Howard Pinsley |
Mr. Howard Pinsley is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Espey Manufacturing and Electronics Corp. Howard Pinsley has spent his entire career with the Company. He served as Program Director prior to being elected Vice President-Special Power Supplies on April 3, 1992. On December 6, 1996, Mr. Pinsley was elected to the position of Executive Vice President. On June 9, 1998 he was elected to the positions of Chief Operating Officer and President. Subsequently he became Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. On February 28, 2010 Mr. Pinsley resigned as Chief Executive Officer. He remains employed by the Company as non-executive Chairman of the Board with continuing responsibilities in business development and customer relations. |

Mr. Mark St. Pierre is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Espey Manufacturing & Electronics Corp. President of the Company since July 27, 2009 he was subsequently elected to the position of Chief Executive Officer on March 1, 2010.
