Name Description

Leif Johansson

Mr. Leif Johansson has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Ericsson since April 13, 2011. He has served as Member of the Company's Nomination Committee and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and of the Finance Committee. He is also Board Chairman of Astra Zeneca PLC. He is Board Member at Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA and Ecolean AB. His principal work experience includes positions such as President and Chief Executive Officer of AB Volvo (1997-2011); Executive Vice President of AB Electrolux (1988-1991); President (1991-1994) and President and CEO of AB Electrolux (1994-1997), President of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences since 2012. He has been Member of the European Round Table of Industrialists since 2002, and served as its Chairman (2009-2014). He has been Chairman of the International Advisory Board of the Nobel Foundation. He holds honorary Doctorates at Blekinge Institute of Technology and the University of Gothenburg and Chalmers University of Technology. He was awarded the Large Gold Medal of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences in 2011. He also holds Master of Science degree in Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology (Chalmers Tekniska Hogskola).

Jan Frykhammar

Mr. Jan Frykhammar no longer serves as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer and Head of Segment Networks at Ericsson effective as of January 16, 2017. He has held this position since July 25, 2016. He has previously served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Head of Group Function Finance & Common Functions at Ericsson effective as of July 1, 2016. He has previously served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Head of Group Function Finance at Ericsson since November 1, 2009. Jacob Wallenberg

Mr. Jacob Wallenberg has served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Ericsson since April 13, 2011. He is Member of the Finance Committee of the Company. He also serves as Board Chairman of Investor AB, Deputy Board Chairman of SAS AB and ABB Ltd., as well as Board Member of The Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation and Stockholm School of Economics. His principal work experience includes positions such as Chairman of the Board of Investor AB since 2005. He has experience in banking and finance, including experience from the commercial banks JP Morgan, New York and SEB. Carl Mellander

Mr. Carl Mellander has been Acting Chief Financial Officer at Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson since July 25, 2016. He has previously served as VP & Group Treasurer at the Company.

Bina Chaurasia

Ulf Ewaldsson

Mr. Ulf Ewaldsson has been Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Head of Group Function Technology at Ericsson since February 1, 2012. He joined the Company in 1990 and has since held various management positions in the group including Head of Ericsson in different countries and key customer accounts, and most recently, Head of Product Area Radio within Ericsson's Business Unit Networks and Member of Ericsson's research board. He has also been Member of the European Cloud Partnership Steering Board. He is also Member of the Board of Lund University. Mr. Ewaldsson graduated with a Master of Science degree in Engineering and Business Management from Linkoping Institute of Technology, at Linkoping universitet.

Helena Norrman

Ms. Helena Norrman has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and Head of Group Function Marketing and Communications at Ericsson since November 1, 2014. Before that, she has been Senior Vice President, Chief Communications Officer and Head of Group Function Communications since May 23, 2011. She previously served as Vice President, Communications Operations at Group Function Communications of Ericsson. She has held various positions within Ericsson’s global communications organization since 1998. Her previous positions include communications consultant. Ms. Norrman holds a Master of International Business Administration from Linkoping University (Linkopings universitet).

Nina Macpherson

Ms. Nina Macpherson has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Head of Group Function Legal Affairs, as well as Secretary to the Board of Directors at Ericsson since 2011. She also serves as Board member of the Association for Swedish Listed Companies and the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC). She has previously been Head of Region Northern Europe and Central Asia at LM Ericsson Telephone Company since June 1, 2014. She has 25 years experience from the telecommunications industry and her positions in Ericsson have included heading up product and business development, Head of Multimedia & Systems Integration for former market unit Nordic & Baltics, as well as Head of Customer Unit Nordics & Baltics. Mr. Jean-Claude Geha has been appointed Head of Region sub-Saharan Africa at LM Ericsson Telephone Company effective as of July 1, 2016. He has previously been Head of Business Line Managed Services. Jean-Claude has been active in the ICT space for over 25 years. Prior to taking on the role as Head of Managed Services in September 2013, Jean-Claude held several key positions in Ericsson including Head of Operations in Region Western & Central Europe and Managing Director for Ericsson in Belgium and Luxemburg. Between 2005 and 2008, he also served as Corporate Vice President for Global Managed Services Delivery at Ericsson and between 2008 and 2009 he was Corporate Vice President for Global Services Delivery for EMEA North. Before joining Ericsson in 2005, Jean-Claude held a number of different executive positions in North America and in Europe with Operators such as MCI and TeliaSonera.

Mr. Sam Saba has been Head of Region South East Asia and Oceania at LM Ericsson Telephone Company since July 1, 2014. Sam Saba was previously Head of Customer Unit Indonesia, is appointed Head of Ericsson's Region South East Asia and Oceania. During his 20 years with the Ericsson Group, Sam has held a variety of senior Sales & Operations roles in South East Asia and in Middle East including heading business with Telstra, and later heading Ericsson's operations in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
