Name Description

Jeffery Yabuki

Mr. Jeffery W. Yabuki is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Fiserv, Inc. Before joining Fiserv, Mr. Yabuki served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of H&R Block, Inc., a financial services firm, from 2002 to 2005. From 2001 to 2002, he served as executive vice president of H&R Block and from 1999 to 2001, he served as the president of H&R Block International. From 1987 to 1999, Mr. Yabuki held various executive positions with the American Express Company, a financial services firm, including president and chief executive officer of American Express Tax and Business Services, Inc.

Robert Hau

Mr. Robert W. Hau is Chief Financial Officer of the company. Effective March 14, 2016. Hau's professional background includes nearly 30 years of progressive business and financial leadership roles. He most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of TE Connectivity Ltd. (NYSE:TEL), a $12 billion global product technology company that designs and manufactures connectivity and sensor solutions for a variety of industries. Prior to joining TE Connectivity, Hau served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Lennox International Inc. (NYSE: LII), and also spent 22 years at Honeywell International Inc. in a variety of progressive leadership roles, including as chief financial officer of its Aerospace Business Group, Specialty Materials Business Group and Aerospace Electronic Systems Unit. "Bob's proven track record as a public company CFO along with his strong operational approach to finance will complement our management team very well," said Jeffery Yabuki, President and Chief Executive Officer, Fiserv. Hau holds a master's degree in business administration from the USC Marshall School of Business and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Marquette University.

Kevin Gregoire

Mr. Kevin P. Gregoire is Group President-Financial Institutions Group of Fiserv, Inc. Mr. Gregoire joined Fiserv in 2002 as part of its acquisition of EDS Consumer Network Services, which he joined in 1996. Mr. Gregoire has served in a number of leadership roles at Fiserv including as chief operating officer and then president of our Card Services business from 2010 to 2014. His background includes a number of diverse leadership roles in product development and management, sales and account management, settlement operations, risk management, and security and compliance.

Devin McGranahan

Mr. Devin McGranahan has been appointed as President - Billing and Payments Group of the Company., effective November 1, 2016. McGranahan brings more than 25 years of business and leadership experience to Fiserv. He most recently served as a senior partner at McKinsey and Company, engaging with leading financial services companies on a broad range of strategy, payments and business-building opportunities. He also held a variety of management roles at the firm, including leader of the Global Insurance Practice and co-chair of the Global Senior Partner Election Committee. In addition, McGranahan served as co-leader of the North America Financial Services Practice. McGranahan earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School, a bachelor's degree in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Active in the community, he is chair of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and president of Lake Ontario Optimist Team (LOOT), a children's educational sailing program.

Michael O'Laughlin

Mr. Michael O'Laughlin is President - Biller Solutions Business of the Company. O'Laughlin has experience in operations, sales and product management that spans several industries in domestic and global markets. He spent the past 12 years in senior leadership roles at NCR, most recently serving as senior vice president, Global Services Delivery, and previously leading Financial Services, the company's largest line of business. O'Laughlin has also held a variety of roles encompassing technical, management and sales responsibilities with Anderson Consulting, AT&T Data Systems Group, Data General Corporation, Convergys Corporation and Digiquant. O'Laughlin holds a master's degree in finance from the University of Colorado and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Florida State University.

Kevin Schultz

Mr. Kevin J. Schultz is Group President- Digital Banking Group of the Company. Prior to joining Fiserv, Mr. Schultz served as president of global financial services at First Data Corporation, a global payment processing company, from 2009 to 2011, and as global head of processing services at Visa Inc. from 2007 to 2009. He has more than 30 years of experience in the payments and financial services industry, including a variety of other senior leadership roles at Visa Inc. and Global Payments Inc., an electronic transaction processing service provider. He holds a master’s degree from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Steven Tait

Mr. Steven Tait is Group President - International Group of the Company. He joined Fiserv in 2009 as an executive vice president and served as group president, Depository Institution Services from 2010 to 2011. Prior to joining Fiserv, Mr. Tait served as president of RSM McGladrey, a subsidiary of H&R Block Inc., from 2003 to 2009, and executive vice president, sales and client operations of Gartner, Inc. from 2001 to 2003.

Byron Vielehr

Mr. Byron C. Vielehr serves as Group President - Depository Institution Services of Fiserv, Inc. Prior to joining Fiserv, Mr. Vielehr served in a succession of senior executive positions with The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, a provider of commercial information and business insight solutions, from 2005 to 2013, most recently as president of international and global operations, and as president and chief operating officer of Northstar Systems International, Inc., a developer of wealth management software and now part of SEI Investments Company, from 2004 to 2005.

