Ole Johansson

 Mr. Ole Johansson has been Independent Chairman of the Board of directors at eQ Oyj since March 16, 2011. Additionally to his current duties at the Company, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Outokumpu Oyj and at The Confederation of Finnish Industries, as well as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company. He is also Member of the Board of Directors at Technology Industries of Finland, Finnish Business and Policy Forum EVA and the Research Institute of Finnish Economy ETLA. Previously, he also acted as President and Chief Executive Officer at Wartsila Corporation, between 2000 and 2011, Wartsilia NSD Corporation, between 1998 and 2000, as well as at Wartsila Group, between 1975 and 1979. Apart from that, he was Vice President at Wartsila Diesel IInc., Vice President and Controller at Wartsila Diesel Group, as well as Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Metra Corporation. Mr. Ole Johansson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Swedish School of Economics (HANKEN - Svenska handelshogskolan), Helsinki.

Janne Larma

 Mr. Janne Larma has served as Chief Executive Officer at eQ Oyj since March 16, 2011. Since May 18, 2011, he has also occupied the post of Chairman of the Company's Management Team.  Mr. Lauri Lundstrom has been appointed Administrative Director at eQ Oyj effective from October 1, 2012. He has been Member of the Company's Management Team since May 18, 2011. Previously, he was also Chief Executive Officer of eQ Asset Management Ltd at the Company until October 1, 2012. Prior to that, he acted as Chief Executive Officer of Pohjola Fund Management Company from 2001 to 2006, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Conventum Investment Bank from 1999 to 2001, Chief Executive Officer responsible for Asset Management of the fund management company of Arctos Investment Bank Group from 1996, and CFO of Arctos Group from 1993. Juha Surve

 Mr. Juha Surve has served as Member of the Management Team, General Counsel, Secretary at eQ Oyj since November 20, 2012. He has worked among financial sector and capital markets since 2003. From 2008 to 2012 he worked at Castrén & Snellman Attorneys Ltd. Prior to that he gained over five years’ experience in various asset management related duties e.g. in OP-Pohjola Group and Nordea Bank. In addition, he has been involved in numerous law-drafting projects relating to Finnish securities market legislation.

 Mr. Staffan Jafs has been Member of the Management Team at eQ Oyj since November 23, 2011. Additionally, he occupies the post of Board Member at eQ Asset Management Ltd. He is responsible for the group's investments and head of the alternative investments function, which includes private equity and hedge funds. He has been employed by the Company since 2007. Since 2000, he has worked in the private equity business. In his professional career, he also acted as Chief Financial Officer at Proventure Ltd. Mikko Koskimies

 Mr. Mikko Koskimies has been appointed Member of the Management Team at eQ Oyj and Managing Director of eQ Asset Management Ltd at the Company effective from Ocotber 1, 2012. Previously, he acted as Member of Executive Committee of Pohjola Group, being responsible for Asset Management-Business division, and as Managing Director of Pohjola Asset Management Ltd.
