Pinsley, Howard Mr. Howard Pinsley has been Chairman of the Board of Espey Manufacturing and Electronics Corp. and served as Chief Executive Officer of Espey Manufacturing and Electronics Corp. until February 26, 2010. He has spent his entire career with the Company. He served as Program Director prior to being elected Vice President -Special Power Supplies on April 3, 1992. On December 6, 1996, Mr. Pinsley was elected to the position of Executive Vice President. On June 9, 1998 he was elected to the positions of Chief Operating Officer, Subsequently he became Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.
St. Pierre, Mark Mr. Mark St. Pierre is President of Espey Manufacturing and Electronics Corp since July 27, 2009. From 2000 to 2008, Mr. St. Pierre was employed by ITT Power Solutions, West Springfield, Massachusetts, and held the position of Vice President and Director, Merchant Market Segment. Prior to his employment with ITT Power Solutions, Mr. St. Pierre held other positions in the power supply and electronics industry for 20 years.
O'Neil, David Mr. David A. O'Neil is Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer of Espey Manufacturing & Electronics Corporation since January 4, 2000. Mr. O'Neil is a Certified Public Accountant who, prior to joining the Company, was a Senior Manager at the accounting firm of KPMG LLP.
