Name Description

Michael Federmann

Mr. Michael Federmann serves as Chairman of the Board of Elbit Systems Ltd since July 2000. He has held managerial positions in the Federmann Group since 1969, and since 2002 he has served as chairman and CEO of Federmann Enterprises Ltd. (FEL). Currently, he also serves as chairman of the board of directors of Dan Hotels Corp. Ltd. (Dan Hotels). Mr. Federmann is chairman of the board of governors of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (the Hebrew University). He serves as the president of the Israel - Germany Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Mr. Federmann holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the Hebrew University.

Joseph Ackerman

Mr. Joseph Ackerman serves as Chief Executive Officer and President at Elbit Systems Ltd since November 2004. From 1996 to November 2004, he also served as Member of the Board of Directors of the Company. From 1994 to 1996, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Elbit Ltd.'s Defense Systems Division (EDS). Joseph Gaspar

He was appointed as Executive Vice President in April 2008 and as Chief Financial Officer in 2001. Raanan Horowitz

Mr. Raanan Horowitz serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Elbit Systems of America, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems Ltd since October, 2007. He served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of EFW from 2001 until his current appointment. From 1991 until 2001, Mr. Horowitz held various management positions with EFW and other United States-based subsidiaries of the Company. From 1989 to 1991, he served as a Senior Program Manager for Elbit Ltd. Mr. Horowitz serves as a Consultant on the United States Army Science Board and is a Member of the National Board of Directors of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Mr. Horowitz holds an MBA degree from the Grand Valley State University. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the Tel-Aviv University.

Itzhak Dvir

Mr. Itzhak Dvir serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Elbit Systems Ltd since April, 2008. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer at the Company from July, 2004. He was appointed as a Corporate Vice President in 2000. Mr. Dvir served as General Manager - Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Tactical and Security Systems from 2003 until 2004. Jacob Gadot

Mr. Jacob Gadot serves as Executive Vice President - International Marketing and Business Development at Elbit Systems Ltd since August, 2009. He served as Executive Vice President - Mergers and Acquisitions since April 2008, after serving as Corporate Vice President - Mergers and Acquisitions since 2000. Mr. David Block Temin serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Counsel at Elbit Systems Ltd since January 2012. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Elbit Systems Ltd since April, 2008. From the years 1987 to 1996, he was a Legal Advisor to Elbit Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Block Temin was an Attorney with law firms in New York City. Mr. Block Temin received a Juris Doctor degree as well as a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from the Stanford University and he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the Israeli and New York bars.

Jonathan Ariel

Mr. Jonathan Ariel serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Elbit Systems Ltd since January, 2012. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel from January, 2008 until January, 2012. He joined the Company in 1996 and has held several positions within the legal department, including Vice President and General Counsel of Elop. Prior to joining Elbit Systems Ltd, Mr. Ariel served as a legal advisor both in-house and in private law firms in Israel and the U.S. Mr. Ariel holds an L.L.B degree in law from the Tel-Aviv University and is admitted to the Israeli Bar.

Elad Aharonson

Mr. Elad Aharonson serves as Executive Vice President and General Manager - Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Division at Elbit Systems Ltd since January, 2001. He was appointed as Executive Vice President and General Manager – UAS Division after serving as Vice President - Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Systems since 2009. He joined Elbit Systems in 2004 and held various senior program management positions relating to UAS. Prior to that, Mr. Aharonson served as an officer in the IDF holding command positions in the Artillery Branch and in the Ground Forces’ UAV unit. Edgar Maimon

Mr. Edgar Maimon was appointed as Executive Vice President and General Manager - EW and SIGINT Elisra Division at Elbit Systems Ltd in February 2013. From 2005 until his current appointment Mr. Maimon served as vice president of marketing and business development at Elbit Systems EW and SIGINT – Elisra Ltd. (Elisra). He joined Elisra in 2004. Prior to that Mr. Maimon served for 26 years in the IAF, where he holds the rank of colonel (reserves). He served as the head of the IAF’s C4I systems engineering department and held several additional senior positions in the IAF. Yoram Shmuely

Previously, he served as Corporate Vice President and Co- General Manager - Airborne and Helmet Systems since April, 2003. He served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager - Helmet Mounted Systems from 2000 until 2003. From 1998 until 2000, he was Vice President - Helmet Mounted Systems Division. From its founding in 1996 until 1998, he served as President of VSI. Mr. Shmuely joined Elbit Ltd in 1990 and served as Director of Elbit Ltd.’s Helmet Mounted Display business. He served as a Fighter Aircraft Pilot in the IAF. Mr. Shmuely holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Dalia Gonen

Ms. Dalia Gonen serves as Executive Vice President - Human Resources at Elbit Systems Ltd since April, 2008. Previously, she served as Corporate Vice President - Human Resources from January, 2008 until April, 2008. She served as Vice President - Human Resources from 2000 until 2007. She became Director of Human Resources in 1996. Ms. Gonen joined Elbit Ltd. in 1971 and held various positions in the Human Resources Department. Ilan Pacholder

