Name Description

Michael Dormer

Mr. Michael J. Dormer was appointed Chairman of the Board of EOS Imaging SA on November 9, 2012. He has more than 30 years experience in medical devices and more specifically orthopaedics, in which he has held a number of high-ranking positions. He joined Johnson & Johnson in 1976 before moving to De Puy in 1992, where he served as President and oversaw the company’s IPO in 1996. Following the acquisition of De Puy by Johnson & Johnson, he became Chairman of the Medical Devices and Diagnostics division at Johnson & Johnson. He is currently a director of Jenavalve, Endosense and Chairman and Managing Director of Neoss Ltd.

Marie Meynadier

Dr. Marie Meynadier serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director at EOS Imaging SA since April 9, 2010. After her doctorate she joined Bellcore (Red Bank, NJ) and ATT Bell Labs (Murray Hill, NJ) where she conducted research on semiconductor devices. Back in France, she took over the management of programs of national and international development in electronics, optics and microelectronics that enabled the creation of several start-ups in these areas. She joined the medical field in 1999, taking charge of the start-up Biospace lab specializing in preclinical imaging. Dr. Maynadier holds a degree in electronic engineering from Ecole Superieure des Telecommunications and a Ph.D. from the Ecole Normale Superieure. She is Director of EOS Imaging Inc and EOS Imaging GmbH.

Herve Legrand

Mr. Herve Legrand serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Director of Sales and Marketing for North America and Director at EOS Imaging SA. He has over 15 years experience in the medical field. He began his career in marketing in the pharmaceutical industry at Synthelabo, then joined corporate sector of orthopedics. Prior to joining EOS imaging, he spent nine years at Stryker in Switzerland, first in charge of international marketing Trauma division then he obtained more strategic roles in EMEA for Stryker Trauma. Mr. Legrand has a degree in biochemistry and molecular genetics and a Master in Marketing from the University of Paris XIII. He is currently Chairman of Advanced Cardiac Therapeutics Inc and Director of 2010 Perfect Vision AG, DysisMedical Ltd, Endoscopic Technologies Inc, SuperSonic Imagine SA and Marshalsea Road Management Company.

Anne Renevot

Ms. Anne Renevot is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at EOS Imaging SA. She has 18 years' experience in Finance. She began her career with the Legris Industries group as Controller and then joined Ernst & Young Audit in Paris as Manager. She has been appointed Chief Executive Officer in several sectors, including luxury products (Cartier) and online gaming (Gametap-Metaboli) on both local and international markets. Anne graduated from Audencia Management School. She joined EOS imaging in 2011.

Didier Saint-Felix

Mr. Didier Saint-Felix is Director of Operations at EOS Imaging SA. He has over 30 years' experience in the Research and Development of medical imaging systems. With a diploma in electrical engineering from the Ecole Nationale Superieure d’Electricite and a doctorate in signal processing, Mr. Saint-Felix began his career at the CNRS and then in 1986 joined General Electric Healthcare to develop the first 3D angiography system used with a 2D detector, a system which is now in daily clinical use. He then led the research and development into mammography at GE, to completely renew the product line and introduce digital technology. He is also a specialist in the quality and regulations applied to medical imaging. He joined EOS imaging in 2006 to adapt the EOS prototype to an industrial and commercial setting and organise the necessary development, production and service.

Eric Maulave

Mr. Eric Maulave serves as Vice President Sales Europe at EOS Imaging SA since August 2012. He spent the last five years within the Philips Group’s Healthcare division, where he was in charge of sales and marketing for the X-ray unit for various regions and Home Healthcare solutions for emerging markets. He holds a MBA from the University of Hartford, Connecticut (USA). Mr. Maulave has experience in international markets and high-tech medical technologies.

Peter Cardle

Mr. Peter Cardle is Director of Sales for Europe and the Rest of World at EOS Imaging SA. He has over 30 years' experience in medical imaging. Following training as an engineer, Peter joined CGR, which later became General Electric Healthcare, where he held positions in Service and then Marketing and finally Sales in Europe, Australia and China. Peter has experience in the launch of products gained through the launches of Polaroid Helios, Sterling's Direct Ray, the first digital detector, and Fischer's Senoscan, one of the first digital mammograms. Peter joined the Group in 2007 to take responsibility for sales and today manages the sales teams, agents and distributors in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.

Marie de La Simone

Ms. Marie de La Simone is Director of Marketing at EOS Imaging SA since 2006. As a Biomedical Engineer from the Compiegne University of Technology (UTC) with a Masters in Management from the IAE Aix en Provence Graduate School of Management, Ms. de La Simone has 13 years' experience in Sales and Marketing. Having started her career at Medtronics Sofamor Danek, she joined PRAXIM Medivision in 2001. In 2005, her work on the launch of a guiding tool for cruciate ligament surgery was recognised by the EIST (European Information Technology Society) Grand Prix. Marie also established the distribution in France of the NewTom dental imaging system and the management of sales agents. She joined EOS imaging in 2006 to develop and coordinate the Marketing activity (strategically and operationally), launch the marketing of the EOS system and steer clinical validations.

