynch

Ms. Anne M. Lynch is Vice President - Human Resources of Envivio Inc., since January 2011. From May 1995 to August 2008, Ms. Lynch served as Vice President, Human Resources at Harmonic Inc., a provider of broadcast video products, and Directeur General of Harmonic Europe, where she was responsible for all human resources functions. From August 2008 to October 2010, Ms. Lynch was pursuing a graduate degree. Ms. Lynch received a B.A. degree in Languages from Clarke University and a Master of Arts degree in Business Leadership and Ethics from St. Mary’s College of California.

Kevin Dillon

Mr. Kevin E. Dillon is Independent Director of Envivio Inc., since September 2008. Since January 2005, Mr. Dillon has served as General Partner at Atlantic Bridge, a private equity firm with offices in Dublin and London. Mr. Corentin du Roy de Blicquy is the Independent Director of Envivio Inc., since February 2007. Mr. du Roy de Blicquy is a Principal at HarbourVest Partners (U.K.) Limited, a subsidiary of global private equity manager HarbourVest Partners, LLC. He has been with HarbourVest since March 2003. Mr. du Roy de Blicquy received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Paris IX Dauphine University. He received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2002.

Edward Gilhuly

Mr. Edward A. Gilhuly is Independent Director of Envivio Inc., since December 2011. Since May 2006, Mr. Gilhuly has served as co-president at Sageview Capital, a private investment firm. Prior to founding Sageview Capital, Mr. Gilhuly was at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (KKR) from September 1986 until October 2005, where he became partner in January 1995 and oversaw KKR’s European business from December 1998 to December 2004. He also served on KKR’s Investment Committee from its inception in January 2000 until his departure in October 2005. Since August 2009, Mr. Gilhuly has served on the Board of Directors of Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp., a publicly traded digital cinema services company. Mr. Gilhuly also serves on the board of two private companies. Mr. Gilhuly received a B.A. degree in Economics and History from Duke University and a M.B.A. from Stanford University.

R. David Spreng

Mr. R. David Spreng is Independent Director of Envivio Inc., since August 2004. Since 1998, Mr. Spreng has served as Managing General Partner at Crescendo Ventures, a venture capital firm.
