Biographies

Name Description

Rod Phillips

Mr. Rod Phillips has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Enerji Ltd., with effect from 21 May 2015. Rod is currently a director of Directional Systems Australia an Outdoor Advertising Company which holds various long term licence agreements with numerous Local Government Municipalities in Western Australia. He was the managing director of Perth Sign, an Outdoor Advertising Company for 26 years which held some 19 Licence Agreements and with Local Government including advertising Bus Shelters, until sold to a multinational company in 2006. He arranged numerous agreements with owners of buildings on the Perth Skyline for the display of High Voltage Neon Signs. Rod has been instrumental in negotiating successful Policy agreements with the State Government of WA and Main Roads WA for the Advertising Industry in WA.

Stephen Jones

Mr. Stephen Jones has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Enerji Ltd., with effect from 1 September 2014. Mr. Jones is a Chartered Accountant, has an MBA (University of Western Australia) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. He has significant experience in senior financial and CFO roles including with ASX listed companies. Mr Jones brings to Enerji his key strengths in treasury and funding, government initiatives (LEED and R&D), financial management, operations and contractor management, corporate services, and power and energy sector experience.

Colin Stonehouse

Mr. Colin Stonehouse has been re-designated as Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Chief Development Officer of Enerji Ltd., with effect from 1 September 2014, Mr. Stonehouse has been the principal of Ames Associates since 2008 specialising in power project development, feasibility, design and commercialization. He provides advice and helps implement strategy, governance, due diligence, performance modeling and compliance for power infrastructure owners, buyers and lenders. This has included power procurement, negotiation, commercial arrangements, as well as policy, regulation, pricing and economic analysis in electricity markets. Prior to this his roles included General Manager Power Development and Commercial for Alinta Energy and Manager Strategic Studies for engineering company Sinclair Knight Merz.

Mr. Jade Brereton is Commercial Manager of Enerji Ltd since 2013. He is responsible for the development and management of contracts, grant applications and Enerji’s existing and new intellectual property. He has a background in the resource and consulting sectors, implementing and managing commercial processes that are scalable and provide a foundation for expansion.

Peter Torre

Mr. Peter Patrick Torre has been appointed as Company Secretary of Enerji Ltd., with effect from 1 September 2014. Mr Torre is the principal of Torre Corporate and is Company Secretary and/or director of a number of listed companies. Prior to establishing Torre Corporate, he was a Partner of an internationally affiliated firm of Chartered Accountants working within its Corporate Services Division for over 9 years. Mr Torre is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Secretary. He is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Peter Thomas

Mr. Peter Thomas is Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. He comes to Enerji with a broad international business background of over 20 years in finance and natural resources. Most recently, he was a senior executive at Fortescue Metals Group where over ten years, he held the roles of CFO (TPI), General Manager Rail, Project Director, General Manager Christmas Creek project, and Director of Shared Services. Prior to that, Peter was an investment banker in New York and London working for Lehman Brothers. He has served on several boards in both the listed and non-listed space. Peter has an MBA from Harvard University and a BEc (finance, actuarial studies) and BSc (mathematics) from Macquarie University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
