Mark Zuckerberg

Mr. Mark Zuckerberg serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Facebook Inc. He is founder and has served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and as a member of board of directors since July 2004. Mr. Zuckerberg has served as Chairman of board of directors since January 2012. Mr. Zuckerberg attended Harvard University where he studied computer science.

David Wehner

Mr. David M. Wehner serves as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President - Corporate Finance and Business Planning of Facebook Inc, effective June 1, 2014. Mr. Wehner has served as Facebook’s Vice President, Corporate Finance and Business Planning since November 2012. From August 2010 through November 2012, Mr. Wehner served as Chief Financial Officer of Zynga Inc. From February 2001 to July 2010, Mr. Wehner was employed at Allen & Company, an investment bank focused on media and technology where he served as a Managing Director from November 2006 to July 2010, and a director from December 2005 to November 2006. Colin Stretch

Mr. Colin S. Stretch serves as Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Facebook Inc., effective July 5, 2013. Stretch has been a senior leader on Facebook’s legal team since joining the company in 2010. As Deputy General Counsel, Stretch has led many of Facebook’s most legal initiatives. Stretch served as lead negotiator for the company’s settlement with the Federal Trade Commission in 2011. He led the appellate victory in the high-profile Winklevoss case, and has led the team that advises Facebook on legal issues relating to new products. Prior to joining the company in 2010, Stretch was a partner at Kellogg Huber Hansen Todd Evans & Figel in Washington DC. He previously clerked for Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer and U.S. Court of Appeals Judge Laurence Silberman, and was an honors program attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

David Fischer

Mr. David B. Fischer serves as Vice President - Business and Marketing Partnerships of Facebook Inc. From July 2002 to March 2010, Mr. Fischer served in various positions at Google, including most recently as its Vice President, Global Online Sales & Operations. Erskine Bowles

Mr. Erskine B. Bowles serves as an Independent Director of Facebook Inc. Mr. Bowles is President Emeritus of the University of North Carolina and served as President from January 2006 through December 2010. Mr. Bowles has also been a Senior Advisor of BDT Capital Partners, LLC, a private investment firm, since January 2012. From February 2010 until December 2010, he served as Co-Chair of the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform. Mr. Bowles has been a Senior Advisor since 2001 and was Managing Director from 1999 to 2001 of Carousel Capital LLC, a private investment firm. In addition to serving on board of directors, Mr. Bowles currently serves as a member of the boards of directors of Morgan Stanley, Belk, Inc., and Norfolk Southern Corporation. Susan Desmond-Hellmann

Dr. Susan Desmond-Hellmann, M.D., serves as an Independent Director of Facebook Inc. Dr. Desmond-Hellmann is Chancellor and Arthur and Toni Rembe Rock Distinguished Professor, University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where she has served since August 2009. From 2004 through 2009, Dr. Desmond-Hellmann served as President of Product Development at Genentech, where she was responsible for pre-clinical and clinical development, business development, and product portfolio management. She joined Genentech in 1995. Prior to joining Genentech, Dr. Desmond-Hellmann was associate director of clinical cancer research at Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical Research Institute.
