Name Description

Samantha Tough

Ms. Samantha Jane Tough wahas been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Enerji Ltd., effective 15 April 2014. Ms Tough is a highly respected professional director and chairperson with considerable executive leadership experience in the energy sector. She is recognised as a highly motivated lateral thinker, bringing composure, sound judgment and natural leadership ability that derive from the depth of her experience in a range of industries. Samantha has a proven track record in working with ambitious companies (small or large) wanting to grow. Ms. Tough has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Jurisprudence (University of Western Australia), is a graduate of the AICD and has completed postgraduate studies in corporate financial analysis through the Australian Institute of Management and the Securities Institute. Other current board positions for Ms Tough include Director of CBH Group, Director of Saracen Mineral Holdings Ltd, Director of WA Academy of Performing Arts, Chair of Aerison Pty Ltd, Director of Strike Resources Ltd and Chairman of RemCo Ltd. She has considerable experience in the energy and resources sectors, in business growth, M&A and funding. Selected previous executive roles include General Manager North West Shelf for Woodside Energy, senior VP Strategic Council Natural Resources for Commonwealth Bank, project director for Pilbara Power Project, director of strategy at Hardman Resources Ltd.

Colin Stonehouse

Mr. Colin Stonehouse is Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Executive Director of Enerji Ltd. He resigned from the position of Interim Chairman of the Board of the Company with effect from April 15, 2014. Mr. Stonehouse has been the principal of Ames Associates since 2008 specialising in power project development, feasibility, design and commercialization. He provides advice and helps implement strategy, governance, due diligence, performance modeling and compliance for power infrastructure owners, buyers and lenders. This has included power procurement, negotiation, commercial arrangements, as well as policy, regulation, pricing and economic analysis in electricity markets. Prior to this his roles included General Manager Power Development and Commercial for Alinta Energy and Manager Strategic Studies for engineering company Sinclair Knight Merz.

Geoffrey Reid

Mr. Geoffrey (Geoff) Reid is Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Enerji Ltd effective January 7, 2014. Mr. Reid holds a Bachelor of Business degree and is a Certified Practicing Accountant. Mr. Reid has held various roles in finance in the mining, oil and gas sectors.

He is responsible for the development and management of contracts, grant applications and Enerji’s existing and new intellectual property. He has a background in the resource and consulting sectors, implementing and managing commercial processes that are scalable and provide a foundation for expansion.

Justin Audcent

Mr. Justin David Audcent is Non-Executive Director of Enerji Ltd effective January 17, 2014. Mr. Audcent is a finance professional, who combines strategic thinking and commercial acumen with proven leadership capability and robust financial governance and oversight skills. He has over 20 years experience in accounting and finance, most recently as a partner within Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services practice for five years. Prior to which he was the Head of Corporate Finance for HLB Mann Judd. Mr. Audcent is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an honours degree from the University of Oxford (UK). He has considerable experience in the energy, resources, infrastructure and related services sectors and in coordinating relationships with financiers, investment banks and other advisors.

Rolf Hasselstrom

Mr. Rolf Hasselstrom serves as Non-Executive Director of Enerji Ltd since September 7, 2009. Mr. Hasselstrom is the President and CEO of Opcon AB and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshogskolan i Stockholm). Mr. Hasselstrom serves as President of all companies in the Opcon Group, EKF Enskild Kapitalforvaltning AB; MNW Music Records Group; Lycknis AB; Calamus AB; Calamusgruppen AB; Svenska Rotor Holding AB; RMH Holding AB; Rolf Hasselstrom Konsult och Förvaltning AB; Landstrom Arkitekter AB; TPC Components AB; Rotor Estonia OU and GEP Action AB. He is Member of the Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee of the Company.
