Mr. William Clay Ford, Jr., is Executive Chairman of the Board of Ford Motor Co. Mr. Ford has held number of management positions within Ford, including Vice President — Commercial Truck Vehicle Center. From 1995 until October 30, 2001, Mr. Ford was Chair of the Finance Committee. Effective January 1, 1999, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors and effective October 30, 2001, he was elected Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Alan R. Mulally is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Ford Motor Co. Mr. Mulally was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of Ford effective September 1, 2006.
