Cordero di Montezemolo, Luca Mr. Luca Cordero di Montezemolo has served as Chairman of the Board of Fiat S.p.A. since May 30, 2004. He also serves as Member of the Strategic Committee of the Company. He joined Ferrari in 1973 as Team Manager. From 1977 to 1981, he was Head of External Relations for Fiat. He was Chief Executive Officer of Itedi from 1981 to 1983 and Managing Director of Cinzano S.p.A. from 1984 to 1985. From 1986 to 1990, he chaired the Organizing Committee for the Italia ‘90 Soccer World Cup. He has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ferrari S.p.A. since 1991. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of Bologna Calcio soccer team, Director of Le Monde, Pinault-Printemps-Redoute S.A., Tod’s S.p.A. and Merloni Elettrodomestici S.p.A., and Member of the International Advisory Board of Citigroup Inc. In May 2004, he also became President of Confindustria, the Federation of Italian Industries.
Marchionne, Sergio Dr. Sergio Marchionne has serves as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Fiat S.p.A., and as Chief Executive Officer of Fiat Auto since February 2005. Boyanovsky, Harold Mr. Boyanovsky has served as Chief Executive Officer of CNH Case New Holland, a subsidiary of Fiat S.p.A. since March 2005. He also serves as Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. He held several sales and marketing positions in the agricultural equipment industry before joining Case in 1985 as Managing Director. Razelli, Eugenio Mr. Eugenio Razelli has served as Chief Executive Officer of Magneti Marelli, a subsidiary of Fiat S.p.A. since April 2005. He also serves as Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. He joined Fiat Auto in 1977 as Materials Manager at the Mirafiori plant. Tarantini, Riccardo Mr. Riccardo Tarantini has served as Chief Executive Officer of Teksid and Comau, subsidiaries of Fiat S.p.A. as August 2006. He also serves as Member of the Group Executive Council of the Company. He joined Delchi S.p.A, Westinghouse Electric in 1975 where he held several positions, including Controller. Altavilla, Alfredo Mr. Alfredo Altavilla has served as Chief Executive Officer of Fiat Powertrain Technologies, a subsidiary of Fiat S.p.A., as well as Member of the Group Executive Council since November 2006. He started his career in 1975 at Tecmo in Volpiano (Turin), a company producing pressing machines. In 1979 he joined the Fiat Group as Head of Foundry Machinery and Plants Purchasing at Teksid. Luppi, Ferruccio Mr. Ferruccio Luppi serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Member of the Group Executive Council of Fiat S.p.A. Prior to his appointment he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He joined IFIL in 1984 as Head of Equity Investments Control. In 1988, he became Head of the IFIL’s Development and Control Department, and in 1997 he became Head of the Industrial Investments Control Department at the Worms Group. Pistorio, Pasquale Mr. Pasquale Pistorio has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Fiat S.p.A. since December 23, 2004. He aslo serves as Member of the Strategic Committee of the Company. In 1967, he joined Motorola Corporation, where he held various management positions before in July 1980 becoming President and Chief Executive Officer of the SGS Group, an Italian microelectronics company. Following that company’s merger in 1987 with Thomson Semiconducteurs, he became President and Chief Executive Officer of the new company, SGS-THOMSON Microelectronics (renamed STMicroelectronics in 1998). Upon his retirement from that position in 2005, he was appointed Honorary Chairman. Mincato, Vittorio Dr. Vittorio Mincato has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Fiat S.p.A. since June 23, 2005. He also serves as Member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
