Name Description

Richard Mazur

 Mr. Richard J. Mazur is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Forum Uranium Corp. He has been a Director at the Company since May 28, 2004. He is a Geoscientist who has held positions in the international exploration and mining industry for 30 years as a Project Geologist, Financial Analyst and Senior Executive on uranium, gold, base metals, coal and industrial minerals projects in North and South America. Mr. Mazur worked a ten year period (1974-1984) as a Uranium Exploration Geologist in Saskatchewan, Nunavut, Yukon, Ontario, Quebec and the Maritime provinces for Pan Ocean Oil Ltd. He served as a Director and Senior Manager for Southwestern Resources Corp. and affiliated companies for ten years. Currently he is a Director at Alto Ventures Ltd., Impact Silver Corp., and Tanqueray Resources Ltd, IMPACT Silver Corp., Molystar Resources Ltd. and Midnight Sun Capital Corp.

Robert Anderson

 Mr. Robert Anderson is Chief Financial Officer of Forum Uranium Corp., since July 1, 2010. He has served as a Manager of six junior mining public companies and for a Chartered Accountant consulting firm. Mr. Anderson was the Corporate Controller for Forum Uranium in 2007 and 2008, after working as Senior Auditor at Staley Okada & Partners Chartered Accountants and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Anderson has experience in a number of sectors, including mining, film and television, technology, corporate and personal tax, and owner-managed companies. He has been dealing with public company reporting, initial public offerings, prospectuses, due diligence and business plans.

Kenneth Wheatley

 Mr. Kenneth Wheatley is Vice President - Exploration of Forum Uranium Corp. He joined Forum in 2007 from Areva Resources Canada where he served as Eastern Athabasca Exploration Manager and Manager of Exploration for the Kiggavik project. He has been in eight uranium discoveries in the Athabasca Basin during his 30 year career as a uranium exploration geologist, of which four deposits have gone into commercial production.

He is CEO of Brazilian Gold Corporation, a Toronto- listed Company with gold exploration and development assets in Brazil and is also a non-executive director of Vatakoula Gold Mines plc, Polo Resources Limited and Elemental Minerals Ltd. He holds a B.Sc. in chemical engineering.

 Mr. Larry M. Okada is an Independent Director of Forum Uranium Corp., since October 27, 2009. He is Part-time CFO of BC Gold Corp. from August 2008 to present; Former associate of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Chartered Accountants, from 2006 to 2008; Former Partner of Staley, Okada & Partners, Chartered Accountants, from 1977 to 2006.

 Mr. Michael A. Steeves is an Independent Director of Forum Uranium Corp., since August 14, 2007.
