Name Description

Robert Turner

Mr. Robert Harold Turner is Executive Chairman of the Board, Principal Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Turner was the founder, chairman and CEO of ComCloud Corporation in Columbia SC between May 2011 and December 2013. Mr. Turner served as a director, chairman and an advisor to NeoNova Network Services in Raleigh NC between 2010 and 2013. He also served as a chairman of the board of directors of Airewire, Inc. in Atlanta GA from May 2011 to May 2012. He was the chief executive officer of Pac West Telecomm, Inc. in San Francisco CA between 2007 and May 2011. Mr. Turner has extensive experience in the operation and financing of technology and telecom companies. Mr. Turner obtained his MBA degree in University of South Carolina in 1973 and Bachelor of Science in Marking in University of South Carolina in 1972.

Tim Payne

Mr. Tim Payne is President of ELEPHANT TALK COMMUNICATIONS CORP. He was Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Payne has been President of Elephant Talk North America since April 2014. Tim has over 20 years of domestic US telecom experience driving sales and distribution programs at top telecommunication companies including serving as Senior National Sales Leader at Verizon Telematics, National Sales Manager at Networkfleet, General Manager at Clearwire and District Manager at Sprint Nextel.

Vic Bozzo

Mr. Vic Bozzo serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Prior to joining Pareteum Corporation, He served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Telarix Inc., a market leader in interconnect solutions for service providers. Under Mr. Bozzo's business generation and marketing leadership, sales increased significantly and the company received numerous industry accolades, ultimately leading to a highly successful exit for investors. Prior to joining Telarix, Mr. Bozzo served as President and General Manager of Pac-West's Emerging Technologies division after selling Pac-West his startup, Factor Communications, an innovative portfolio of cloud-based communications services. He was also responsible for significant revenue and customer growth and investor returns at NexTone Communications, ITXC Corporation, and Voxware.

Ted O'Donnell

Mr. Ted O'Donnell is Chief Financial Officer of the company. He has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, private equity investment, venture capital, internet technology, Software as a Service (SaaS) and other new media businesses. Prior to joining Pareteum Corporation, Mr. O'Donnell served as CFO of Ameri100, a provider of SAP services to enterprises.

Paul Burmester

Mr. Paul Burmester is Chief Executive Officer of ValidSoft Limited., a subsidiary of Elephant Talk Communications Corp., since November 4, 2013. Since January 2011, Mr. Burmester has served as the CEO of ValidSoft since November 2013. Since January 2011, He has been a strategic advisor, angel investor, and mentor for a number of early, mid, and late stage technology companies, mentoring and giving strategic advice and support as required in order to drive such companies to market success. He also advises several Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Incubator funds with regard to their technology investments. From February 2012 through February 2013, He was the Senior Vice President and General Manager at MobiTV, a privately funded San Francisco-based company, undertaking a one-year contract to build and execute an international strategy in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. From July 2006 through April 2010, Mr. Burmester was the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SpinVox, which was sold to Nuance in December 2009.

Chris Hills

Mr. Chris Hills serves as Vice President - Global Connectivity of the Company. Chris Hills is a 20 year veteran of the telecommunications industry and brings extensive experience in marketing, business operations and expanding the interconnection of carrier networks gained through a career working at firms including Verizon, and MFS Communications. In this position, Chris leads Pareteum's efforts to expand its growing network of Telecom Carrier Service Providers allowing additional MVNOs to connect directly through the cloud to the Pareteum platform for SIM connectivity, Voice, SMS Messaging and Roaming solutions.

Alexander Vermeulen

Mr. Alexander Vermeulen is General Counsel of Elephant Talk Communications Corp. In 2006, Mr. Vermeulen started working for us as a consultant and, in 2007, he joined us full time as General Counsel. He worked for twenty years as a manager of ING, one of Europe’s leading financial groups. He served amongst others as General Manager in the Caribbean area and General Manager Postbank Insurances, a leading direct underwriter in the Netherlands. In Italy, he was responsible for all the life insurance activities of ING and was a director of various ING entities, including the fund investment company, ING Investment Management Italia S.G.R., S.p.A. In 2003, He started his own consulting company in Italy, initially with advisory services in the life insurance market and broadening later on to other sectors. Mr. Vermeulen holds a Master’s degree in Law from Leiden University, the Netherlands.

