Kenneth Brooks |
Mr. Kenneth W. Brooks is Executive Chairman of the Board of Environmental Recycling Technologies Plc. After graduating from Keble College with a first-class honours degree in Modern History, Ken attended Guildford Law School before becoming a commercial partner at Linnells in Oxford. As a founder of Brookstreet des Roches, a specialist commercial law practice, he is now a commercial legal consultant. He has commercial and management experience, and a track record in deal brokerage and mergers. He is a director of several other companies covering fields such as business consultancy, manufacturing, agrochemicals, property, plastic merchanting, recycling and licensing. |
David Shepley-Cuthbert |
Mr. David C. Shepley-Cuthbert is Finance Director, Director of Environmental Recycling Technologies Plc. He is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in public and international companies as well as small to medium sized businesses. He started his career at Arthur Young & Co (now part of Ernst & Young). This was followed by seven years in Southern Africa and four years back in the UK in the freight forwarding industry. In 1981 he joined Inchcape plc where he was a Finance Director and Controller for part of the Inspection and Testing Business Unit responsible for 50 companies operating in 25 countries. From 1988 to 2003 he worked for Charles Taylor Consulting Group plc ("CTC"), where he was a senior member of a team which led CTC to a flotation on the London Stock Exchange in 1996. Since flotation he served as Group Company Secretary, Finance Director for the CTC USA businesses, Chief Financial Officer of Signal Mutual Indemnity Association, a CTC client and was involved with the creation of new insurance mutual companies. He moved to North Oxfordshire in 1996 and until 2001 spent the weekdays working in London and abroad. He retired at 55 from CTC that year and based himself fulltime in Oxfordshire. He is currently a shareholder and Non-Executive Director of several small companies, the part time Finance Director of Environmental Recycling Technologies plc, a Governor of Oxford and Cherwell Valley Further Education College and a Trustee for several private trusts. As Finance Director of Environmental Recycling Technologies plc, he is responsible for the audit and accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management of the business. |
Lee Clayton |
Mr. Lee Anthony Clayton serves as Chief Operating Officer, Director of Environmental Recycling Technologies Plc. He has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of the Company with effect from August 28, 2012. Lee has spent the last 23 years in the Polymer Recycling industry with experience at all levels, including General Manager, Operations Director and Project Management. Lee has developed an network of contacts in the recycling industry, giving him an unrivalled access to a wide range of domestic and international material, equipment and service suppliers. Such contacts enable him to rapidly implement both commercial and technical solutions, to achieve optimal outcomes. From 2009 until recently Lee was a senior manager at Viridor Polymer Recycling Limited, a subsidiary of Pennon Group PLC and one of the UK's waste management companies. He has responsible for the design, commissioning and delivery of two of the UK's polymer re processing facilities, and the operational management of a third facility. |

Mr. Roger J. Baynham is Managing Director, Executive Director of Environmental Recycling Technologies Plc. Since graduating in Business Studies Roger has spent over 20 years in the plastics recycling industry, the past 12 of which have been as Managing Director of Philip Tyler Polymers LTD, a UK player in this sector. He is Chairman of the British Plastics Federation Recycling Group and is a member of WRAP (Waste & Resources Action Programme) Plastics Group. In addition to his management and commercial experience, Mr Baynham contributes recycling industry knowledge and experience. |

Mr. Robin E. Sims is Joint Company Secretary of Environmental Recycling Technologies Plc. He has been a qualified Chartered Secretary for 24 years working in Company Secretarial roles in public and private companies all his working life. Since 1997 he has been working in a consultancy role involved in turnaround management, fund management, floatations and the acquisition and sale of businesses. He is also Company Secretary of Eden Research plc and IVS Group plc and is actively involved with a number of private companies in an advisory role. |
