Name Description

Leif Johansson

Mr. Leif Johansson has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Ericsson since April 13, 2011. He has served as Member of the Company's Nomination Committee and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and of the Finance Committee. He is also Board Chairman of Astra Zeneca PLC, European Round Table of Industrialists and the International Advisory Board of the Nobel Foundation. He is Board Member at Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA and Ecolean AB. His principal work experience includes positions such as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AB Volvo (1997-2011); Executive Vice President of AB Electrolux (1988-1991); President (1991-1994) and President and CEO of AB Electrolux (1994-1997), President of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences since 2012. He holds honorary Doctorates at Blekinge Institute of Technology and the University of Gothenburg and Chalmers University of Technology. He was awarded the Large Gold Medal of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences in 2011. He also holds Master of Science degree in Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology (Chalmers Tekniska Hogskola).

Hans Vestberg

Mr. Hans Vestberg has served as President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Member of the Board of Ericsson since April 13, 2010. He has been President and CEO of the Company since January 1, 2010, and was First Executive Vice President from October 25, 2007 until January 1, 2010, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Group Function Finance from October 25, 2007 until November 1, 2009. He was also Executive Vice President at the Company from 2003 until October 25, 2007 and Head of Business Unit Global Services from 2003 to December 31, 2007, and Vice President, Head of Market Unit Mexico from 2002 to 2003. He has been President and CEO of Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson since January 1, 2010. He was international advisor to the Governor of Guangdong, China and cochairman of the Russian-Swedish Business Council. He has been founding member of the Broadband Commission for Digital Development, and heading the Commission’s task group on the post 2015 development agenda. He was also Member of the Leadership Council of the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Economics from University of Uppsala (Uppsala Universitet).

Sverker Martin-Lof

Mr. Sverker Martin-Lof has served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ericsson since 2006. He was elected to the Company's Board of Directors in 1993. He is Member of the Finance Committee of the Company. Mr. Martin-Lof is Board Chairman of Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA, SSAB and AB Industrivarden, as well as Board Member of Skanska AB and Deputy Board Chairman of Svenska Handelsbanken AB. Mr. Jacob Wallenberg has served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Ericsson since April 13, 2011. He is Member of the Finance Committee of the Company. Mr. Jan Frykhammar has served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Head of Group Function Finance at Ericsson since November 1, 2009. He also serves as Board Member of The Swedish International Chamber of Commerce. He has been Head of Business Unit Global Services at the Company since January 18, 2010. Ulf Ewaldsson

Mr. Ulf Ewaldsson has been Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer Head of Group Function Technology at Ericsson since February 1, 2012. He joined the Company in 1990 and has since held various management positions in the group including Head of Ericsson in different countries and key customer accounts, and most recently, Head of Product Area Radio within Ericsson's Business Unit Networks and Member of Ericsson's research board. He has also been Member of the European Cloud Partnership Steering Board. He is Member of the Board of Lund University. Anders Thulin

Mr. Anders Thulin has been appointed Chief Information Officer (CIO), Senior Vice President and Head of Group Function Business Excellence and Common Functions of Ericsson effective as of October 1, 2013. He has over 20 years of experience in implementing business excellence across diverse industries, including Information Technology and telecom. He joined the Company from McKinsey & Co where he was senior partner. Ms. Rafiah Ibrahim has been appointed Head of Region Middle East at LM Ericsson Telephone Company, effective as of July 1, 2014. She was previously Head of Marketing Broadcast Services. Mr. Angel Ruiz has served as Head of Region North America at Ericsson since 2010. He also serves as Board Member of CTIA. He joined Ericsson in 1990 and has held a variety of technical, sales and managerial positions within the Company, including heading up the global account teams for Cingular/SBC/BellSouth (now AT&T). He was appointed as President of Ericsson North America in 2001. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from University of Central Florida and a Master of Management Science and Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University, United States.

Sam Saba was previsouly Head of Customer Unit Indonesia, is appointed Head of Ericsson's Region South East Asia and Oceania. During his 20 years with the Ericsson Group, Sam has held a variety of senior Sales & Operations roles in South East Asia and in Middle East including heading business with Telstra, and later heading Ericsson's operations in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

She has 25 years' experience from the telecommunications industry and her positions in Ericsson have included heading up product and business development, Head of Multimedia & Systems Integration for former market unit Nordic & Baltics, as well as Head of Customer Unit Nordics & Baltics. Sund has long experience from the region and of developing business with new customer segments in her current role as Head of Customer Unit Industry & Society.