Mr. Ilan Pacholder serves as Executive Vice President - Mergers and Acquisitions, Offset and Financing at Elbit Systems Ltd since August, 2009. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President - Offset, Industrial Cooperation and Financing from April, 2008 after having been appointed as Corporate Vice President - Offset in January 2008. From February to December 2007, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TadComm. Mr. Pacholder served as Corporate Secretary and Vice President - Finance and Capital Markets of Elbit Systems from 2003 until 2006. From 2001 until 2003, he served as Vice President - Finance. Mr. Pacholder joined Elbit Ltd. in 1994 and held various senior positions in the Finance Department. Prior to joining Elbit Ltd, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for Sanyo Industries in New York. Before that, Mr. Pacholder worked for Bank Leumi in New York for 10 years and held the position of Vice President in the International and Domestic Lending Departments. Mr. Pacholder holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Economics from The City University of New York and an MBA majoring in Finance from Adelphi University.

Marco Rosenthal

Mr. Marco Rosenthal serves as Executive Vice President - Corporate Shared Services at Elbit Systems Ltd since 2011. Prior to that he served as executive vice president and co-general manager – technologies and operations division from 2008, and as corporate vice president and co-general manager – technologies and operations division since 2005. He served as corporate vice president – manufacturing and purchasing from 2001 until 2005, having served from 1999 to 2001 as vice president – operations and general manager of the Karmiel facility. From 1996 to 1999, he served as vice president – material. Mr. Rosenthal joined Elbit Ltd. in 1975 and held various management positions, including director of the sales department. Mr. Rosenthal holds a degree in technical engineering from the Technion and a degree in business management from Haifa University.

Haim Rousso

Mr. Haim Rousso serves as Executive Vice President - Engineering and Technology Excellence at Elbit Systems Ltd since April, 2009. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager - Electro-Optics Elop Division from Apri, 2008 after serving as Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Elop since the merger in 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Rousso held the position of Corporate Vice President of and General Manager of Elop. He has held various managerial positions in Elop since 1972. Mr. Rousso holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, both from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Gideon Sheffer

Mr. Gideon Sheffer serves as Executive Vice President - Strategic Planning and Business Development - Israel at Elbit Systems Ltd since August, 2009. Previously, he served as as Executive Vice President - Strategic Planning from April, 2008 after serving as Corporate Vice President - Strategic Planning since 2001. Prior to that, he served as Acting Head of Israel’s National Security Council and as National Security Advisor to former Prime Minister Ehud Barak. In 1998, he completed 32 years of service in the IDF, retiring with the rank of Major General. From 1995 to 1998, he served on the General Staff as Head of the IDF’s Human Resources Branch. Before that, he served as Deputy Commander of the IAF. Mr. Sheffer held a number of command positions in the IAF after serving as a fighter aircraft and helicopter pilot. Mr. Sheffer holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from the Bar Ilan University and is a graduate of the Harvard University Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Yehuda Vered

Mr. Yehuda (Udi) Vered serves as General Manager of Elbit Systems Land and C4I Division, of Elbit Systems Ltd since January 1, 2013. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President - Service Solutions at the Company from August 1, 2009 until January 1, 2013. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Vered served as the Company's Vice President - Sales and Contracts - Land, C41 and Battle Field Systems from 2003 to August 1, 2009. Moshe Arad

Mr. Moshe Arad serves as Director at Elbit Systems Ltd since May, 2005. He has served as Vice President for External Relations of the Hebrew University from 1994 to 2004. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Harry S. Avraham Asheri

Mr. Avraham Asheri serves as Director at Elbit Systems Ltd since 2000. He has served as Economic Advisor and Director of several companies since 1998. Mr. Dov Ninveh serves as Director at Elbit Systems Ltd since 2000. He served as Chief Financial Officer and a Manager in FEL since 1994. Yehoshua Gleitman

Dr. Yehoshua (Shuki) Jacob Gleitman serves as External Director at Elbit Systems Ltd since March 04, 2010. Dr. Gleitman has served since 2001 as the Managing Partner of Platinum VC, which is a venture capital firm. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Widemed Ltd and of Capital Point Ltd, as well as Director of Teuza – A Fairchild Technology Venture Ltd. From 2000 until 2005, he was the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of SFKT Ltd. From 1997 until 1999, Dr. Gleitman was the Chief Executive Officer of Ampal-American Israel Corporation. Dr. Gleitman serves as the Honorary Consul General of Singapore to Israel, is Chairman of the Executive Board of Holon Institute of Technology and is a Member of the Executive Board of Tel-Aviv University. Dr. Gleitman holds Bachelor of Science, Master of Science and Ph.D. degrees in Physical Chemistry, all from the Hebrew University. Dr. Gleitman serves as the chairman of the Audit Committee and the Financial Statements Review Committee of the Board and as a member of the Compensation Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee of the Board.
