Jose Luciano Penido

 Mr. Jose Luciano Penido serves as Chairman of the Board of Fibria Celulose SA. He held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Votorantim Celulose e Papel SA from January 2004 until August 2009. He acted as Chief Executive Officer of Samarco Mineracao SA from 1992 to 2003 and Chief Development Officer of Samarco Mineracao SA from 1989 to 1991. He has also served as Vice President of the Minas Gerais Industry Federation, where he directs the Enterprise Citizenship Council. He holds a degree in Mining Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.

Marcelo Strufaldi Castelli

 Mr. Marcelo Strufaldi Castelli has served as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Fibria Celulose SA since July 1, 2011. Prior to this, he acted as Member of the Executive Board, Paper Business, Strategy and Supply Chain Officer and Forestry Operations and Technology Officer of the Company.  Mr. Guilherme Perboyre Cavalcanti has served as Chief Financial Officer, Investor Relations Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Fibria Celulose SA since February 1, 2012.  Mr. Francisco Fernandes Campos Valerio has served as Member of the Executive Board and Industrial and Engineering Officer of Fibria Celulose SA since November 2009 and its Procurement Officer since July 2011. He acted as Industrial Director of Bahia Sul Celulose SA from September 1991 to November 1997.  Mr. Julio Cesar Maciel Ramundo has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Fibria Celulose SA since December 15, 2011. Prior to joining the Company, he joined BNDES in 1992 where he held various positions. In May 2011, he was appointed Chief Industrial and Capital Market Officer of BNDES. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of BNDES and Member of the Board of Directors of Telemar Norte Leste SA (Oi). Eduardo Rath Fingerl

 Mr. Eduardo Rath Fingerls has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Fibria Celulose SA since November 5, 2009. He joined BNDES in May 1976.
