Name Description

John Elkann

Mr. John P. Elkann has served as Chairman of the Board of Fiat SpA since April 21, 2010. He is also Chairman of the Nominating, Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committees of the Company. Prior to his appointment he served as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Company as from May 30, 2004 and as Director of the Company as from December 1997. Mr. John P. Elkann has served as Director of Fiat Industrial SpA since January 2011. Mr. Elkann is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EXOR SpA and Chairman of Giovanni Agnelli & C. S.a.p.az.. In addition, he serves as Chairman of Editrice La Stampa and is also on the boards of The Economist Group, SGS and of Banca Leonardo. While at university, he gained experience at various Fiat Group companies in the UK and Poland (manufacturing), as well as France (sales and marketing). The formal start to his career was in 2001, when he joined General Electric as a member of Group Audit, with assignments in Asia, the USA and Europe. Mr. Elkann is member of the Italy-China Foundation, of the IAC of Brookings Institution and of MoMA. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Italian Aspen Institute and the Giovanni Agnelli Foundation. Mr. Elkann holds a degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.

Sergio Marchionne

Dr. Sergio Marchionne has been Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director of Fiat SpA since June 1, 2004. He was appointed Director of the Company in May 2003. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Fiat Industrial SpA since July 15, 2010. He is Member of the Group Executive Council. He also serves as Chairman of CNH Global NV, as well as CEO of Fiat SpA and Chairman and CEO of Chrysler Group LLC. Mr. Marchionne is President of the Board of Directors of the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA) for 2013. He is also a member of the Board of Philip Morris International Inc. and of the Peterson Institute for International Economics as well as Chairman of the Italian Branch of the Council for the United States and Italy. He has been a member of the Board of Fiat SpA since May 2003 and was appointed CEO in June 2004. He became CEO of Chrysler Group LLC in June 2009, as well as Chairman in September 2011. In May 2010, he joined the board of directors of Exor SpA. He was non-executive Vice Chairman and Senior Independent Director of UBS from 2008 until April 2010. In February 2002, he became CEO of the SGS Group of Geneva. In March 2006, he was appointed Chairman of the company, a position which he continues to hold. From 1994 to 2000, he covered various positions of increasing responsibility at Algroup, headquartered in Zurich (Switzerland), until becoming its CEO. He then went on to head the Lonza Group Ltd first as CEO (2000-2001) and then as Chairman (2002). He previously worked at the Lawson Mardon Group of Toronto, Glenex Industries, Acklands Ltd, Lawson Group and Deloitte & Touche. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Philosophy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto, as well as a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor (Canada). Mr. Marchionne is a barrister, solicitor and chartered accountant.

Richard Palmer

Mr. Richard K. Palmer has served as Chief Financial Officer and Financial Reporting Officer of Fiat SpA since September 1, 2011. He is also Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. He was appointed Senior Vice President - Chief Financial Officer, Chrysler Group LLC in June 2009 where he was responsible for all of Chrysler Group LLC's finance activities including corporate controlling, treasury and tax. He joined Chrysler Group LLC from Fiat Group Automobiles, where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer since December 2006. He joined the Fiat Group in 2003 as CFO of Comau, and later moved to Iveco in the same role. From 1997 until 2003, he was Finance Manager for several business units at General Electric Oil & Gas. He spent the first years of his career in Audit with UTC and Price Waterhouse Coopers. He is a chartered accountant and member of ICAEW (the United Kingdom). He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology from the University of Warwick.

Alfredo Altavilla

Mr. Alfredo Altavilla has served as Head of Business Development, Chief Operating Officer Europe, Middle East and Africa of Fiat SpA since November 12, 2012. He has also been a member of the Group Executive Council (GEC) and Head of Business Development since September 2011. He began his career as an assistant at Universita Cattolica di Milan. In 1990, he joined Fiat Auto, where he initially focused on international ventures in the area of strategic planning and product development. In 1995, he was appointed Head of Fiat Auto’s Beijing office and in 1999 Head of Asian Operations. He has been involved in Business Development since 2001, becoming responsible for coordination of the alliance with General Motors in 2002 and, in 2004, being assigned responsibility for management of all alliances. In September 2004, Mr. Altavilla was appointed Chairman of FGP (Fiat/GM Powertrain JV) and Senior Vice President of Business Development of Fiat Auto. In July 2005, he became CEO of Turk Otomobil Fabrikasil A.S. (TOFAS). In November 2006, he was named Chief Executive Officer of FPT - Fiat Powertrain Technologies. In July 2009, he became a member of the Board of Directors of Chrysler Group LLC and in October 2009 was named Executive Vice President of Business Development for Fiat Group. From November 2010 to November 2012 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Iveco. He was also a member of the Fiat Industrial Executive Council (FIEC) from January 2011 to November 2012. Mr. Altavilla holds a degree in Economics from Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano.

