Biographies

Name Description

Joseph Haddad

Mr. Joseph Haddad has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Netgem SA since July 8, 1996. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company until July 10, 2009. He began his career in 1987 when he started his own software company, Aleph 2, developing the software package Impress. In 1992, Aleph 2 was sold to Lotus Development Corporation. In 1996, he founded Netgem SA. Mr. Haddad also served as Chief Executive Officer of Video Futur Entertainment Group SA, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Netgem Media Services SA, and Manager of SGBH SNC. He is a graduate from l'Ecole Polytechnique and l'Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications de Paris.

Christophe Aulnette

Mr. Christophe Aulnette has been Chief Executive Officer and Director of Netgem SA since January 16, 2013. He began his career at an IT services company (SDP) before joining Microsoft France in 1986, where he was successively Sales Engineer and Director of the Key Accounts Division. Two years later, he was promoted to General Manager, Asia Business Development of Microsoft's Asia-Pacific office in Tokyo where he was then again promoted to President for southern Asia, based in Singapore. In 2001, he was called back to France to take over as President of Microsoft France, Vice President for Europe, Middle East and Africa. In March 2005, he left Microsoft to become Chairman of the Management Board of Altran Technologies. He holds a number of other positions, including Director of Beyond Asia Capital and Chairman of Net.IPTV Management et Participations SAS. Mr. Aulnette graduated from Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications.

Jean-Francois Galtier

Mr. Jean-Francois Galtier is Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Netgem SA. Previously, he served as Chief Technology Officer at the Company. He is a specialist in Internet platforms with seven years of experience as IT consultant and four years as Director of the Technical Division (multimedia, VOD, UMTS...) of Monaco Telecom. He graduated from Ecole Superieure d'Informatique.

Charles-Henri Dutray

Mr. Charles-Henri Dutray has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Netgem SA since June 15, 2010. He joined Netgem SA in 2010 after 13 years in Investment Banking. Previously, he was Director at Oddo Corporate Finance for 5 years, specialized in Debt and Equity capital markets for small and midcaps, and achieved numerous IPOs and capital or structured debt raising. Before, he worked for Credit Agricole CIB, first as a member of International Audit, then as a debt and derivatives specialist for corporate customers. He graduated from ESSEC.

Jean-Yves Blot

Mr. Jean-Yves Blot is the Operations Director of Netgem SA. He is an Engineer from Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Arts et Metiers and has an experience of more than 20 years in diferent fields like industrialization, production, quality and logistics within the groups Thomson, Johnson Controls and Safran, where he was in charge of many plants manufacturing in France and abroad. Mr. Blot joined Netgem SA in June, 2007.

Marc Bury

Mr. Marc Bury is the Chief Technology Officer at Netgem SA. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and holds a post-graduate degree in Programming from the Universite Paris V. Mr. Bury worked for INRIA Cryptography Lab, Aleph2 and Lotus Development before joining Netgem in 1996.

Romain Waller

Mr. Romain Waller is Vice President, Connected Home Products at Netgem SA as of October 1, 2012. A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines de Paris, he has14 years of experience within the telecommunications industry. During his career, he has managed several business units with full P&L responsibility within the Sagem Group and more recently the Technicolor group (formerly known as Thomson). In his previous roles, his core missions have included business development with global media and telecommunications operators to cover Set-Top Boxes, modems, gateways, as well as IPTV service platforms and other connected technologies.

Caroline Gauthier

Ms. Caroline Gauthier is Director of Legal Affairs and Human Resources at Netgem SA. She is a certified Business Lawyer. She started her career with a law firm and the European Institutions in Brussels before joining the Telco market (Tiscali International Network) and entertainment (VFEG) markets. She holds a Ph.D in European Business Law (Law Faculty of Montpellier), and a Masters in Comparative Law (Law Faculty of Strasbourg).

Yves Marco

Mr. Yves Marco is Customer Roadmap Manager at Netgem SA. He joined the Company in November 2000 after five years working in software development for digital TV set-top boxes. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications of Paris.

Fabrice Torres

Mr. Fabrice Torres is Head of Project Management at Netgem SA. He joined Netgem in 2010 after 17 years of experience in the Consumer Electronics industry directing projects and leading Research & Development teams for companies such as Philips and Sagemcom. He is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Superieure de l’Electronique et de ses Applications.

Isabelle Bordry

Ms. Isabelle Bordry has been a Director of Netgem SA since March 6, 2008. She is a Director of Association Bureau de la Renaissance Numerique and Femmes Associees site Terra Femina, Chairperson of Web Media Group and a Founding Member of Interactive Access Bureau, She previously served as a Member of Multimedia Commission of Centre National de la Cinematographie and also held several positions in Yahoo Group.

Francois Poirier

Marc Tessier