Karine Chevrie

Ms. Karine Chevrie is Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at EOS Imaging SA. With a doctorate in biochemistry, she has 18 years' experience in the field of medical devices. After starting her career in marketing in the field of blood transfusion within the medical branch of the American group Pall, she joined the French agency for the safety of health products, Afssaps, upon its creation, with responsibility for medical devices with biological risks. In her seven years at Afssaps, she participated in various European Commission working groups and played an active role in the establishment of a regulatory framework aiming in particular to strengthen the health safety of medical devices within the context of the prion risk. She joined EOS imaging in 2006 at the beginning of its commercial structuring to take over management of regulatory affairs and quality.

Eric Beard

Mr. Eric Beard was appointed Director of EOS Imaging SA on June 29, 2012. He joined Baxter Healthcare in 1975, where he pursued an international career, principally in North America, Asia Pacific and Europe. He held various positions of increasing importance in finance and later was in charge of Baxter's renal products in various countries and regions. In 1999, he assumed global responsibility for the dialysis business as President. In 2001, he was appointed President of Baxter EMEA. He joined Sorin Group in 2003 as International President in charge of worldwide sales and marketing. He is currently Chairman of Cellnovo.

Aris Constantinides

Mr. Aris Constantinides serves as Director - Representative of NBGI Private Equity at EOS Imaging SA since June 30, 2011. He is the Founder and Investment Director of NBGI Ventures, and is responsible for its overall strategy and management. He serves on the board of a number of medtech companies including Bonesupport AB, Upfront Chromatography A/S, Supersonic Imagine SA Forth Photonics Limited, 2010 Perfect Vision and Reverse Medical Inc. He established NBGI Ventures in 2001, following five years in venture capital with Deutsche Bank’s venture capital team and CSFB’s Cabot Square Capital fund. He started his career at Bankers Trust as a derivatives specialist. Mr. Constantinides holds a Bachelors of Engineering from Imperial College in London and a SM from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD.

Olivier Denigot

Mr. Olivier Denigot has served as Director - Representative of UFG - Siparex at EOS Imaging SA. With 15 years’ experience in investment in unlisted technology companies, he worked in Banques Populaires at CDC Participations. Then he contributed to the set-up and development of the Corporate Finance of Bryan Garnier. He joined UFG-Siparex in 2005. Mr. Denigot graduated from Centrale de Marseille and has a MBA-HEC diploma. He serves as Director of Biospace lab, Easyvoyage, Mastrad, Roctool, SecurActive, ASK and Ipanema.

Marie-Laure Garrigues

Ms. Marie-Laure Garrigues has served as Director - Representative of CDC Enterprises at EOS Imaging SA since December 2, 2011. She has been a Director of Investments at CDC Entreprises since 2008. Earlier in her career, she was the Microbiology Division Manager at Bio-Rad Laboratories, a California Diagnostics company, after moving from Sanofi Diagnostics Pasteur, where she held successive management positions in R&D, marketing and operations. Ms. Garrigues is a pharmacist, former Internist in Medical Biology and holds a DEA from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Paris V.

Marie-Helene Plais

Dr. Marie-Helene Plais has served as Director - Representative of COFA Invest at EOS Imaging SA since December 31, 2012. She is a Medical Doctor by training, has been instrumental in the development of the spine implant leader Sofamor-Danek and its subsequent sale to Medtronic in 1999. Dr. Plais is an investor and a Board Member on several medtech companies.

Mr. Stephane Sallmard serves as Director of EOS Imaging SA since November 9, 2012. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He started his career as a System Engineer at IBM France. He then assumed the position of Commercial and Service Director at Wang France and became Northern Europe Director of General Electric Medical System. During his time at Optos Plc as Chief Executive Officer and Director, he collected several technology awards and was among the finalists of the Manager of the Year 2004. Mr. Sallmard holds a diploma from Ecole Superieure d’Electricite Industrielle de Paris. He is Chairman of DySIS Medical Ltd , Imagine Eyes SARL and Director of i-Optics BV.

Philip Whitehead

Mr. Philip Whitehead serves as Director at EOS Imaging SA since December 6, 2010. He is Vice President of Danaher and Chief Executive Officer of Danaher Corporate Development in Europe. Mr. Whitehead joined Danaher in 1992 and has been responsible for running a number of Danaher’s European businesses before taking his current role in Corporate Development in September 2001.