Cledorvino Belini

Mr. Cledorvino Belini has served as Chief Operating Officer Latin America of Fiat SpA since September 1, 2011. He is also Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. He was appointed President of FIASA in 2004, and, in 2005, he also became President of Fiat Group Latin America and President of Fiat Finance Brazil. He currently also serves as Chairman of the Board of Fidis Bank Brazil. He started his career in 1967 in the Human Resources department at I.R.F. Matarazzo in Brazil. In 1970, he assumed a new role in the Systems & Methods department which he held until 1972. He joined the Fiat Group at Fiat Allis Brazil (CNH Brazil) where, from 1973 to 1986, he occupied various roles including: Production Planning Director, Purchasing Director, Fiat Allis Logistic Director, Tractor Sales General Manager, Spare Parts Manager and Systems & Methods. In 1987, he joined Fiat Automoveis (FIASA) as Purchasing Director and was appointed Commercial Director in 1994. In 1997, he was made President of Magneti Marelli Latin America, a role which he held until 2003. He is a graduate in Business Administration. He also holds a Masters in Finance and an advanced MBA from INSEAD in cooperation with Fundacao Dom Cabral.

Michael Manley

Mr. Michael W. Manley has served as Chief Operating Officer APAC, Head of Jeep Brand of Fiat SpA since June 2009. He is also Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Jeep Brand, Chrysler Group LLC, in June 2009. He was also the lead Chrysler Group executive for the International activities of Chrysler outside of NAFTA where he was responsible for implementing the co-operation agreements for distribution of Chrysler Group products through Fiat's international distribution network. Previously, he was Executive Vice President - International Sales and Global Product Planning Operations since December 2008. In this position, he was responsible for product planning and all sales activities outside North America. He joined DaimlerChrysler in 2000 as Director - Network Development, DaimlerChrysler United Kingdom, Ltd. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Ashridge Business School.

Eugenio Razelli

Mr. Eugenio Razelli has served as Chief Operating Officer Components of Fiat SpA since September 1, 2011. He is also Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Magneti Marelli in April 2005. He began his career at Fiat Auto and Zanussi going on to become CEO of Gilardini Industriale in 1983. He subsequently held positions of growing responsibility at Comind (General Manager of Stars and Politecna) and Magneti Marelli. At the Components Sector of Fiat Group, in particular, he served as General Manager of the Electronic Components Division, Executive Vice President Manufacturing for the Electromechanical Components Group and, later on, General Manager of the same Group. In 1991, he was appointed President of Engine Control Systems. He moved to Pirelli Cavi in 1993 as Vice President Manufacturing, and was later appointed President and CEO of Pirelli Cable North America. Upon his return to Italy in 1997, he continued to work at Pirelli Cavi, serving first as Senior Executive Vice President, Telecom Division and then as Senior Executive Vice President, Energy Division. From 2001 to 2003, he was President and CEO of Fiamm. From May 2003 to March 2005, he served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Fiat SpA. He obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering at Universita degli Studi di Genova.

Riccardo Tarantini

Mr. Riccardo Tarantini has served as Chief Operating Officer Systems and Castings of Fiat SpA since September 1, 2011. He is also Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. He was appointed Managing Director and General Manager of Teksid SpA in February 2003. In August 2006 he was also appointed Chief Executive Officer of Comau SpA. He joined 3M Italia in 1974, as a plant controller. The following year he moved to Delchi SpA (Westinghouse Electric) in charge of Corporate Reporting, later becoming Head of Control and Finance. He joined Teksid in 1979 as Central Controller for the Diversified products grouping, later taking charge of Administration and Control, first of the Tube and Pipe division and then of the Aluminium Foundry division. He worked for Toro for two years (1985-1986) as head of the Management Control Project, and returned to Teksid in 1987 in other management positions. After four years of managerial experience in the United States he was appointed head of the Aluminium Foundries division and then Assistant General Manager of the Metallurgical Products Sector, responsible for New Initiatives and International Development. He has a degree in the Economics of Industrial Companies from the Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan. He has also taken specialization courses in Milan and Fontainebleau.

