Scozzafava, Ralph Mr. Scozzafava is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the Company since May 2008 and as a director since June 2007. He served as Vice Chairman of the Board of The Furniture Brands International. He served most recently as the Vice President - Worldwide Commercial Operation of Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, or Wrigley, since March 2006. Mr. Scozzafava joined Wrigley in 2001 and in addition to his most recent position served as Vice President - Sales and Customer Marketing, U.S. from 2001 to May 2002; Vice President & General Manager, U.S. from May 2002 to January 2004; and Vice President & Managing Director - North America/Pacific from January 2004 to March 2006. The Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company is a recognized leader in confections with a wide range of product offerings including gum, mints, hard and chewy candies, lollipops, and chocolate. Prior to joining Wrigley, Mr. Scozzafava served in sales, marketing and merchandising positions at Campbell Soup Company, Clorox Company, and Johnson & Johnson.
Rolls, Steven Steven G. Rolls is Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Furniture Brands International Inc since April 2008. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Rolls served since 2006 as Chief Financial Officer of Global Energy, Inc., a privately held environmental technology company. Teplitz, Edward Edward Teplitz is President - Thomasville Furniture Industries of Furniture Brands International, Inc, effective October 10, 2007. Mr. Teplitz has served since 2005 as Executive Vice President of Ethan Allen Retail Inc. Prior to assuming that role, Mr. Teplitz served in positions of increasing responsibility with that company, including Chief Financial Officer of Ethan Allen Interiors, Inc. Bradley, Daniel Daniel Bradley is President of Furniture Brands Designer Group since November 2007. Mr. Bradley has served since 2006 as President and CEO of Ferguson Copeland, LTD. Prior to assuming that role, Mr. Bradley served as the President of Baker, Knapp and Tubbs. Previously, he worked in operations at Henredon. Before his career in the furniture industry, he worked in management consulting divisions of public accounting firms. From May 2006 to October 2007, and as President of Baker Knapp & Tubbs from May 2002 to May 2006. From 1983 to 1998, Mr. Johnson held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility at The Black and Decker Corporation, ending as the Vice President of North American Manufacturing. Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina.
Isaak, Richard Richard R. Isaak is Chief Accounting Officer, Controller of Furniture Brands International Inc. He was appointed as the Principle Financial Officer, Principle Accounting Officer, Controller of the Company in 2007. Mr. Isaak, has been a member of the Company’s finance department since April 2007 when he joined the Company. From March 2003 to April 2007, Mr. Isaak served as Director of Accounting and Reporting and then Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer for Panera Bread Company.
