Frederick Smith

Mr. Frederick W. Smith is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of FedEx Corporation, since January 1998. He was first elected as a director in 1971. He is the company's founder and Chairman of FedEx Express since 1975. He was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of FedEx Express from 1983 to 1998, Chief Executive Officer of FedEx Express from 1977 to 1998, and President of FedEx Express from 1971 to 1975.