Harald Wester

Mr. Harald Wester has served as Chief Technical Officer, Chief Executive Officer of Alfa Romeo, Abarth & C SpA and of Maserati SpA of Fiat SpA since January 2010. He is also Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. He was appointed Chief Technical Officer for Fiat Group in September 2007. In addition to this role, in August 2008 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Maserati SpA, in January 2009 Chief Executive Officer of Abarth & C SpA and in January 2010 Chief Executive Officer of Alfa Romeo. He started his professional career at Volkswagen AG in Wolfsburg, where he was General Manager of the Vehicle Research & New Concepts department from 1991 to 1995. Later that year, he joined Audi AG in Ingolstadt where he became Program Manager for the A2 models & Special Vehicles, a position that he held until January 1999. Subsequently, he joined Ferrari S.p.A. at Maranello as Director of Product Development, where he remained until January 2002. He was then hired by Magna Steyr AG, Magna AG (Graz, Vienna) as Group President Engineering and Chief Technical Officer (Research, Development and Technologies). In 2004 he joined the Fiat Group where he took on the role of Chief Technical Officer of Fiat Group Automobiles. In 1986 he obtained a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universitaet Carolo-Wilhelmina zu Braunschweig.

Olivier Francois

Mr. Olivier Francois has served as Head of Fiat Brand, Chief Marketing Officer of Fiat SpA since September 1, 2011. He is also Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer - Chrysler Brand, Chrysler Group LLC in October 2009. He joined the company from Fiat Group Automobiles, where he remained President and Chief Executive Officer - Lancia Brand. He was also the lead Chrysler Group executive for Marketing with responsibility for marketing strategies, brand development and advertising for the Chrysler and Fiat Group Automobile brands. He has been the lead executive for the Lancia Brand, Fiat Group Automobiles, since September 2005. In January 2009, he assumed Brand Marketing Communication responsible for coordinating communication activities for all brands of Fiat Group Automobiles. Before joining Fiat in 2005, he worked for Citroen in positions of increasing responsibility. He holds a degree in Economy, Finance and Marketing from Universite Paris IX Dauphine and a diploma from the IEP (Institute des Sciences Politiques) of Paris.

Luca Cordero di Montezemolo

Mr. Luca Cordero di Montezemolo has served as Executive Director of Fiat SpA and Chairman of Ferrari SpA since April 20, 2010. He also served as Chairman of the Company from May 30, 2004 to April 20, 2010. He graduated in Law from Universita degli Studi La Sapienza di Roma and at the Columbia University in New York specialized in International Commercial Law. He started his career with the Chiomenti law firm and then joined Bergreen & Bergreen. Between 1973 and 1977, he worked as Assistant to Enzo Ferrari and Team Manager of the Maranello racing team. Between 1977 and 1981, he was Senior Vice President of External Relations of the Fiat Group. Between 1981 and 1983, he served as CEO of Itedi SpA and CEO of Cinzano SpA from 1984 to 1986. From 1986 to 1990, he was General Director of the Organizing Committee of the 1990 Italian World Cup Football Championship. He has been Chairman of Ferrari SpA since 1991 and also it’s CEO until 2006. He served as both Chairman and CEO of Maserati SpA from 1997 to 2005 and President of Confindustria from 2004 to 2008. He is also Chairman of NTV (Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori). He served as President of the Industrialists of the Province of Modena for six years, until June 2002, and President of FIEG – Federazione Italiana Editori Giornali until July 2004 and President of LUISS University until May 2010. He is a Cavaliere del Lavoro. He received two decorations from the President of the French Republic: the Legion d’Honneur (July 2005) and Commandeur (December 2008). He was awarded three honorary degrees: Mechanical Engineering from the University of Modena, Business Management from the University of Genova, Industrial Design from the Politecnico of Milano. He also has been Chairman of Telethon since July 2009. He is Director of La Stampa, the French Group PPR, Poltrona Frau SpA and Tod’s. He was a Member of the International Advisory Board of Citi Inc. He was the founder of Charme.

