Name Description
Garrone, Edoardo Mr. Edoardo Garrone has served as Chairman of the Board at EGR SpA since April 29, 2003. He also serves as Member of the Strategic Committee of the Company. He serveas also as Director of Pininfarina SpA. From 1986 to 1987, he worked for Marsud, a company specializing in petroleum product transportation. He joined ERG in 1988 in the Planning and Strategy Department. From 1989 to 1991 he was a manager with the ERG Group Strategic Planning Division. Mr. Garrone was Vice Chairman of the Industrial Association of Genova from 1994 to 1997, and Chairman of Young Member of Industry in Genova from 1997 to 1998. In 1999 he became Member of the Board of Confindustria and Member of the Council of the Industrial Association of Genova. From April 2000 to April 2002, he was Chairman of Young Businessmen of Confindustria and Vice Chairman of Confindustria. He is an advisor to Fondazione Schiavetti, ALCE (the Foreign Business Association of Liguria), SOGEA - the Genova Business School, and has been Administrative Secretary of Sampdoria F.C. since 2002. He graduated in Political Science from Alfieri Institute of the Universita degli Studi di Firenze. Garrone, Riccardo Mr. Riccardo Garrone is Honorary Chairman at ERG SpA since 2003. He serves as Chairman at Banco San Giorgio SpA, Capitalimpresa SpA and U.C. Sampdoria SpA. He graduated in Industrial Chemistry from Universita degli Studi di Genova. In June 2005 he was awarded an honorary degree in Chemical Engineering by Universita degli Studi di Genova. He took the reins of the Company in 1963, after the death of the father who founded th Company in 1938. Mondini, Giovanni Mr. Giovanni Mondini has been Vice Chairman of ERG SpA since April 29, 2003. He previously served as Director of the Company. He also serves as Member of the Strategic Committee of the Company. From 1988 to 1990 he worked for Tankersud SpA in Bari (a shipping company specializing in the transportation of petroleum products) and then worked for the same company in Genoa until 1992. In 1993 he began his career as part of the ERG Group by joining Tecnoerg SpA – engineering and petroleum/petrochemical plant design company – subsequently taking charge of its commercial office and then its purchasing office. Starting from 1999 he held various positions in the ERG Group’s Oil sector divisions: supply, refinery planning, performance planning and control, hedging. An hydraulic Engineer by training, he started his career as Engineer in the Enel group. He served as Business Development Manager for Europe and Africa at AES Corporation from 1993 through 1996. Then joined the Italian office of the consulting firm Bain & Company as Senior Manager. In 2003 he was appointed Chief Executvie Officer of ERG Power&Gas, the ERG SpA subsidiary in charge of development and management of power generation, renewables and LNG.
Landolfi, Guglielmo Mr. Guglielmo Landolfi has served as Chief Executive Officer of ERG Raffinerie Mediterranee SpA, the refining subsidiary of ERG SpA, since May 2006. He graduated in Chemical Engineering from Universita degli Studi di Napoli in 1974. He worked for 15 years in Mobil having experiences in various oil downstream fields. Afterwards he joined ERG, where he was responsible for the Strategic Planning Department.

Garozzo, Aldo Mr. Aldo Garozzo has served as Executive Director of ERG SpA since 2007. He graduated in Industrial Chemistry from Universita degli Studi di Catania in the 1968/1969 academic year. After working at the chemical research laboratory of the Priolo petrolchemical complex, he took the position of Head of the Chemical Department at CIAPI, the Priolo Professional Training Centre, where he remained until August 1973. From August 1973 he joined ISAB, where he has remained until now following the various growth stages of both the Company and the ERG Group. From 1973 to 1976 he took part in operations for the planning and bringing on stream of the ISAB Refinery plants. From January 1977 until the end of the year he participated in the Company’s new development plans in the role of planner. From 1978, as Head of Planning and Control, from February 1980 to December of the same year he was responsible for the Refinery’s Technology function. From January 1981 until September 1983 he was in charge of production. From September 1983, until April 1986, he was Assistant to the Managing Director. From April 1986 until December 1988 he was Manager of Supply, Processing Planning and Investments of the ISAOIL refineries. He was Vice Chairman of the Rome refinery and Director of SARPOM. Merello, Graziella Ms. Graziella Merello serves as Executive Director and Head of Risk Office Department of ERG SpA. She has been appointed to supervise the running of the internal control system of the Company. From 1964 to 1969, she worked for the tax consulting firm, R.M. Robert. In 1970 she was hired by the Bozzo Group, which operated primarily in raw coffee trading, where via subsequent levels, she achieved managerial status in January 1990. She was responsible for administrative, tax and financial management holding bank and tax powers of attorney for various group companies and subsequently occupying the position of Administrative Manager until 1992. In April 1992 she joined ERG as a result of the acquisition of the share package of one of the Bozzo Group companies, where she has remained to date, following the various growth phases of the Company and the Group. From 2005 to 2008, she held the position of Administration and Tax Division Manager of the Company. Since November 2008 she has been Risk Office Manager of the Company. Furthermore from 2002 to 2006, she held numerous engagements on the Boards of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors of the Group’s companies; from 2002 to 2007 she was Head of Internal Audit within the Company; from 2007 to 2008 she was the Financial Reporting Officer of the Company. Bettonte, Luca Mr. Luca Bettonte has served as General Manager Corporate and Member of the Board of Directors of ERG SpA since December 15, 2009. He also serves as Member of the Strategic Committee of the Company. He previoulsly served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company from November 20, 2007 to December 12, 2009. Belcredi, Massimo Mr. Massimo Belcredi has served as Independent Director at ERG SpA since April 29, 2003.
