Leo Denault

Andrew Marsh

Mr. Andrew S. Marsh is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Entergy Corp. he is also Director of Entergy Arkansas, Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, Entergy Louisiana, Entergy Mississippi, Entergy Texas, and System Energy. He joined Entergy in 1998 and held multiple corporate planning roles before being transferred to Entergy-Koch, LP as vice president, strategic planning where he coordinated multiple acquisition processes for pipeline and generating assets. With Entergy's decision to exit the partnership, Marsh was a key member of the transaction team for the sales of both Entergy-Koch Trading and Gulf South Pipeline, the two principal businesses of the partnership. Returning to Entergy, Marsh served in a series of financial planning and strategy roles, including vice president, planning and financial communications, where he reported to the CFO and was responsible for strategic planning, financial planning, the investment approval process, financial communications and commercial analytics. In his current role as vice president, system planning, he oversees a organization with responsibility for executing commercial operations for the Entergy utility operating companies. Mr. Marsh holds a master's degree in management from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor of science degree, mechanical engineering, from the University of Notre Dame where he played for the Fighting Irish football team.

Theodore Bunting

Mr. Theodore H. Bunting, Jr., is Group President - Utility Operations of Entergy Corp. He is no longer Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, effective June 1, 2012. He was named senior vice president and chief accounting officer of Entergy Corporation and its subsidiaries in August 2007. In his role as chief accounting officer, he oversees preparation of monthly financial reports, preparation of certain regulatory filings, and formulation and administration of accounting policy, procedures and controls. Bunting was named vice president, chief financial officer -- Nuclear Operations and vice president, chief financial officer -- System Energy Resources, Inc. in January 2004. Prior to January 2004, he was vice president, chief financial officer -- operations and vice president, chief financial officer for the utility subsidiaries. Bunting began his professional career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co. In 1983, his utility career started with Entergy's utility operating subsidiary, Arkansas Power and Light Company, now called Entergy Arkansas, Inc. During his career at Entergy, Bunting has also been involved in the development and growth of Entergy's non-utility businesses. During this period, he has had a wide range of responsibilities, including customer service, operations support, risk management, budgeting and forecasting and accounting. Bunting graduated from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He was honored with the Hendrix Odyssey Life Achievement Award for his accomplishments in leadership and professional development in 2005. Bunting is a certified public accountant and serves on the Hendrix College Board of Trustees and the Hendrix College Board Finance and Audit Committees. He also serves on the Board of Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited.

William Mohl

Mr. William M. Mohl is President - Entergy Wholesale Commodity of Entergy Corp. He began his career at Public Service Company of Colorado, now an affiliate of Xcel Energy, before moving to Koch Industries where he held a number of leadership roles in various gas and power businesses. He joined Entergy in 2002 and was responsible for the procurement of all fuel and generation resources and in 2007 became vice president, system planning. He became chairman, president and CEO of Entergy Louisiana and Entergy Gulf States Louisiana in June 2010, with responsibilities for the Louisiana utilities' electric and gas distribution systems, customer service, economic development, regulatory and governmental affairs. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration and finance and a master's degree in business administration from Regis University in Denver.

Paul Hinnenkamp

Mr. Paul Hinnenkamp has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of the Entergy Corporation. In his role, Hinnenkamp is responsible for executive oversight of safety and human performance, fossil generation, transmission, system planning, capital projects management and compliance with North American Electric Reliability Corporation Critical Infrastructure Protection standards. Hinnenkamp most recently served as senior vice president, capital project management and technology where he led the development of Ninemile 6, the first power plant built by Entergy utilities in Louisiana in 30 years. The unit was completed in December 2014 , ahead of schedule and under budget. Hinnenkamp joined the company in February 2001 as vice president of operations support for Entergy's southern nuclear fleet. He became vice president of operations for Entergy's River Bend Station later that year. Since then he has served in various capacities, including vice president of nuclear business development, vice president of environmental programs and infrastructure, and vice president of fossil generation development and support.

A. Christopher Bakken

Mr. A. Christopher Bakken III is Executive Vice President, Chief Nuclear Officer of the Company. In his new leadership role, Bakken is responsible for executive oversight of the safe, secure and reliable operation of Entergy's nuclear plants located in New York , Massachusetts , Vermont , Michigan , Louisiana , Mississippi and Arkansas , as well as the company's management services to the Cooper Nuclear Station for the Nebraska Public Power District.Bakken will also be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with external stakeholders, while becoming an engaged company representative to the industry. Bakken's 30-year career began in 1982 as a test engineer at Duquesne Light Company, where he spent nine years in the control room as a licensed senior reactor operator. Since then, he has held positions of increasing responsibility in operations for both domestic and global companies including American Electric Power, Public Service Enterprise Group, British Energy and EDF Energy. Prior to the role at Entergy, since 2011 Bakken has been executive director, EDF Energy Nuclear New Build and Project director for Hinkley Point C based in London . In that role he was responsible for leading the design, licensing, procurement, construction and commissioning of the £18bn ( $25.8bn at today's exchange rate) dual-unit EPR at Hinkley Point C, the first nuclear new-build project in the United Kingdom in 20 years. He joined the company in 2009 as director of operations, safety and licensing. In addition, from 1999-2003, Bakken worked for American Electric Power as a site vice president for D.C. Cook , and senior vice president and chief nuclear officer. While there, he successfully led the effort to recover two Cook units from extended regulatory shutdown. He earned a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania , and a master's in industrial administration with distinction from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma

Alyson Mount

Ms. Alyson M. Mount is Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Entergy Corp. She is currently vice president and corporate controller advising on and resolving systemwide accounting policy and reporting issues, and supports other systemwide initiatives from a finance and accounting perspective. Mount, who is a certified public accountant, joined Entergy in 2002. Prior to her current position at Entergy, Mount worked in various other roles, including the director of accounting policy and director of accounting projects where she led a number of strategic and other initiatives such as the implementation of the Pension Protection Act from a financial perspective and the initial evaluation and implementation of Sarbanes Oxley requirements for the accounting organization. Before joining Entergy, she worked for 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she specialized in audit and consulting projects primarily in the energy industry including various aspects of the Entergy audit and managing other utility and oil and gas industry audit and consulting engagements. She also led a number of the firm's national utility industry initiatives, including co-authoring technical accounting publications and position papers and development of utility-specific training and education programs. She has continued that work at Entergy today, participating in the Edison Electric Institute's accounting standards committee, including a lead role in the recent drafting of the utility industry's position on the continuation of rate regulated utility accounting in an International Financial Reporting Standards environment. Mount is a graduate of Loyola University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.

Timothy Mitchell

Mr. Timothy Mitchell is Senior Vice President of the Company. He is no longer Acting Chief Nuclear Officer of the Company., effective April 6, 2016. He returns to his senior vice president role responsible for the nuclear facilities and remains based in Jackson . Mitchell joined Entergy in 1989 as a plant engineer at ANO. Paula Waters

David Borde

Mr. David Borde is Vice President -Investor Relations of the Company., effective March 2016. Borde will serve as the primary interface with Wall Street analysts and investors, responsible for preparing financial disclosures, presentations and press releases to assist investors in their assessments of Entergy's future prospects.