Linda Knoll

Ms. Linda I. Knoll has served as Chief Human Resources Officer of Fiat SpA since September 1, 2011. She is also Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. She was appointed Head of Human Resources for Fiat Industrial in January 2011, a role she retains. Concurrently, Ms. Knoll is also the Head of Human Resources for CNH since August 2007. She served as ad interim President of CNH Parts and Service from July 2010 to May 2011. From 2005 to 2007, she held the position of Executive Vice President, Worldwide Agricultural Manufacturing, then Executive Vice President, Agricultural Product Development. From 2003 to 2005, Ms. Knoll served as Vice President, North America Agricultural Industrial Operations. She was Vice President and General Manager of the Crop Production Global Product Line from 1999 to 2003. Previously, Ms. Knoll held a number of positions within Case Corporation. Prior to joining Case, she spent 11 years in positions of increasing responsibility for the Land Systems Division of General Dynamics. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

Alessandro Baldi

Mr. Alessandro Baldi has served as Chief Audit Officer and Sustainability at Fiat SpA since 2013. He served as Head of Fiat Services & Holdings, Group Executive Council Coordinator of Fiat SpA. He was appointed Group Executive Council Coordinator of the Company on September 1, 2011. Mr. Baldi was Head of Fiat Group Control from August 2004 to August 2011 and Head of Fiat Services & Holdings from September 2011 to January 2013. In addition to this role, in July 2010, he was appointed as CFO for Fiat Group Automobiles. He began his professional career in 1981 as an auditor at Ernst & Young in Zurich, and subsequently became Senior Manager. In 1989, he joined the Internal Audit department at Alusuisse Lonza in Zurich (Algroup), and later became head of the department. In 1994, he was appointed Group Controller at Algroup. In 1997, he became CFO of Algroup’s Aluminum Sector and the following year resumed his previous role as Group Controller. In 1999, he was appointed Group Controller for Lonza Group, the company formed through the demerger of the chemical and energy businesses of Algroup. In 2002, he moved to Societe Generale Services (SGS) in Geneva to serve as Group Controller. He is a Swiss Chartered Accountant.

Doug Betts

Mr. Doug Betts has served as Head of Quality of Fiat SpA since September 1, 2011. He is also Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. He was appointed Senior Vice President - Quality, Chrysler Group LLC in June 2009, with responsibility for corporate quality. Previously, Mr. Betts was Vice President and Chief Customer Officer for Chrysler LLC since November 2007 with responsibility for improving the company's overall quality and customer satisfaction. He joined Chrysler in November 2007 with more than 21 years of quality assurance gained from similar positions at Nissan and Toyota. Prior to joining Chrysler, he worked at Nissan Americas as Senior Vice President – Total Customer Satisfaction since April 2006, where he was responsible for all business activities related to satisfying customers with product or service quality in North and South America. Mr. Betts holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech University in Atlanta.

Reid Bigland

Mr. Reid Bigland has served as Head of Dodge Brand of Fiat SpA since September 1, 2011. He is also Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer - Dodge Brand and Head of U.S. Sales in June 2011. In addition to full responsibility for the Dodge brand, he is in charge of sales strategy, dealer relations and operations, order facilitation, incentives and field operations in the United States. He remains President and Chief Executive Officer - Chrysler Canada Inc., a position he was named to in July 2006. He also serves as Chairman - Chrysler Canada. Previously, he was President of Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation, a South Carolina-based company. During his career he has had responsibility for all aspects of Management, including Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Planning, Customer Service and Distribution in both Canada and the United States. He has served on the Board of Directors of the University of Windsor since 2006. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia.

Mark Chernoby

Mr. Mark Chernoby has served as Head of Product Portfolio Management of Fiat SpA since September 1, 2011. He is also Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. Prior to his current role, Mr. Chernoby was Head of Vehicle Engineering within the Company. In this position, he was responsible for all vehicle line platform programs along with vehicle development analysis and validation. Since joining Chrysler Corporation in 1985 as a powertrain engineer, he has made use of his experience in focused component engineering, vehicle programs and vehicle homologation for Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge products. In 2005, he was elected chair for the SAE Technical Standards Board, and in 2007, he served as a member of the Hydrogen Technology Advisory Committee reporting to the U.S. Secretary of Energy. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. His studies began with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.

Scott Garberding

Pietro Gorlier

Mr. Pietro Gorlier has served as Head of Parts & Service (MOPAR) of Fiat SpA since September 1, 2011. He is also Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer - MOPAR Brand Service, Parts and Customer Care of Chrysler Group LLC, in June 2009. He had shared accountability with the brands, responsible for parts and services growth and delivery, and an integrated approach to customer support. He joined the Chrysler Group from Fiat Group Automobiles S.p.A. and CNH Global N.V., where he previously served as head of the Network and Owned Dealerships organization. He joined the Fiat Group in 1989 as a Market Analyst in Iveco and held various positions in Logistics, After Sales, and Customer Care before joining Fiat Group Automobiles in 2006 in Network Development. He holds a Master of Economics from Universita degli Studi di Torino.