Gary Brandt

Mr. Gary G. Brandt is Chief Restructuring Officer of ELEPHANT TALK COMMUNICATIONS CORP. responsible for leading the transition and reorganization of Elephant Talk’s global operations. In this capacity, Finance, Legal and Human Resources will report to him directly. Mr. Brandt has 35 years’ C-level and executive finance leadership experience in high technology environments serving at several public companies including Arbinet Corporation, Hydrogenics Corporation, SatCon Technology Inc., MCI, and Nortel.

Yves Van Sante

Mr. Yves R. van Sante is Director of Elephant Talk Communications Corp. He has served as a director since May 2014. Mr. van Sante currently serves as a board member of various companies. From July 2011 to May 2014, Mr. van Sante was a board observer for our Company, following his service on our Board of Directors from October 2006 to July 2011. He founded QAT Investments SA in 2002, where he currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. QAT Investments SA is presently a majority shareholder of the Company. Concurrently, He holds several management and board positions, specifically, he has served as the Chairman of the board of directors of EuroPochette NV, a cutlery pouch manufacturing company, since 2010 and as the Chairman of the board of directors of GMP, a Belgian factory of Plastic Extrusion Profiles, since 2007. In addition to his position as Chief Executive Officer of QAT Investments SA, He has served as the Chief Executive Officer of QAT II Investments SA and QAT ARKIV NV since 2006 and QAT Investments III Coop. since 2011. He has also served as the active Chairman of the board of directors for Sigura, a Belgian software company, since August 2013, the Buro Project, a Belgian company involved in office equipment, since January 2013, and IsoDomo, a Belgian construction company, since January 2014. Prior to founding QAT Investments SA, He held various management positions in private companies, including such positions as the Managing Director of E-port NV, a call center in Ostend, Belgium, Advisor to the Management Board of Call-IT, a Dutch call center, and Vice-President of Business Services with GTS, a Pan-European telecommunications operator. Mr. van Sante studied Marketing, Communication and Commercial Management at the High School for Business Economics and Commercial Management in Ghent, Belgium in 1980.

Mr. Roderick de Greef is Independent Director of ELEPHANT TALK COMMUNICATIONS CORP. Mr. de Greef previously served as a director of the Company from January 2008 to October 2011. Mr. de Greef currently is a partner of MedTech Advisors, Inc., a strategic and financial consulting firm. From November 2013 to Jan 2015, Mr. de Greef served as the president and sole director of Cambridge Cardiac Technologies, Inc. a privately held successor to Cambridge Heart, Inc. From November 2003 to May 2013, Mr. De Greef served as a director, member of the Audit Committee and chairman of the Compensation Committee of Endologix, Inc. – (NASDAQ:ELGX), a developer of minimally invasive, AAA stents. From January 2000 to October 2013, Mr. de Greef served as a director of BioLife Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:BLFS), a developer of cryopreservation solutions for the regenerative medicine industry. From November 2008 to October 2013, Mr. de Greef was the chairman of the board of Cambridge Heart, Inc. (OTCBB – CAMH), a manufacturer of non--invasive diagnostic cardiology products. Mr. de Greef has extensive experience in corporate finance and the business world in general as well as serving as an officer and director of public companies. Mr. de Greef is also independent and qualifies as an audit committee financial expert. As such, we believe that Mr. de Greef is qualified to serve as a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company.

Robert Skaff

Mr. Robert Skaff is an Independent Director of ELEPHANT TALK COMMUNICATIONS CORP. Mr. Skaff is the founder of DiNotte Lighting Hampton which has developed world-class OEM and recreational lighting products since 2005. Mr. Skaff was previously the president of ID Control, a manufacturer of patented mobile video equipment for police vehicles and was a principal and director of Management Information Systems at Johnson and Johnston Associates which was later acquired by a subsidiary of Japan Energy.
