| Zell, Samuel | Mr. Samuel Zell has been Chairman of the Board of Equity Residential since March 1993. Mr. Zell is the Chairman of the Board and President of Equity Group Investments, L.L.C. and Chairman of the Board and CEO of Tribune. As noted above, the Tribune filed a voluntary petition to restructure its debt obligations under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code on December 8, 2008. Mr. Zell is also Chairman of the Board of ELS, Capital Trust, Inc., Anixter International Inc. and Covanta Holding Corporation. |