Michael Keegan

Stefan Ketter

Mr. Stefan Ketter has served as Chief Manufacturing Officer of Fiat SpA since January 2008. He is also Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. He entered BMW Munich in 1986 as a trainee and held positions of growing responsibility in the technical area until 1996, when he was appointed Quality Manager. In 1996 he joined AUDI and, in 1997, he became Quality Director of America Latina VW Group. In this framework, he was charged with the set up of a new plant in Brazil for export to the United States. In 2002, he was assigned responsibility for Quality & Service of Volkswagen of America, where he integrated Group activities and regional operations. In 2004 he was named Head of Quality at Fiat Group Automobiles, and in 2005 took over responsibility for Manufacturing. In addition to this position, in 2006 he took on responsibility for coordinating implementation of World Class Manufacturing for the Fiat Group. He obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Technische Universitaet Muenchen and took Business Management courses at Insead in France.

Robert Lee

Mr. Robert (Bob) Lee has served as Powertrain Coordinator of Fiat SpA since September 1, 2011. He is also Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. He was appointed Vice President and Head of Engine and Electrified Propulsion Engineering, Chrysler Group LLC in July 2011, with responsibility for directing the design, development and release of all engines and electrified propulsion systems for Chrysler Group LLC products. He joined the company in 1978 as an engineer-in-training in the Chrysler Institute of Engineering program and has since held a variety of positions in different areas of Powertrain. He has been an active member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) since 1978 and is a founding member of the SAE North American International Powertrain Conference Leadership Team where he served as the 2007 NAIPC Conference Chairman. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Michigan State University, a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University.

Lorenzo Ramaciotti

Mr. Lorenzo Ramaciotti has served as Head of Design of Fiat SpA since September 1, 2011. He is also Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. He was appointed Head of Style for Fiat Group Automobiles in June 2007. He has experience in automobile styling, which he earned at Pininfarina. He joined Pininfarina in 1973 and was soon responsible for realizing models and prototypes. In 1982 he was appointed Deputy Manager of Pininfarina Studi e Ricerche at Cambiano. Six years later he became General Manager, and in 1994, he became a member of the Board of Directors. In 2002 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Pininfarina Ricerca e Sviluppo S.p.A. During the 17-year-period in which he headed the Pininfarina design, he developed approximately 20 concept cars, several of which were awarded at the international level, and directed projects of automobiles, on behalf of several manufacturers. He developed the Maserati Quattroporte, as well as some of the Ferrari models: the 550 Maranello, the 360 Modena, the Ferrari Enzo, and the current Ferrari F430 and 612 Scaglietti. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino.

Mr. Andrea Agnelli has served as Non-Executive Director of Fiat SpA since May 30, 2004. He studied at Milan (Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi). He gained professional experience in a variety of positions both in Italy and abroad, including: Iveco-Ford in London; Sales and Marketing at Piaggio; Auchan Hypermarche in Lille; Schroder Salomon Smith Barney in London, where he gained transaction experience in the equity capital markets division; and, the marketing department of Juventus Football Club, where he worked on brand promotion and development. In 1999, he was hired by Ferrari Idea in Lugano to promote and develop the Ferrari brand in non-automotive areas. In November 2000, he moved to Paris and assumed responsibility for marketing at Uni Invest SA, a Banque San Paolo company specialized in managed investment products. From 2001 to 2004, he worked at Philip Morris International in Lausanne, where he initially had responsibility for marketing and sponsorships and, from December 2003, corporate communication. During 2005 and 2006, he worked in strategic development for IFIL Investments SpA. In March 2007, he founded Lamse SpA, a financial holding company of which he is Chief Executive Officer. In April 2008, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Park Golf & Country Club I Roveri, where his mandate was to create a golf resort with international standard sport facilities, services and event program. Since May 2006, he has served on the Board of Directors of IFI which, after its merger with IFIL Investments SpA, was renamed EXOR SpA. In April 2007, he became a member of the Advisory Board of the private equity fund BlueGem Capital Partners LLP. He is a member of the Federal Council of the Italian Golf Federation. Since May 2010, he has been Chairman of Juventus FC SpA. He is a General Partner of Giovanni Agnelli e C Sapaz. He is also Director at Vita Societa Editoriale SpA.

