Gary Economo

 Mr. Gary Economo serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Focus Metals Inc. He has been President and Chief Execulive Officer of the Coi1joralion since August 3,2010 and Director since September 10, 2010. Mr. Economo, has served as CEO of both public and private companies in the past. He was formerly cofounder, President and CEO of Dynasty Components Inc., from 1985 to 2001, and, prior to that, provided strategic consulting and representation services to numerous technology companies in North America and Asia.

Marc-Andre Bernier

 Mr. Marc-Andre Bernier, M.Sc., P.Geo., serves as Independent Director of Focus Metals Inc., since January 26, 2012. Mr. Bernier is a geoscientist with more than 26 years professional experience. He specializes in exploration geochemistry in support of regional and international mineral development initiatives. A resident of Chibougamau, Quebec, Mr. Bernier has directed or managed mining development projects in Canada, the Caribbean, Africa and South America. In addition to his work with Focus Metals Inc., Mr. Bernier also holds the position of Senior Geoscientist with the Table Jamésienne de Concertation Minière (TJCM) a regional development agency dedicated to promoting sustainable mineral development across northern Québec and an advisor to Makivik Corporation, the economic and political representative of the Inuit of Northern Québec. Mr. Bernier is past-president of Majescor Resources Inc.; a director of SIMACT Alliance Copper-Gold Inc. (Canada) and Daraina Exploration SARL (Madagascar); a director and executive vice-president of SOMINE SA (Haiti); Vice-President and a director of Chibougamau- Chapais SADC and remains an active member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and the Ordre des géologues du Québec, as well as a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Chester Burtt

 Mr. Chester Burtt serves as Independent Director of Focus Metals Inc., since January 5, 2012. Mr. Burtt is President of Chester Burtt & Associates Ltd. (“CBAL”) a corporate and public affairs advisory firm that specializes in connecting private and public companies with domestic and international opportunities. CBAL also arranges for the provision and supply of financial services in mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Working through an international network and associate firms, CBAL has a 25-year history of offering a full range of services to assist companies with strategy development and decisions to suit their investor and corporate relations. Mr. Burtt graduated with a BA from Waterloo Lutheran University and MA from Wilfrid Laurier University in Political Science.

Francis Pomerleau

 Mr. Francis Pomerleau serves as Independent Director of Focus Metals Inc., since February 1, 2010. He is currently President of Pomerleau Ontario and co-President of Beaubois. Mr. Pomerleau is also member of the board of directors of Pomerleau. Mr. Pomerleau completed a civil engineering degree from École Polytechnique de Montréal and graduated in 1991. He then completed an MBA at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland in 2000.

Jeffrey York

 Mr. Jeffrey York serves as Independent Director of Focus Metals Inc. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of Farm Boy stores. He worked three years for Ward Mallette Chartered Accountants and twenty years for Giant Tiger Stores which grew from regional discount retail chain into a national billion dollar company and of which he was President for 10 years. Mr. York has been a member of Young Presidents Organization since 2002. Mr. York graduated with an economics degree from Princeton University in 1986 and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1989.