Mark Ernst

Mr. Mark A. Ernst is Chief Operating Officer of Fiserv, Inc. Prior to joining Fiserv. Prior to joining Fiserv, he served as deputy commissioner for operations support for the Internal Revenue Service from 2009 to 2010, where he was responsible for technology, operations, shared services, human resources and the chief financial office. From 2008 to 2009, he was chief executive officer of Bellevue Capital LLC, a private investment firm; from 2001 to 2007, he served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of H&R Block, Inc., a financial services firm; and from 1998 to 2000, he served as its chief operating officer. His experience, which includes executive positions with the American Express Company, a financial services firm, spans more than 25 years in the financial services industry.

Kenneth Best

Mr. Kenneth F. Best is Principal Accounting Officer of the Company. He joined the Company in 2010 as vice president, corporate controller. In 2014, he was promoted to senior vice president, corporate controller and, on March 1, 2016, he became chief accounting officer of the Company.

Jim Grech

Mr. Jim Grech is Chief Information Officer of the Company. His most recent role as executive vice president of BNY Mellon's Technology Services Group, Grech had global responsibility for all technology infrastructure platforms, including the firm's move toward cloud-enablement. Prior to joining BNY Mellon in 2013, Grech spent six years leading infrastructure services across the enterprise at American Express. His prior career experience includes nearly seven years as chief technology officer at TD Waterhouse National Bank, preceded by roles at Merrill Lynch, Comdisco, Smith Barney, and JCPenney. Grech holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from Rider University in New Jersey.

Lynn McCreary

Ms. Lynn S. McCreary serves as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Fiserv, Inc. Ms. McCreary joined Fiserv in 2010 as senior vice president and deputy general counsel. Prior to joining Fiserv, Ms. McCreary was an attorney with the law firm of Bryan Cave LLP from 1996 to 2010, including serving as managing partner of its San Francisco, California office from its opening in 2008 to 2010. Ms. McCreary began her career in financial services with positions at Citicorp Person-to-Person and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company’s mortgage subsidiary, Metmor Financial, Inc.

John Kim

Mr. John Y. Kim is Director of the Company. Previously, he was president and CEO of Aeltus Investment Management, a subsidiary of ING Group; CEO of Bondbook, an electronic bond trading company owned by a consortium of investment banks led by Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch; and Managing Director of Mitchell Hutchins, an investment subsidiary of Paine Webber. Kim currently serves on several boards, including New York Life Insurance and Annuity Company and New England Center for Children. He is a senior advisor and member of the advisory committee of RRE, a venture capital firm. Kim has also recently served on the boards of Mainstay Funds Group, Mackay Shields, and Jacob Ballas. J. Donald Sherman

Mr. J. Donald Sherman is Director of Fiserv, Inc. He is currently the president and chief operating officer at HubSpot, a provider of inbound marketing software. Previously, Sherman spent six years as chief financial officer at Akamai Technologies, Inc., where he was responsible for finance, strategic planning and corporate development. Before joining Akamai, Sherman held a number of senior executive positions at IBM, including serving as chief financial executive of the IBM Systems and Technology Group, and he also served as the chief financial officer for CommQuest. Sherman previously served on the boards of directors of Cypress Semiconductor, a NASDAQ-traded semiconductor firm based in San Jose, California, 3Com Corporation, a public company offering network switching, routing and security solutions that was acquired by Hewlett Packard, and AMIS Holdings, Inc., a publicly-traded manufacturer of semiconductor products.

Alison Davis

Ms. Alison Davis is Independent Director of Fiserv, Inc. , effective November 18, 2014. Prior to Fifth Era, Ms. Davis has been a managing partner of Fifth Era, a firm that invests in and incubates early stage technology companies, since 2011. Prior to Fifth Era, she was the managing partner of Belvedere Capital Partners, Inc., a private equity firm serving the financial services sector, from 2004 to 2010. Prior to joining Belvedere she served as chief financial officer for Barclays Global Investors, an institutional asset manager that is now part of BlackRock, Inc., from 2000 to 2003, a senior partner at A.T. Kearney, Inc., a leading global management consulting firm, from 1993 to 2000, and a consultant at McKinsey & Company, another leading global management consulting firm, from 1984 to 1993.