Tiberto Brandolini d'Adda

Dr. Tiberto Ruy Brandolini d'Adda has served as Non-Executive Director of Fiat SpA since May 30, 2004. He graduated in Commercial Law from Universita degli Studi di Parma in 1971. From 1972 to 1974, he gained his initial work experience working in the international department of Fiat SpA and at Lazard Bank in London. In 1975, he became Assistant to the Director General for Enterprise Policy at the European Economic Commission in Brussels. He subsequently joined Ifint, as General Manager for France. In 1985, he became General Manager for Europe and then in 1993 Managing Director of the Exor Group (formerly Ifint), where he served as Vice Chairman and Managing Director from 2003 until 2007. He has international experience as a main board director of several companies: Ifil, le Continent Iard, le Continent Vie, Bollore Investissement, Espirito Santo Financial Group, Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise, Safic Alcan and Chateau Margaux. He also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Worms & Cie and Member of the Supervisory Board of Club Mediterranee. Beginning in 1992, he held several positions at Club Med, including his tenure as Chairman of the Supervisory Board from 1997 to 2003. He is also a Director of Vittoria Assicurazioni. In February 2006, he was appointed Vice Chairman of IFIL. He serves as Chairman of Sequana SA (formerly Worms & Cie) and EXOR SA. He is General Partner of Giovanni Agnelli e C. S.a.p.A. and Vice Chairman of EXOR SpA and Director of SGS SA. He is Chevalier de la Legion d’Honneur.

Glenn Earle

Mr. Glenn Earle serves as an Independent Director at Fiat S.p.A. since June 23, 2014. He is also a chairman of the Internal Control and Risk Committee and member of the Compensation Committee at the firm. is a retired Partner of Goldman Sachs and former Chief Operating Officer of Goldman Sachs International. He is currently Senior Advisor at Affiliated Managers Group Limited (AMG) and a member of the Boards of Directors of the Royal National Theatre and Teach First.

Joyce Bigio

Ms. Joyce Victoria Bigio has served as Non-Executive Independent Director of Fiat SpA since April 4, 2012. She is Member of Internal Control and Risk Committee within the Company. She is Director of Simmel Difesa SpA.

Rene Carron

Mr. Rene Carron has served as Non-Executive Independent Director of Fiat SpA since July 24, 2007. He is Member of the Internal Control and Risk and of the Compensation Committee within the Company. He is a Knight of the Legion of Honor and the National Order of Merit and a Commander of the Order of Agricultural Merit. A farmer by profession, he was President of the Savoy Chamber of Agriculture from 1983 to 1992. In 1981 he joined the Credit Agricole Group as Chairman of the Yenne Local Bank. In April 1992, he was appointed Chairman of the Credit Agricole Regional Bank de la Savoie which became - after its merger in 1994 with the Regional Bank de Haute Savoie – the Regional Bank des Savoie of which he remained Chairman until March 2010. As of 1995 he took on responsibilities within national bodies. In 1995 he joined the Board of Federation Nationale du Credit Agricole and was its Chairman from July 2000 until April 2003. In 1999, he was appointed to Credit Agricole SA’s Board, of which he became Chairman in December 2002 until May 2010. Former Mayor of Yenne, je has been Yenne District Councillor. Additionally, he was member of the Savoy District Council Standing Committee and Vice-President of the Savoy District Council from 1995 to 1998. He also presided over the ‘Savoie 92’ Association in charge of promoting the Savoy region during the lead-up to the Olympic Games in Albertville. From 2000 to 2003, he was member of the Economic and Social Council. Amongst other responsibilities, he also sits on Suez’s Board of Directors. In 2003, he was elected Chairman of CICA – Confederation Internationale du Credit Agricole. He chairs the FARM foundation (Fondation pour l’Agriculture et la Ruralite dans le Monde). In October 2008, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Grameen – Credit Agricole Mircofinance Foundation. He is currently Director at GDF-Suez SA and Vice Chairman at IPEMED (Institut de Prospective Economique du Monde Mediterraneen).

Patience Wheatcroft

Ms. Patience Wheatcroft has served as Non-Executive Independent Director at Fiat SpA since April 4, 2012. She is Member of the Nominating, Corporate Governance and Sustainability, as well as of the Compensation Committee within the Company.