Daniel Kearney

Mr. Daniel P. Kearney is Independent Director of Fiserv, Inc. Mr. Kearney is a financial consultant and served as Chief Investment Officer of Aetna, Inc. from 1991 to 1998. In 1995, he assumed the additional responsibility of President of Aetna’s annuity, pension and life insurance division, retiring in 1998. Prior to joining Aetna, Mr. Kearney was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Resolution Trust Corporation Oversight Board. Before that, he was a principal at Aldrich, Eastman and Waltch, Inc., a Boston-based pension fund advisor. From 1977 to 1988, Mr. Kearney was with Salomon Brothers, Inc. as Managing Director of its Real Estate Financing Department and a founder of its Mortgage Securities Department, and from 1976 to 1977 he was Associate Director of the United States Office of Management and Budget. He served as President of the Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae) from 1974 to 1976, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development from 1973 to 1974, and as Executive Director of the Illinois Housing Development Authority from 1969 to 1973. Previously, he was in private law practice in Chicago, Illinois.

Dennis Lynch

Mr. Dennis F. Lynch is Independent Director of Fiserv, Inc. Mr. Lynch is Chairman of Cardtronics, Inc., a publicly traded company and the largest owner and operator of retail ATMs worldwide. He was appointed Chairman in 2010 and has served as a director of Cardtronics since 2008. Mr. Lynch is also a board member, and former Chairman, of the Secure Remote Payments Council, a cross-industry organization dedicated to accelerating the growth, development and market adoption of more secure e-commerce and mobile payments. He previously served as: Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of RightPath Payments, Inc. from 2005 to 2008; a director of Open Solutions, Inc. from 2005 to 2007; President and Chief Executive Officer of NYCE Corporation from 1996 to 2004; and Chairman of Yankee 24 ATM Network from 1988 to 1990.

Denis O'Leary

Mr. Denis J. O'Leary is Independent Director of Fiserv, Inc. In 2009, In 2009, Mr. O’Leary became Managing Partner of Encore Financial Partners, Inc., a company focused on the acquisition and management of banking organizations in the United States. From 2006 to 2009, he was a senior advisor to The Boston Consulting Group with respect to the enterprise technology, financial services and consumer payments industries. Through early 2003, he spent 25 years at J.P. Morgan Chase & Company and its predecessors in various capacities, including Director of Finance, Chief Information Officer, Head of Retail Branch Banking, Managing Executive of Lab Morgan, and, from 1994 to 2003, Executive Vice President.

Glenn Renwick

Mr. Glenn M. Renwick is Independent Director of Fiserv, Inc. Mr. Renwick is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Progressive Corporation, a publicly traded property and casualty insurance company. Before being named Chief Executive Officer in 2001, Mr. Renwick served as Chief Executive Officer – Insurance Operations and Business Technology Process Leader from 1998 through 2000. Prior to that, he led Progressive’s consumer marketing group and served as president of various divisions within Progressive. Mr. Renwick joined Progressive in 1986 as Auto Product Manager for Florida.

Kim Robak

Ms. Kim M. Robak is Independent Director of Fiserv, Inc. Since 2004, Ms. Robak has been a partner at Mueller Robak, LLC, a government relations firm, since 2004. Prior to that, Ms. Robak was Vice President for External Affairs and Corporation Secretary at the University of Nebraska from 1999 to 2004. Ms. Robak served as the Lieutenant Governor of the State of Nebraska from 1993 to 1999, as Chief of Staff from 1992 to 1993, and as Legal Counsel from 1991 to 1992. Prior to 1991, Ms. Robak was a partner at the law firm Rembolt Ludtke Milligan and Berger. During her tenure in state government, she chaired the Governor’s Information Resources Cabinet and led the Information Technology Commission of Nebraska.

Doyle Simons

Mr. Doyle R. Simons is Independent Director of Fiserv, Inc. Mr. Simons is President and Chief Executive Officer of Weyerhaeuser Company, a publicly traded company focused on timberlands and forest products. Prior to joining Weyerhaeuser in 2013, Mr. Simons served in a variety of roles for Temple-Inland, Inc., a formerly publicly traded manufacturing company focused on corrugated packaging and building products which was acquired in 2012. From 2007 to early 2012, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; from 2005 to 2007, he was Executive Vice President; from 2003 to 2005, he served as its Chief Administrative Officer; from 2000 to 2003, he was Vice President – Administration; and from 1994 to 2000, he served as Director of Investor Relations.

Thomas Wertheimer

Mr. Thomas C. Wertheimer is Independent Director of Fiserv, Inc. Mr. Wertheimer is a Certified Public Accountant and a retired Senior Audit Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”). He served as lead audit partner for a number of key multinational and national clients of PwC, including publicly held automotive manufacturing, financial services and retail companies. He also held technical accounting and audit quality positions including Director of Accounting, Auditing and SEC for the Midwest Region of Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Wertheimer served on the Board of Partners at Coopers & Lybrand from 1995 until its merger with Price Waterhouse in 1998. From 2003 to 2007, he was a consultant to the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, assisting in designing and executing its program of inspection of registered accounting firms.
